To Whom it May Concern: We are truly disappointed that we were unable to come to an agreement with Ms [redacted] She has been a longtime customer with our company and we sincerely appreciate her loyalty, and this is the reason that we have attempted to work with her several times in order to resolve her concernsDue to the circumstances of her experience with her water cooler, we are unable to offer any further compensation, and any offers that were made were done so as an act of goodwill because we do appreciate her businessThere were multiple occasions that we were able to come to an agreement with Ms [redacted] , unfortunately each time she later decided that this was not something she would accept Our refurbished dispensers meet our high standards for quality and leave our factories in outstanding working order, and the fact that this unit was refurbished should cause no concernThe reason that this dispenser was not delivered brand-new is because it was a replacement unit for a dispenser that was initially purchased in March Though our cooler warranty is typically just two years, we made an exception to this policy for Ms [redacted] in July because as stated, we truly appreciate her business and loyalty to our company Should Ms [redacted] reconsider our previous conversations, she has my direct contact information and I’d be happy to have the opportunity to speak with her again Thank you, Kate O [redacted] Customer Experience Specialist Nestle Waters North America

I have cancelled my water deliveries (and not received and product) from this company since October and they continue to bill meI called and cancelled my Account with them twice and disput the charge on my credit card every monthThey continue to bill me

We was shocked to receive collection letter from Ready Refresh by Nestle company( [redacted] ) dated 1/9/We have no contract or any services from Ready Refresh by NestleWe receive no statement nor receive any servicesWe have no idea how long this thing was going on and never receive nothing from this companyThis company is Fraud and making accusation and today this company e-mailed me billing statementsWe would like you to investigate this company thoroughly and let us know

In order to resolve the delivery issues she has experienced, Elyse has agreed to personally follow up on the account before deliveries to review delivery instructions with the branch and request the account is prioritized for delivery on the? dates scheduled.? Due to unforseen circumstances, it is possible the delivery may not always arrive as scheduled.? This is regarding water delivery service I was due to receive a delivery on 7/6/ I received a text message at 8:59pm the night before that it had been rescheduled for 7/9/ I called to advise I could not be available for a delivery on that dateThe delivery was rescheduled for 7/13/ On the afternoon of 7/12/I received another text message advising my delivery had been rescheduled again for 7/16/ I called immediately to cancel my service I scheduled for their equipment (hot/cold water dispenser) and five empty 5-gallon water jugs to be picked up on 7/18/ Due to the cost of the equipment, someone needed to be home for the person coming to pick it up I took vacation hours from work to be available Around 8:45am on 7/18/18, I called to see if I could get an estimated time of pickup Go to find out, my pickup had been rescheduled for 7/19/without any notificationI called once again I took off work to be home for the pickup I have now been storing

I contacted Nestle in September to cancel my water delivery service All of the equipment/bottles were picked up by the driver that same month In November I was issued a check ($8.12) for a credit balance on my account Since then, I continue to receive a monthly invoice emailed to me I have reached out to the company multiple times and asked that my account be completely closed so that I do not continue to receive emailed invoices for services and products I am no longer receiving Yesterday, I received yet another invoice from the company This has to stop

After reviewing the billing history of the account, we found that there was one outstanding invoice in the amount of $for which we did not receive payment.? This invoice is what generated further late fee charges and eventually resulted in the account being written off to a third party collections agency.After waiving all fees, [redacted] ***n is left with a balance of $11.91, which we will remove as a courtesy to resolve this matter.? We subscribed to Nestle water Delivery ServiceThey have not delivered our water according to the date on our contract everWe were promised water delivery on a certain date and they've continuously failed to abide by their contractThis last incident- we NEVER did get our delivery and yet they keep charging our credit cardThey said they would remove the charges and they failed to do soI've contacted customer service times about this issue
