Hello, we informed the customer that the claim was denied and the order will not be remadeShe is comparing her order to an order from years ago, but we clearly explained that reorders will not look the same as the previous
orderThese are customized products which do have minor differences from order to order because no mold/screen is saved due to costs and storage issuesWe offered the customer a 10% courtesy refund, but this was not acceptedThe most we can offer is 15% for an order that was produced and delivered according to specificationsPlease advise how you would like to move forwardThanks

I have never been treated the way I just was by one of hour wristbands "customer service" agentsWhen I called to question charges added to my bill after my online purchase, the woman started laughing at me because I asked the question for separate ordersIt went downhill from there and ended with her refusing to give me her name, connect me to a manager and hanging up on meAs a repeat customer who had to wait a combined minutes to speak to this "customer service agent", I am flooredIf you want to look up who handled the call you can do so through my order numbers #*** #***

When I originally received the email to approve the proof, I had called and talked to a young lady about my concern regarding the HOT PINK font seeming so light when I printed out the proof verses what *** proof looked like on their web-site. She assured me it would be OK with the glow-in-the-dark green bracelet. The contrast to the proof on their web-site verses the actual item IS NOT a slight difference, it's a MAJOR difference, as you can see by the pictures I've attachedAnd their reply to me returning the wristbands for a 75% refund, at my expense to shipping none the less, is in my opinion unjust and VERY insensitve considering the reason why I ordered these in the first placeIn my 25+ years as a career woman, in my opinion, *** has delivered some of the poorest customer service I have EVER encountered!
