I'm very happy with the service Jake gave me My husband just went through open heart surgery and Jake extended my trial so I could get a chance to use and even said he would PRAY for me and what Im going through!! Ms [redacted] called our office on 4/about her refunds because she returned the products to us on 3/ As per the law, we do have days to refund the customer ***, the supervisor spoke to her and refunded both charges to her while he was talking to her Therefore this complaint is satisfied as Ms [redacted] received her refunds for the products she returned.Thank you[redacted] ***

I decided to go for the trial samples and submitted my order.The product arrived November 30, and on December 1, I decided to try the itemsI have never ever before felt such a burning sensation on my faceI had thought perhaps I had left soap residue and proceeded to wash off the New Age applications that I had usedOn December 2, making absolutely sure I had left no soap residue on my face I again used the products exactly as I was told to doThe serum first and let completely dry, then the face creamSame thing happened--I felt as if my fact were on fireI suffered through that for about minutes and then simply had to wash it offNext day my face was peeling as if I had a sunburn (which I have never had) and big flakes of skin was hanging on my cheeksI immediately called the company and told "Jake" what had happenedHe said he would reduce the price down to for the two products that I had received and cancel the remainingI said no,I am throwing this crap in the garbage unless you send me the post paid slip to return it to youHe then said to keep the product, the balance was cancelled, and wished me a great evening This is the worst product I have come in contact withMy face looks as if it is blistered by too much sun which has never happened to me and the skin keeps peelingIt has now been a week since I last tried the product and my face feels miserably burnedIf it does not clear up in a day or so I will have to get medical attention I have not thrown the products away yet, because I just may venture into a legal issue with New Age

I tried to look up Mrs***s' account with the address, telephone number and email address she provided to you on her complaintWith that address, telephone number or email, we have no customers However we do have a Monna [redacted] with a different address, different telephone number and different email address that does match the account number she provided Why is the information different on her complaint and on her order? According to the account number provided, Mrs [redacted] has never called our office about her product She ordered the product on 6/16, it was delivered on 6/20, and she was charged on 7/ She did receive a reminder email, to the email address provided on her order, about days prior, which was not the holiday weekend, and we were open We were even open on Saturday, 7/ I would like to know who Mrs [redacted] spoke to and what telephone number she called, because it was not our office There is absolutely NO RECORD of her calling in Please find out if Mrs [redacted] used a different address, telephone number and email address to place her order, and why After we get that information, we can resolve this Thank you

I ordered the "trial" New Age Gold and the Advanced Anti-wrinkle cream I am very pleased with both, in factjust re-ordered I don't do much shopping online, so was being cautious and called New Age to make certain I understood the obligation I spoke to a wonderful customer rep, (Sir)who was very patient and understanding about my skepticism With Customer Service reps like him (and Phil when I called to re-order) I feel very comfortable with New Age and do like the products I will be pleased to recommend New Age to friends I am and, hopefully, my frown lines will become laugh lines with your product Of course, I don't expect miracles - but, then again, why not!!!! I am very pleasantly surprised about the serum and the creme.My skin loves it, it's cooling and soothing,the skin gets smooth immediately and at the same time there's a tightening I will definitely recommend this product, which is great and affordable! Wether it will diminish wrinkles still needs to be seen !

I ordered products of New Age skin care on the internet I received those products in a nice box with a receipt telling me about the trial I had questions and called customer service The representative was very helpful and explained everything I am very happy with these products and this company I recommended this company and their products to my sister and she's really happy too I know people always talk about the negative, that's why I want to tell about my good experience

I was looking forward to receiving and trying this productIt's the fourth or fifth package I have received from online ordering this week but the first time that I bothered to take the receipt out to look at it first, so so glad I did! I went to the New Age Skin Serum website to read about the productwww.buynewage.com The site offers information about how the product works, the results that you can expect and how you can get a trial day trial offerI decided to try the offerOnce you click on, "Send me my trial offer" you see where you are supposed to put in your credit card information in large bold print, you see that it is only $to order the serum It does ask if you read the terms and conditions and if you agree However, it is part of the order processnot a separate question with the terms attached or even highlighted for you to readNow that I am trying to send this product back and click on Terms and Conditions, and read down to the VERY bottomI see that if I don't cancel my account within the days, I will be charged $for each item ordered! AND don't you know that the serum doesn't work without the lotion that you didn't even know about until your credit card was entered, so of course for just a mere additional $you can also order the lotion, so now you're on the hook for $for EACH of them Let's talk about the day trialThe trial starts upon ordering the productsso isn't it a statement that you get days to trial the productI mean, it takes time to get to youright? All in all, I will be disputing the charges and sending back the product that I didn't even have the chance to tryThis site is designed to make it difficult to truly understand just how badly they are going to rape your walletIf that's the pointthen well done!

False advertising charged for multiple product that was not ordered or even wanted. Product was a free trial only. Was double charged. Please report as a fraudulent scam to bilk people out of their money. Please reply ASAP

My experience with New Age Skin Care was positive I ordered their skin care product and used it during the day trial periodI called the company to cancel the follow up shipments and payments expecting a hard sell pitchOn the contrary, their representative was courteous and helpful, indicating a email would follow to reaffirm my cancellation Not getting the email timely, I emailed their customer service just to make sure I would not be charged I promptly received an email thanking me for my order, and indicating that their were no hidden charges and that they would be happy to reinstate my special price offer whenever I decided to order again This company was above board with their terms and as long as the customer followed the guidelines as I did I am sure others would have a good experience The product was above average although a day trial doesn't seem long enough to evaluate a productAgain, I would recommend this company and its representatives as reputatable
