Network Capital Funding Corporation Reviews (377)

I had the pleasure of refinancing my home loan with Network Capital. From origination to funding, the process was seamless. My loan was funded within 10 days and the folks at NC were able to get me what I wanted. Very EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL! I highly recommend using NC for all of your home loan needs! I have already referred a couple friends to do the same.
Thanks NC!

My experience with Network Capital was very pleasant, I would definitely recommend Network Capital to anyone. From end to end, it took less than two weeks! LaMeeka & Paloma was very responsive of my questions and concerns. These two ladies made it very clear and concise what I needed up front so I can gather all the necessary paperwork before hand to prevent any delays. For future borrowers, make it easy on yourself by collecting all your employment information beforehand because this took the most time.

Hello Mr. [redacted],
I appologize if our agent called you after you requested not to be called.  We value your business and respect your decision.  I show our agents spoke with you on 2 occasions.  We did put your number on our internal do not call list, which could...

have taken a day to be fully initiated..  If you have any questions or concerns in the future, feel free to reach out.  We'll make sure your experience is a pleasant one.
Have a great day.

How can she say Network Capital is not responsible for the 3 hard pulls on my credit report, when she told me she didn't see any hard pulls when she supposedly viewed my credit report. I asked to view what she had and she said by law, mortgage cannot show the information she was viewing. But I pulled my free credit report from Equifax and Transunion and both show three hard pulls from them. And the link about the 45 day removal, they are still there.... Not satisfied until I see them gone.

In July 2016 Adam B at Network Capital called me to offer me a refi. Since our loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios were low and our credit score was high, he waived the requirement of an appraisal, and he covered all other closing costs (other than prepaid homeowners insurance and property tax), and reduced our interest rate from 3.375% to 3% (10-year, fixed rate). That combination of 3% with no closing costs was competitive with other lenders at the time, so I said yes. (I had refinanced this home and our previous home approximately 6 times, so I knew what to expect, more or less.) In the 24 hours before closing, I had to jump through some hoops (such as getting extra documentation of various kinds, and paying off an interest-free solar electric power system loan). But the amount I had to pay at closing was computed as I had been led to believe, even though they changed the CD (Closing Disclosure) at the last minute. The old loan got paid off correctly, and eventually the old lender refunded me the balance in our old escrow account. Eventually, Network sent me a new, corrected CD, as well as a small refund check.
So, I thank Adam for offering me this refi. He did a great job.
It is helpful to write out your own calculations of the closing costs; you will probably write it out in a format different from that of Network, but if your bottom line agrees with Network's bottom line, then it should be OK. It is helpful to compare the rates that Network offers you with those posted online at Amerisave.com. In this case, Network beat Amerisave (barely).

I was not even thinking about refinancing when a friend of mine told me he had and received an amazing deal. My friend refinanced through Lucas F of Network Capital. I decided to call Lucas myself and a great deal was also proposed. Lucas was phenomenal throughout the entire experience and the refi was done in about a week. Great experience all around.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I recently completed a refinance process with them. The service was great, especially when my processor ([redacted]) was assigned. She was outstanding in staying on top of things and keeping me informed of how everything was progressing.

[redacted] and [redacted] were great network capital gave me a good rate very pleased

This client was contacted yesterday by our staff.
Unfortunately, we are unable to complete the refinance due to circumstances
beyond our control. Both the appraised value and the...

existing lien on the house
are currently preventing us from moving forward. This was clearly explained to
and understood by the customer. As a courtesy for the inconvenience, we are
refunding the appraisal fee at a loss to our company (as the appraisal money
goes directly to the appraisal company) in an effort of good faith and in
deepest apologies that we cannot complete their refinance. It is our sincere
hope that should the market value improve in the future that we might be able
to try again with greater success.

This response from network capital is nothing more that a cut and paste of a letter I received dated may 27, 2016 from [redacted]. once again I wil I will state this is not a complaint based on failure to get $40,000 cash back, but a failure of network capital to provide a copy of my appraisal without me having to beg and wait 2 1/2 months for a copy.   network capital continues to lie and states "their system says [redacted] sent me a copy 2015".  I asked [redacted], l chief compliance officer and director-network capital  provide me a copy of report. this is abriviated statement I sent miss [redacted] quote  "Please be advised that the completed appraisal report will be delivered to your lender. You may obtain a copy from your lender. [redacted] is not allowed to release the appraisal to the borrower, client, agent, etc. regardless of the payment. Thank you. [redacted] Service Team".  she basically called me a liar and said she could not verify anything found on the internet.  I contacted the state of california departmet of appraisal and thy verified this staement. I paid for and should have receive in kind a copy of my appraisal report without having to beg and wait 2 1/2 months.   I believe network capital has no proof they ever sent me areport.  I have e-mails to prove my request.  they blame [redacted],  call me a liar.  I will say again - it is notabout not getting $40K back !!!!

I recently refinanced with Network Capital and our mortgage banker really helped us through the entire process. If not for him, it would have been much more stressful. He was Great!

Hello,This should be resolved now.  The credit reporting agencies will not show that we declined the consumers for any reason.  It will only show a mere inquiry with no disposition.  We will of course do anything in our power to assist.  Please let us know if there is anything else needed to be done.

[redacted] and Network Capital are without a doubt the best loan company and agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. After dealing with numerous dishonest agents for several years. It's reassuring to see that there are still very knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals in this industry. Network Capital is definitely and asset to this industry.

My mortgage banker; [redacted] was amazing. I am a veteran of the US Army and he treated me with the upmost respect. He is one of the best bankers out there! He was able to clearly explain all the benefits and the service was great.

Hello,
We've spoken with this borrower as recently as yesterday, 8/24/16. We are currently looking into her file again to see what can be done to assist her in a refinance. We are confident that she will not have the same experience as last time with customer service issues, and are working...

on a satisfactory solution for her.

Excellent customer service and teamwork. Christopher G and Madison were exceptional and always there if we had questions. Awesome
