Service is horrible and getting worse For several months in a row they missed my original delivery date, and this time the "makeup date" I was given as well Call lines are so busy a recording tells me to call back laterLooking for alternatives - our office it tired of not having water

Was a customer of Nestle Ready Refresh for the past yearsWhen I requested to cancel my membership, they agreed and informed me to leave my machine and any bottles outside on 1/31/when I am movingThey then charged me over $for missing "bottles"I was never informed nor told to return the bottles otherwise I would not have given full bottles away to those in need! Furthermore, when I contacted them, I was told this was a common issue and they would work with me and decrease the amount of money owedI researched and this is in fact a VERY common problem, mainly because of advertising and lack of qualified employees to explain the processTheir website even states "If you are recurring and/or gallon customer, every delivery, we'll pick up your empty bottles; just leave them at a prearranged locationOur and 5-gallon bottles are returnable and in some areas you may be charged a small bottle deposit for each full bottle of water you receiveWe will promptly credi

Ready Refresh water delivery service is repeatedly delayed for DAYS leaving customer with no water and no recourseThe company is slow to resolve the issue and just keep pushing off deliveries the morning of the deliveryIt is a breach of contract and should be resolved much better than the current process

I have a Nestle water North America service to provide bottle water for my companyFor some reason, they stop delivery water to the office about half year agoit seems they have some internal business issuewe couldn't hold with them, so we use alhambrawe disconnect the cooler and store itone month ago, the guy show up and ask the coolerso we give to himone week later we received final notice to ask we pay the rent feeamount $ I called and told them, you didn't provide service , we didn't use itbesides, they never send statement or invoice monthly to show that we own their rental fee for the coolerthey should pay me not provide service for half year without notice my account number: [redacted]

Nestle ReadyRefresh has been charging me rent for a cooler I never requested nor receivedAdditionally, due to poor service I cancelled my service with themAfter cancellation, they continue to charge rent for an item I never received, plus late fees, despite multiple attempts to contact themAdditionally, my account shows an old service address about to start receiving deliveries again

I've been a nestle pure life customer for little over year, my account is set up to get deliveries as we place ordersIt is for Art school, so we have kids and adults here Since I started the account I've made orders every month and a half and out of all deliveries only 15% were with no problemsAll others always miss deliveries without notificationsWe are after school program, so most days we open at 3pm, so our account was set up to be delivered 3pm-6pmRout manager called me few times telling me we can't deliver for you (after I called the number and complaint), because the guys finished earlyI told him, I live close by, so if they can call me I'll be there early to open and get the deliveriesLast time my delivery was supposed to be March 23rd, they missed again, I called them and was told it will be next day Friday, I called Friday and was told it will be delivered on Friday (same day) then rout manager called me and said I told you I can make the deliveries on Saturday for you, (because we open early on Saturdays) and I reminded him that I asked them to call me before hand and I'll be here early to get my delivery, so it doesn't get pushed backHe was short and said OKSaturday came and he didn't make the delivery, instead I received automated phone call that my delivery was rescheduled for next day (which was Sunday)I called Saturday again and the agents told me it will not be until Monday, I asked them to make the delivery on Tuesday because we are closed on Mondays, I spoke to the manager name Halley, she asked me to call her in case it doesn't get deliveredToday is Tuesday March 28th, they didn't deliver the water again, so I called again and asked to speak to managerI spoke to manager name Christine and explained the situation again, she apologized and said she will make sure the delivery happens tomorrowI did tell her this is my last order with them because of my experienceI also mentioned her that the delivery guy once told me that my issues are because I'm on second floor and I order five gallons, so no one wants to bring it up, everyone pushes back so they don't have to carry it upstairsBut when I called they said that they suppose to go up to the 3rd floor

I firmly believe that the only reason this business finally acted properly is the fact that the Revdex.com was involved.? The many similar complaints against them found on the internet, including many with the Revdex.com, are indicative of their lack of integrity and customer service.? Because of that documented history, I am puzzled by the Revdex.com's "A-" rating of this company.? Consumers should not have to resort to complaining through the Revdex.com to simply get businesses to do their job.? To Whom it May Concern: We are truly disappointed that we were unable to come to an agreement with Ms [redacted] She has been a longtime customer with our company and we sincerely appreciate her loyalty, and this is the reason that we have attempted to work with her several times in order to resolve her concerns Due to the circumstances of her experience with her water cooler, we are unable to offer any further compensation, and any offers that were made were done so as an act of goodwill because we do appreciate her business There were multiple occasions that we were able to come to an agreement with Ms [redacted] , unfortunately each time she later decided that this was not something she would acceptOur refurbished dispensers meet our high standards for quality and leave our factories in outstanding working order, and the fact that this unit was refurbished should cause no concern The reason that this dispenser was not delivered brand-new is because it was a replacement unit for a dispenser that was initially purchased in March Though our cooler warranty is typically just two years, we made an exception to this policy for Ms [redacted] in July because as stated, we truly appreciate her business and loyalty to our companyShould Ms [redacted] reconsider our previous conversations, she has my direct contact information and I’d be happy to have the opportunity to speak with her againThank you, Kate O [redacted] Customer Experience SpecialistNestle Waters North America

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me They apologized for their gross errors the day after my official complaint, I received a call from [redacted] , who gave me her direct number if I had further issuesThen I received two more phone calls from different employees at Ready Refreast is a shame I had to report to the Revdex.com, before they would acknowledge their mistakes and billing practicesIn regards to the six consecutive payments, that should be something cleary stated on website even though it ? was not my MAIN concernThey had taken their six consecutive payments including my initial deposit fees and I was unable to remove my cc info online!I respect and appreciate their readiness to accept responsibility for the first time and rectify any gross errors in billing practices, which there were more than I was comfortable with.However, I will be forever wary of the competency provided by the Billing Dept and CS repsTheir delivery service, and products are above reproach and exemplary!? Infact, I never received an invoice for this month, but had to call them for them to email me as they previously and routinely did for my monthly invoiceI honestly never know if things are going to run smoothly, but this is a step in the right direction Sincerely, [redacted] ***
