I have been a Ready Refresh customer for years but the quality of service over the last two years has been atrociousMy delivery is usually rescheduled three times every single month

We were able to reach an agreement and are thankful that Mr [redacted] will continue to remain a customer of [redacted] by Nestle. Summary: ReadyRefresh has consistently been late in their deliveries and very poor in their customer service Specifically: We started with ReadyRefresh in DecSince then, we've had deliveries of water of which were lateEach time I raised that the delivery was late, ReadyRefresh sent me a form response back saying they were experiencing issues with deliveriesWhen I called into their call center, of the times I called, their automated response said that they were overwhelmed with calls and were unable to take my call at this time and hung upOne of the times I did get through to them, the representative told me I was not correctly using the system and that is why I have been having difficultiesShe then proceeded to scold me and say she's been with ReadyRefresh for years and she's sure that it's not their issue The last time I reached their customer service, they told me they no longer offered [redacted] *** and suggested [redacted] instead

Customer Experience Specialist, [redacted] spoke with Mr [redacted] on May 1st regarding the status of Mr [redacted] account Mr [redacted] closed his account and paid his balance in full in November At that time, Mr [redacted] requested a piof all his empty bottles and the water dispenser Unfortunately, nothing was retrieved Mr [redacted] attempted to have [redacted] pitheir products three additional times During this process, Mr [redacted] was charged for the bottles and cooler As a result, Mr [redacted] was turned over to an outside collections agency [redacted] apologized for the inconvenience [redacted] confirmed with the local branch that the bottles and cooler had actually been retrieved today [redacted] also spoke with the outside collections agency and advised them of the service issue that had been caused Mr [redacted] account has been closed and removed from the outside collections agency [redacted] confirmed that Mr [redacted] credit will not be negatively impacted by this error [redacted] provided his direct contact information should he have any further questions

I have signed up for monthly delivery with Readyrefresh and for the lat months the water has not been delivered in a timely manner For example I had a delivery scheduled for May 24th as of June 2nd I still have not received the water delivery When I called customer service on June 1st I was told that the water would delivered on June 4thHowever I received and email on June 2nd stating that the water will now be delivered on June 5th Since I have not been able to get the water delivery that I signed up for I now have to go out and purchase the water which defeats the purpose of having a delivery service

In spite of over an year history with this business delivery service, they made a billing error of less than $by their accountand are now refusing to pick up the enormous collection of empty bottles on our premisesWe contacted the call center and was promised a resolution but no date or follow upThis issues is still unresolved with no action by this company to show good faith or any intention to respect our business or premises

I have been trying to settle my account and cancel service with Ready Refresh for almost weeksI am in the process of movingThe first time that I placed a call to cancel was approximately 3/13/I reached a voicemail that stated they had a large call volumeI called after day after that, multiple times and got the same message I visited the website which stated I had to cancel by phone I e-mailed them on 3/15/and was told that I needed to callI explained that they are not taking calls on any of the numbers I hadWith no resolution, I began speaking to someone on [redacted] who advised me they would have someone call meA representative called me when I asked who was calling they hung upWhen I called back immediately , I got the same message stating that they are not taking callsThey are trying to scam me and force me to keep rented equipment while charging me the full price

We receive monthly deliveries of three gallon bottles of water from [redacted] Each and every month, they stop by our office buildings loading dock to drop off the waterWe know the delivery day but never the timeWhen they deliver the water, they are supposed to pick up our empty bottlesIf we don't return these bottles, we get charged for them until we return themEach and every month, no one calls us to let us know our delivery is hereTherefore, each and every month, my coworker has to go downstairs and carry up three gallon jugs of water to our officeThen, I have to call [redacted] and ask them to come to our office again to pick up our empty bottlesWe have a contract with them for water deliveriesThis means, they need to deliver the water to our office, not the loading dock, flights downstairsThis means they have to properly notify us that they are here and we can return out empty bottles to them so we are not chargesI have spoken to them every month for

our business was obtained under false pretense Nestle Waters sales representative, [redacted] ***, came to our store offering the bottled water services of her company. We declined the offer because Nestle Waters wanted to charge a $3.95 delivery fee and the provider we were using did not charge a delivery fee. [redacted] ***r asked for copies of the invoices from our then existing provider to confirm there was no delivery charge. She then asked if we would switch services to her company if the delivery fee was waived and we agreed. We received our first invoice for the period from 10/07/2015 to 11/06/2015 and there was a delivery charge included. We tried calling the company, but their automated system did not work. We wrote a letter to them dated 12/04/2015 and included the payment for the invoice minus the delivery charge. I have been a customer of Nestle Waters for over years and never had an issue until recently On Monday, June I was scheduled for water delivery I did not receive the delivery so I called on Tuesday, June 7, to see why When I spoke with the representative on the phone, she stated they closed the account due to I have not made a payment for several months and there is a delinquent balance owed I asked her how could this be when I have auto payments made monthly and she stated that they have not received a payment since February and I have been notified previously I told her that I have not received a past due notice and/or statement, any email, or any phone call regarding this I also have a voicemail service that would have alerted me of this had there been a message left To take care of the account matter, I made a phone payment on June 7, (including two months of late charges)and requested to cancel services immediately I also scheduled an appoint

I was in a contract with this company, and expecting a delivery today, and it never showed upI logged into my account and it said I was not serviced by them When I called them they said another company had taken over this area, and I was out of luck

After reading all other reviews I don't feel too badToo bad I am reading it after I signed up with themI started my service with them four years agoIn November I notified them of moving and ask to place the account on HoldWe were building a new store which took a little whileIn March I get a call from collection agency for approximately $Upon my inquiry they said it was some minimum charge????? I asked the customer service why was I not notified of this through my email before sending me over to debt collectoraNo satisfactory answerTo this date there is no emailI also asked her why was I not charged in the credit card on fileI was told I didn't give them permission to do so? Ok like why else I would give you cc info? Any way I told the lady that know give you permission to charge my credit card in any such eventIn August again o get a call from yet another debt collector that I own them money for the equipmentSome $My advice to stay away from this companyThey will send you to collection before they send you an email or give you a callI will take them to courtLuckily I have a lot of time on my hand
