I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Per Josyln over the phone we were told to discard all the koozies and that the replacements would be shipped out and be in our hands on the following Friday Afetr assuring her that she didn't need them back she said " No we can not do anything with them" and neither could we So being the space it was taking up we discarted them as told to do so by Joslyn We re now out and no koozies We keep getting told that managment is on vactation and also keep getting hung up on If this can not be resolved we will go to a small claims court and have our attorney contact them for further legal action. I am satisfied with the refund as I never received product and that Should be done without question.....I am not satisfied with the fact that this company does not give realistic delivery times for product, as they say days on delivery within process date and they DO NOT ship in days, that is advertising!.
This is a business creating customized products for significant and special occasions that occur on a SPECIFIC dateIt is not appropriate to be in such a business if you cannot fairly represent yourself to the general public on expectations on delivery timeI would hate to see more people get duped and disappointed because this company cannot deliver This company does not offer honest feedback through their customer service dept to give the public the option to cancel their order and place an order with another company that CAN deliver in a timely manner.
My husband turned on a specific date (obviously) and I can not have a do-over on that ....I was not able to provide the special party favors to our guests because of this company!!!! If they had been honest and upfront with delivery times from the start that they could NOT meet my expectations prior to the party I would have cancelled my order weeks prior and purchased through another vendor

It has taken days to get a sketchy promise of receiving the items I paid for Original were not imprinted with a picture and no text making it useless as an advertising give away In a nut shell, I've experienced a few polite "Let me see what I can do" responses but overall ineffectual customer service interactions, slow inaccurate production and shipping, sales people and customer service reps who have no authority to do anything but "fill out a ticket" (their version of "write an email and send it to someone), alleged-managers who have no authority to do anything more than 'write another ticket' And requesting a refund - forget it Requires another 'ticket' that may or may not be answered Steer clear Better yet, find a local business with whom you can do face-to-face business; This web-based business takes no accountability and has not professional processes in place that I - after phone calls and 10+ "tickets" - can ascertain
