I had a great experience refinancing my mortgage at Network Capital. Excellent communication from start to finish and most important my loan was processed as the team promised.

We had a very good experience with this company. All of the people I spoke with were friendly, intelligent and quick to communicate/respond via email or phone (usually within minutes).
The process was easy. The loan went through lightening fast, and happily, there were no surprises or hidden fees at the end. They offered a great deal and they came through as promised. Would highly recommend.

I had work with [redacted] and team. They are excellent team and they completed my refinance process within 8 business days time. I would suggest any one to try first this team and company for refinancing. Be aware you may not get proper email reply back, but catch them over phone for better response. But it doesn't matter to me, the job has done.

My experience with Network Capital Funding was a great one. My broker [redacted], his manager [redacted], and the closing processor [redacted] did all they could to make the refinance process of my home go as smoothly as possible. They were very diligent and on top of the paperwork needed and kept me abreast of everythimg that I needed to fulfill my application.

I would like to compliment Anthony Baronci for his quick and professional demeanor. In 3 days, my application was taken, appraisal done and processor [redacted] Z who was also great, has contacted me with a tentative closing date. As a real estate agent, I am in awe of the efficiency of Network Capital and will refer them to my clients, friends and family. It's been a pleasure doing business with them!!!

This client was contacted yesterday by our staff.
Unfortunately, we are unable to complete the refinance due to circumstances
beyond our control. Both the appraised value and the existing lien on the house
are currently preventing us from moving forward. This was clearly explained to

understood by the customer. As a courtesy for the inconvenience, we are
refunding the appraisal fee at a loss to our company (as the appraisal money
goes directly to the appraisal company) in an effort of good faith and in
deepest apologies that we cannot complete their refinance. It is our sincere
hope that should the market value improve in the future that we might be able
to try again with greater success.

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance. [redacted] was very patient and thorough in reviewing the details of our mortgage and in walking us thru the disclosures. Additionally Network Capital lived up to its word. We were able to have the entire process completed in 2 weeks.

My wife and I recently refinanced our home through Network Capital. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and courtesy of Agent / Mortgage Banker Mr. [redacted]. The entire process was painless, was handled very swiftly and professionally by Mr. [redacted]’s attention to detail, concern for the customer, and his follow-up efforts; in my opinion is second-to-none the industry! Thank you Network Capital and specifically Thank You to Mr. [redacted]—you’ve made this experience a pleasant one!

This complaint has been satisfactorily resolved. The problem was addressed and fixed last night and it resulted in a funded loan for this client. She was able to sign the paperwork and we spoke with her this morning to confirm that she is happy with the outcome.

Jacquelyn was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get the best loan for my needs.

This complaint has since been resolved, on 1/16/2018 a refund in the amount of $560.00 was sent to Ms. [redacted] and cleared on 1/22/2018.  Ms. [redacted] is happy with the outcome and expressed that there would be no need to complain. Thank you, [redacted]

My hat is off to [redacted] and Network Capital! I was skeptical after reading the reviews on working with an out of state lender, but then again, you can find exactly what you want on the internet, good or bad. Our second home equity loan Company started to play games with our second and our mortgage interest rate has been at 5.625%. We figured we could get a better rate now but would it make sense to refinance after having our mortgage for 11 years?
I looked at current interest rates and I got a call from [redacted] in California. My wife and I and [redacted] had a quite a few conversations on what would be the best loan or even if it would make sense with our recent credit history. He was so thorough in answering my every question. His knowledge of his company, the loan process, and the many details of refinancing is very extensive.
From the first phone call, our loan was done (funded) in 10 days. It all went without a hitch AND with a great rate, saving us quite a bit of money per month. [redacted] and Network Capital is the bomb. Courteous, professional, up front, honest, and efficient are just a few of how my wife and I would rate them. I have told two of my coworkers about them and I won’t hesitate in telling more of my friends!

Working with [redacted] was a true pleasure. She was very professional and answered all our questions. Everything was handled in a timey manner and made very easy for. We will definately call her again if we have any financial needs.

After the "last straw" with my current mortgage company at the time, I decided to call Network Capital. Clarissa F answered the phone! Clarissa is amazing! There were many hurdles to be cleared to get my mortgage refinanced but it was done in 2.5 weeks. I dealt with [redacted] and his loan processor [redacted] at Network Capital and had an extremely good experience. Their customer service was excellent and the fact that they were in California was a plus because being on the east coast we were able to communicate in the evenings. The process went very quickly and they were able to accomplish what other lenders were not due to our financial situation. We closed in one month from contacting Network Capital. Both of these gentlemen were on top of everything and kept us up to date on a daily basis. Highly recommend.
