Thank you for taking the time to post about your concerns, Mrs. [redacted]. We make every effort to ensure that our Mortgage Bankers are offering quality service at all times to every potential customer, regardless of whether or not they decide to do business with us.
We take claims such as these very...

seriously and had our Compliance Department pull the entire call history and listen to every conversation had between you and us. [redacted] was not threatening you at any point. In fact, we found his interaction with you to be entirely polite, professional, and informative.
When you initially expressed interest on the first call, you did apply with us. You voluntarily supplied [redacted] with your name, address (of the subject property), date of birth, phone number, and social security number with the full understanding that your credit was going to be run as we determined whether or not we could qualify you to refinance with us. This is considered an application.
Since your credit was run, the Mortgage Bankers are required respond to you within 3 business days with either disclosures or a declination. You initially provided us with an address that was not your mailing address. Since your credit was not declined with us (and still does not show as being declined in our system either), [redacted] called to get your mailing address so that confidential disclosures were not sent to your investment property. He did not call to threaten to report you to the credit bureau.
We understand that after speaking with your husband that you are no longer interested in refinancing. This, however, does not mean that [redacted] operated unethically. As an experienced Mortgage Banker with a track record of quality customer service, he was simply performing his due diligence and following up with you. We are sorry that there was some miscommunication between you and that did not understand what [redacted] was attempting to accomplish for you.
We sincerely hope that this response helps to clarify the situation and put your mind at ease regarding both [redacted] and Network Capital’s business practices. We wish you nothing but the best in your future and if you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [redacted]. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello,
I appologize for any confusion.  The loan program that the borrower is approved for does not allow the borrower to pay or finance closing costs, so what agent and manager stated is 100% accurate.  I'll have a director send the borrower an email to possibly clarify any...

misunderstandings.  They can choose to read it or not from that point.  At the same time our staff has been instructed not to call them any longer.  Please let the client know that this will be handled as instructed.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Let me first start by saying I knew going into this, that my refinance would be challenging. I had some credit issues and I did not have a traditional lender (bank) currently on my home. However, after being contacted by [redacted] with Network Capital I knew I stood a chance. [redacted] and Network don't treat you like many other lenders. Others that I tried working with automatically declined me from their online application without giving me a chance. [redacted] took every phone call I ever place and returned emails promptly. [redacted] had the answers to my questions and gave me direction to make this refinance happen. I'm a bit old school and I appreciate talking to people. Emails are good as well but I have a hate for automated systems. No automated systems with [redacted] and Network Capital, it's all one on one business to the very end. I highly recommend Network Capital for your lending needs and it all starts with contacting [redacted]. Thank you [redacted] and keep up the awesome work.

I applied for a home loan with Capital Network Funding and was connected with [redacted] their senior broker. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with,. Everyone at this company was so nice and friendly. Anyway, my loan funded quickly, even quicker than I expected. I have had several home loans in the past but they didn't go so smoothly as this. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a loan. I want to especially thank [redacted] for the pleasure of working with him. Sincerely, Mary [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action has not cpompletely resolved my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not accepted a new loan from them.  They are currently trying to match or beat a loan that I am working on with another provider.  So far they have not provided any details to this new offer.  They want to work with us on resolving this issue and we are unsure if we will be working with them.

My experience with Network Capital was Outstanding. [redacted] and His Crew were Outstanding. I tried other mortgage companies that were Quick and Pitifull. I've let My Fellow Vets know this is the place to go. Thank You Very Much.

Hello,
We had our Director contact Mr. [redacted] and there is a miscommunication.  This is our highest priority.  His loan is still in process, so there is no need for a refund of appraisal or a cancellation of his loan.  We are committed to completing the loan and...

making sure Mr. [redacted] is completely satisfied.  Per the last communication, he was going to request to retract the complaint.  Please let us know if there is anything else we could do to help.  Thanks.

