I will not withdraw my complaint until we have a definite closing date for our refinance.  That is still not the case - Network Capital Funding is still requesting more and more documentation that require billed services from our accountant. I was told on Monday, 9/12/16, that we would be contacted within 72 hours to schedule a closing date but we are still waiting for that contact.  I was just notified by my accountant that the funding company has just requested more documents.  Thank you,  [redacted] G. I've refinanced with Network Capital for the 3rd time. They are excellent to deal with and things get done in a speedy fashion. Angelo S started the ball rolling on this latest refinance and did an excellent job with answering questions and returning calls quickly. I recommend his services.

November 23, 2015, by [redacted] of [redacted]. The Appraisal Management Company Mr. [redacted] works for, [redacted], received your payment for the appraisal, per their invoice, via your credit card ending in [redacted].Calls are recorded for training purposes, however, they are only kept for a very short period of time; usually two months.To your contention that you were told you would receive $40,000 cash out of the transaction, it cannot be verified. All indications and copies of disclosures that were sent to you in the transaction show, after calculating the maximum loan amount and then deducting closing costs, the payoff of your first mortgage, second mortgage, etc., your cash-out of the transaction would have only been minimal.(Application Date: 11/14/2015, Loan Estimate dated: 11/16/2015, Appraisal Ordered: 11/17/15.)There are also copies of the signed disclosures, signed and dated by you and [redacted] on November 16, 2015. There is also your “Intent to Proceed” document in the file dated 11/16/2015, authorizing [redacted] to charge your credit card for the appraisal and agreeing to the terms of the Loan Estimate and information in your Credit Application.The Appraisal was ordered after the disclosures were prepared and sent to you, this one in particular, showing you were to take cash into the closing of $1,958.00. The petition for the refund of your appraisal fee cannot be approved based on the preceding information.In regards to not being able to receive a copy of your appraisal, [redacted] mailed a copy to you back in November 2015. This is a corporation worth calling if you need them. I am a person that never answers calls from a number I'm not familiar with. But I'm glad I answered the call from Network Capital. They are very professional at their job yet nice enough to have you smiling by the end of the conversation. We appreciated their less-than-two-week process! It was a prayer answered. We have, since our last correspondence here, been in contact with the borrower and now have a signing appointment set for Monday, 9/26. We don't anticipate there being any further issue, and are confident that this matter is now resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

I recently refinance my home at network capital funding, my first line of contact was with [redacted]. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He assisted both my husband and I till the loan closed. In addition, I want to thank [redacted] loan processor and [redacted] Mortgage banker for their knowledge and professionalism thru this process . They all worked extremely hard and fast in completing my refi. and extended themselves when I had questions or concerns.
