Both [redacted] and [redacted] of Network Capital Funding Corporation were a pleasure to deal with. They were very nice and patient considering we had to collect A LOT of information for my HELOC. Even when communication started to get a little muddled in the end and I was no longer dealing with [redacted] directly, I called him to see if he could get involved again to help fix the problem. [redacted] got his manager involved and the problem was immediately resolved. I have been in customer service for many, many years and appreciate the additional effort that [redacted] and then later Shelby put up to help me close my loan. Thank you!

We have sent the clients the quote for the new loan as requested, which is significantly better in every way.  It's important to note that he needs to lock in the rate with us to take advantage of the offer.  Rates have been going up 3-4 times a day right now.  This should resolve the last of his issues.  We're giving his loan priority treatment and hope that he gives us an opportunity to earn his business.  Please let us know if there is anything else he would like us to do.

I filled out some information over the internet on a 15 year mortgage. I was thinking that I would be unable to get out of my current 30 year mortgage. I tried Quicken and my hometown bank, both were unable to help. Eric talked me into trying with him. I refinanced for 2 percent less shaving $130,000 in interest as well as 9 years off the previous mortgage. We got the loan done in a week. I recommend them to anyone.

My loan officer was Ms. Brenda G. She was very competent and persvasive but not pushy. I was working with other mortage companies with similar requirements and spesificatin at the time ,however the manner she handled the job, made me to go with network capital.

I was in the process of refinancing my home with another company that I dealt with for the past six years. They always managed to lower my interest rate on every refi. Then, I was contacted by Network Capital and received a call from [redacted]. The world of refinancing became an experience not a headache. Having done this so many times before, knowing how many calls, e-mails, signatures, a number of different people, faxes and an endless list of documents, plus the fact that two companies were working on it I knew this was going to be a nightmare. In steps [redacted], all I can say, because I need to make it short, is between the the other company and Network Capital there is no comparison. For a change, [redacted] made this transaction very short and pleasant. [redacted] was diligent, his main goal was to get me the best deal I could possibly get. He said that he would beat the other company in what I wanted. I was some what skeptic about his statement but I had nothing to loose. Within a matter of a day, [redacted] was days ahead of the other company. Network Capital, its owners and my dynamic " knight" [redacted], because I did feel that he fought for me, gave me an awesome deal. I have already recommended Network Capital, and especially [redacted] to my friends and family. If I could I would give [redacted] a 10 star rating, I would. [redacted] yesterday, 3/24/16, and explained to him that we are not responsible for 3 hard pulls on his credit report. I also ensured that he had access to the following link clearly defining the rules on credit-pulls related to mortgage inquires. The link provided is here: [redacted] and was sent to [redacted] for his review. We are also, per his request, placing his numbers on ALL of our DNC lists. Sometimes this can take 48 business hours to go into effect, but if he continues to receive any calls, he may contact me directly and I will make sure we have all information input in our system correctly.

Network Capital Funding just recently completed my cash out refinance. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the work they did. My contacts [redacted] and [redacted], both conducted our business very professionally and helped me maximize my benefits. The team was very knowledge and really helped guide me. I have increased my cash flow by over $1000 per month and I am very thankful to Network Capital. I could have gone to any traditional retail bank, but they just didn’t want my business hard enough, they always were late in calling me back and never gave me a straight answer. We got a good rate. It was easy using email phone and fax. The appraiser was on time and very nice as was the notary who handled the closing. We would recommend [redacted] to our friends.

I just wanted to take the time to say how happy I am with everything Network Capitol Funding did for me. I called in on a Saturday during the radio program figuring I had nothing to lose. I had a bankruptcy previously and everyone I had talked to said they couldn’t help me, not until 3 years had passed.

As promised, Casey was able to find me the perfect loan to get me out of the terrible loan I was in and get me enough cash out so that I could pay off all my debts! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Network Capital's response to my complaint was partially resolved.  I asked for a full refund of my costs =$765.  I was initially offered a full refund on the condition of removing this complaint from the Revdex.com's site, which borders suggesting of blackmail.  The next day, I am offered only a partial refund of $570 from the same person who explained their high turnover rate as reorganizing employees to departments they are better suited for until they learn more skills.  He also noted that some took a little longer to learn and now they are earning bonuses, going on trips and making buckets of money.If Network Capital can cover prizes, trips, and bonuses, refunding me the $195 to make things right and perhaps regain my business should not have even been an issue.It was.They saw fit to only refund $570 of the $765 I lost in attempting to do business with them.I agreed to disagree with their suggestion that there was a resolution and suggested that their offer resulted in a compromise. Their comprise worked in their favor and my time and money was compromised. With that end I told them to close my file and I chose to do business with a competitor. And my loan was approved and signed in  12 days!

After I submitted the requested documents, they checked my credit and reviewed my financials. I was approved for a loan pending reimbursable  appraisal.As per appraisal, Home value was worth 329K on a 150K loan. Loan was approved Closing date was scheduled for 1/15/17. A few days  before closing, Rep wouldn't return my calls nor emails. I called general customer service number and left several messages.The point is that Network capital funding shouldn't have made me pay for the appraisal if the loan wasn't approved.Regards,[redacted]

We've reached out to the client and have resolved his questions.  We have requested a refund from the Appraisal Management Company, so that should hit in a couple days.  The loan was not locked so it was still subject to market movement.  The client has since...

elected to move forwarded with a different loan product than originally requested and should be completed in the next several weeks.  The loan has been prioritized, so it should go smoothly.
