My complaint is identical to the numerous other complaints from customers of Nestle Nestle took over the [redacted] water service from a local water company that I had been a HAPPY Customer of for years The previous company rarely missed a scheduled delivery time and IF they did, the route driver called me to apologize and to let me know that he would be there the NEXT DAYNestle could not make a scheduled delivery day if someones life depended on it, and they cannot seem to figure out that we do not live in the detached garage a hundred feet from our residence On more than one occasion we have lugged gallon bottles of water from the garage up to the house They also can't seem to pick up the empty's and on several occasions we have retrieved them from the neighbors property after the wind blew them down the driveway I expect I will get the same pre-prepared generic response they seem to leave for everyone, "contacted customer, complaint resolved, will work on improving serv

To whom it may concern I am a costumer at you company for years now I have been ordering regular water by you in orderd water over a week ago and I keep seeing that I an getting the water tomorrow when I try to call customer service all they to say is sorry and make it sure that they just want to finish the conversation so I called up to cancel my services and your employee was completely fine with it my question is just why do I have to feel like I am feeling right now after being completely loyal to you ?

Put in an order on 09/03/to be delivered on 09/06/due to hurricane Irma and confirmed the order and date of service They did not state that this order would not be filled on the date stated, but when the delivery was not here on 9/4/2017, I called and they stated it would be here the next day and due to the hurricane they were very busyNo water on the Friday and sent an email to [redacted] the CEO of the company and he got this women, Kimberly k [redacted] to call me She told me that they could not deliver before Irma and also stated that I could boil my well water during and after the hurricane on my gas stove, which I have electric stove and would not have waterThis person had no compassion or idea of our situation and did not care about anything but her paycheckAsked at this time why we were not told it was not guaranteed and why we received no email/phone call to inform us that they could not live up to the commitment that was given when they took my orderShe stated that they were doing Dailer calls but I never to this date received any dialer calls or correspondence from them except what I have madeDue to the lateness of them informing us that we would not be getting water, I could not buy any in the storesI informed her that we will lose power and water and relied on this delivery and she did not care at all When emailing her after the hurricane, she told me they would be back on 09/13/or 09/14/ When they did not deliver any of these days, I emailed again and she stated that they would be starting work on 09/18/where all other businesses stated business the week before Looked on my account and they should have delivered today 09/18/and again I looked and they have again delayed it until tomorrow without informing usWe were really lucky and only lost power and water for five days and we allotted ourselves the little water we had to one cup a day so we had enough, being dizzy and vomiting from the heat was a dimly occurrence, but we lived thru it My promised Oder will be at least days lateI also asked her to refund me the credit I had on my account and she told me it would be done on 09/12/and the credit is still on my accountFind another company or pick up your own water as these people are criminals

To whom it may concern,I attempted a callback to the number providedIt was not in serviceUnder the extraordinary circumstances due to Hurricane Irma, we were unable to deliver on time but we did in fact deliver to this customer 9/We do not offer contracts and no payment was taken nor requested until the delivery was successfulI have placed a $credit toward the delivery of bottles that was completed on September 8th.Regards, [redacted] ***Nestle Waters North America

I reached out several times in regards to not receiving my delivery (over a week and a half)Until I finally cancelled my serviceTwice I’ve had them arrange to pick up their equipment and refund me, but at this point they have not made an attempt to show up and subsequently I have not received the refund I have been promised

I have the same complaint as everyone else The delivery date keeps changing every month! I received postcards with the original delivery date, why bother They pushed it up two days and when I just checked it was pushed up another days!

I am outraged by the tactics of this companyI just received a collections notice for $for a water cooler that this company picked up from my house in I have spoken with Ready Refresh several times and have informed them that I owe them nothing as the water cooler was picked up from my house before we movedIt is appalling that I would receive a collections notice years laterThis is an [redacted]  business practiceI will never use this company again and I will be fighting this collections notice! It is important to note that I made payments on this water cooler for the 2+ years it was in my possession before it was picked up, I should not be liable for a cooler the company lost

I purchased a [redacted] *** Dispenser on August 16, 2017 and from August 2018 through September 2018 the dispenser began to run loudly at which time I called ReadyRefresh to come and service the machine with a cleaning. My monthly water order is for two adult individuals which by no means would have caused the dispenser to break. The technician came to clean the machine on October 8, 2018 after ReadyRefresh called to cancel the original appointment on October 5, 2018. The technician deemed the bottom load dispenser broken and unusable after the machine would not turn on. I called the company on October 9 to explain that the technician said the dispenser needed to be replaced and was told by a representative (Jean) that the warranty expired on 8/3/2018. I asked if it was normal for a water machine to last only a year and she said no. Jean transferred me over to supervisor Fletcher who said he was sorry but he could not replace the water dispenser but agreed with me

In a Nutshell poor Customer Service Deer Park Account # [redacted] From the beginning I have had issues from updating payment, delivery times, delivery instructions and charging my card unauthorized. My BIGGEST ISSUE is delivering my Water and not RINGING THE BELL. After my water was stolen and the I had a hard time getting it redelivered and double charged. I got frustrated and canceled the deliveries because no one listens to my instructions, but I am still receiving deliveries and being charged. I voiced my concerns, but the customer didn't show any interest, only concerned about payment for the cooler because I wanted to return it.