We appreciate [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention. After reviewing his case, however, we must still decline an appraisal refund. In our transactions, the money paid for an appraisal goes directly to a third-part appraisal management company. We do not see any of the money for those...

services rendered. We further investigated this file and during the conversation, our loan officer, [redacted], asked the customer to verify a stated income. He asked [redacted] what his net, take-home income after taxes was. [redacted] told us an amount. The loan officer then told him that to be on the safe side, we would attempt to qualify his file with a much lower income ([redacted]e than $30,000 lower). [redacted] stated that he was satisfied with the number being used as an accurate amount to be inputting into his income. Based on the income information provided by the customer to our loan officer, the file was structured accordingly and proceeded into our processing and underwriting departments. As with any lender on any [redacted]tgage file, the appraisal fee was charged and paid (again, to a third-party company) upon submission of the file into processing and underwriting. During the underwriting process, when income was being verified with tax returns and other documentation, it was discovered that [redacted]’s stated income was much above his actual verifiable income, therefore not allowing the file to be approved. There is no way our loan officer would have been able to know how much lower his income was prior to the file being submitted to underwriting and the appraisal fee being paid. Loan officers base the way they structure a file on stated information from the borrower, which is then verified by an Underwriter. We can understand and sympathize with the denial of the loan for [redacted]; however, we are not responsible for an appraisal refund, nor is there any way we could have known about his true debt-to-income ratio until after the appraisal fee was submitted. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns regarding this matter. Thank you

Hello,
We sincerely apologize if we inconvenienced the borrower in anyway.  We believe the consumer may be mistaking us for another company that has been calling her.  A lot of times when people submit their info online ([redacted]) the info...

is sent to lenders to compete to offer the clients the best deal.  This type of shopping is not for everyone. We called the borrower a total of 3 times over a period of 3 weeks.  The first 2 attempts we did not reach them.  On the 3rd and final attempt we did reach her and that is when we put her on the DNC.  The client called us however a total of 5 times.
The client has been and is still on our internal list not to call.  We're more than happy to work with the client to get her the best deal still if she's in the market.  Please let us know if we need to take any further action.

I would like to give a big thank you to Jerome Montecillo, my loan officer with Network Capital, for always being there in preparing the required documents in acquiring the loan. The whole process was made very easy and quickly done. He was very polite and professional during the whole process.
Thanks again,
[redacted]

My neighbor recommended me to call [redacted] at Network. My wife and I appreciated the simple and professional service. Ended up saving money on our mortgage insurance which was nice. Thank you very much

Excellent service. Network capital proved to be knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to conduct business with. My refinance was handled with precision and professionalism every step of the way. Jean M. was particularly helpful and supportive throughout the refinance process. I will not hesitant to recommend them to my friends.

Problem: I already file a complain month ago about returning my appraisal money. They told me not to worry we resolve the problem. We have loan for you. I believe them again. They say notary person going to come to your house and you sign the paper for refinancing every thing good you have the loan. Nobody come again. They play games this people I want my appraisal money back.
Desired Outcome: I want my appraisal money back.

[redacted] at Network Capital really got the job done and done well!! My refinance was a harder one than usual, due to a lot of extenuating and complicated circumstances. However, [redacted] hung in there, helped get through all the obstacles, was encouraging and gracious every step of the way. In the end, I got a way better deal than I expected or would have gotten with the other broker I worked with.
I so appreciate him and Network Capital, and will be sure to recommend him to friends.
Thank you [redacted]!!!

Excellent experience from the first phone call with Lucas F. until the easy closing at my home. I could not have asked for a better overall refinancing! I would highly recommend Network Capital Funding Corporation to anyone looking for a home loan or refi.

This complaint was submitted to the Revdex.com prior to the final closing of their loan. We feel confident that we have resolved any issues satisfactorily with this borrower; and they are now a satisfied customer with a closed loan.

Network Capital was the best refinance experience I've ever had. I loved the professionalism displayed by [redacted] and [redacted]. They were absolutely the best and I would rate them a 10+. I will recommend Network Capital to everyone I know because of my positive experience. I couldn't believe the incredibly low closing cost. I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have had a great experience working with Network Capital in my quest to refinance my home. My initial contact, [redacted], has been absolutely outstanding in assisting me through the mountains of paperwork. He has made every effort to keep me updated on information critical to the process. His effort are greatly appreciated. In working through this process I have worked with processors, [redacted] and subsequently, [redacted], Both [redacted], and especially, Ragan have steadfastly supported my efforts and have provided advice and guidance on what I need to do to make the REFI happen. This entire team had performed admirably. Thanks.
