I wanted to share my experience with Lina Thach and Network Capital. I was very impressed by her positive attitude, knowledge, and willingness to work with us to get the best refinance possible that fit our needs.

I had been shopping for a home refinance for a few weeks and was about to commit to another lender when Lina first called. Although I was skeptical at first, she was able to offer me a product that not only was on par with the rates I had received from other lenders, but included lender credits that far exceeded any lender I had seen. They worked to waive the appraisal and fees and as a result, I was able to refinance at the same rate other mortgage companies were offering, fund the escrow account with the lender credits and even receive cash back when all was said and done. Lina was very friendly and diligent throughout the whole process, which only took about 2 to 3 weeks. While I typically don't like to make recommendations about products like these, I would definitely suggest you give them a call before making a final decision.

This should be resolved now.  The credit reporting agencies will not show that we declined the consumers for any reason.  It will only show a mere inquiry with no disposition.  We will of course do anything in our power to assist.  Please let us know if there is anything else needed to be done.

We contacted this customer and explained to her everything she wanted to know. We played the recorded call of us speaking with her father back to her so she could verify we spoke with him. We also provided her the information to the credit bureau that releases the information that we have for him....

No refund will be provided, as we feel that after speaking with this customer, we have come to an agreement that our business did not conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. We will also be using this case as an example for future training to avoid issues like this in the future.
