Terrible, they charged my card for a product that was not in stock. I cancelled the order and it is now taking over 7 days to get refunded. I called customer service and waited a half hour on hold before someone told me that the refund has to get approved by the finance department and they are backed up. Why did they charge the card for an out of stock product in the first place? If you cancel an order that was never processed you should be refunded immediately. Terrible company procedures, their are 100's of other companies out their, go elsewhere!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The response does not solve my complaint because the order did not arrive in time for the intended event.  There is now no purpose for the product.  I called after the date of the event to cancel the order and was once again hung up on by staff.  Once I was able to speak with someone I was told the order could not be cancelled.  At this point, a full refund and contact to the office to process the refund would be the only acceptable resolution.

Ordered a rush production, rush shipment of 3000 2" buttons w/ graphic. Nearly 10 days later (and a day out from our deadline), the order is STILL not in production- it will definitely not make our deadline. To add insult to injury, I just waited 20 minutes on hold to talk to a real person and was cut off before I could talk to anyone- so here goes another 20+ minutes to (hopefully) get a real person on the line.
This business is SUPER SHADY. They have several other business names/ fronts, all with the same contact info (ex. [redacted].com, Netbrandscorp.com), so there's no other contact info to get someone on the line to resolve this.
Our business spends thousands of dollars on event swag every year and 24 Hour Wristbands will not see a cent of that money. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME AND CHOOSE ANOTHER VENDOR.
