Well...that was misquoted a little I said I wasn't concerned whether I had to send the shirts back or not as I was not looking for a handout and that I would not give away the shirts even if they were free I did state "If I had to keep them I would burn them so no one would think we were happy with the poor and embarrassing quality of the shirts"...or something closely resembling
I am curious though...as you are such sticklers for policy...is it policy to lie to and hang up on customers a half dozen times?
...and yes, I would gladly urinate on your product if it would emphasize my complete and total distaste for a business that appreciates customer relations as much as a stomach ulcer

I will not argue about your turn-around time, you can find THOUSANDS of people with my exact same issues, despite your claimsYou have one star on ***, and a consumer has even created an entire website called *** to attempt to notify prospect customersUnfortunately I did not find these reviews before making my purchase.
I paid "the price" and did not receive the service you claim to provideI will gladly ship you the wristbands, plesse provide a prepaid shipping label to return them and I will get them on their wayI refuse to pay to ship these back to you on my dollar, none of this is my mistake.
