advertise day free trial and put addtional products in the box along with more product so they can bill your cc for outragous prices

The company new age from Tempe AzThe free sample is not freeThey charge your credit card and when you call themThey lie to you, rude to you and they claim you will get your money back and they don't give your money

As a woman is her Mid 50's wrinkles did get the best of meI've tried so many different lotions, creams , ointments & skin products New Age is different Within ten days I could feel my skin tighten , I felt relief that something finally worked for me !

I continue to receive the product Parisian Glow from New Age Skin Care even though I contacted them to cancel a subscription I may have signed up for when requested a free trial

I called the company with a complicated issue regarding an order made on my charge card by a family member I was very upset at the time I want to commend Jake in Customer Service for his kindness, sincerity, and patience in resolving this matter with me in a very satisfactory manner He is a great ambassador for his company I believe you can judge a company by the people who represent them

I ordered online a trial size new skin cream for No where did it say that a days to check it out and to cal and cancel the trial period any where on the website HoweverThe product was ordered and on the box dated the 9th of October...The was taken from my account which was okay...I thought what a Great DealUntil two days agoA charge for shows up on my account I call my bank to find out who this isNEW Age, I CALL THEM SHE SAYS THAT IT TAKES MUCH LONGER TO TELL A DIFFERENCE, THAN DAYS MAY A MONTH, BECAUSE ITS ALL NATURAL, THAT I SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND CANCELLED THE SO CALLED TRIAL PERIOD FOR THE SKIN CREAMtHIS COMPANY IM SURE IS RIPPING MANY CONSUMERS OFF LEFT AND RIGHTiT BEEN A MONTH AND MY SKIN AS OF TODAY, MY SKIN HASNT CHANGED, SO MUCH FOR BELIEVINIG WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTI DONT WANT COMING FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO DOPLEASE HELP PUT A STOP TO THESE CIRCUS...THANKS SO MUCH

Ordered New Age skin care products, wrinkle cream and serum, on 2/1/for supposedly their free trial...only needed to pay shipping fees of $and $Was never told when I ordered that after two weeks they would charge my credit card $for the productIt took several days for the product to arriveI ended up in the hospital, so didn't even open the product until approximately 2/and didn't try the product right awayThe packing slip and receipt said that my credit card would be charged for the product after days from date of orderTried calling the business and it was closedLeft a message, Got a call backTold the person a man named Chris that I didn't want the product and didn't want my credit card chargedHe insisted there was nothing he could do, my credit card had already been charged and I was a day late in callingVery poor customer service skills and he was basically abusiveThis was certainly not a two week free trial periodI hadn't even been able to use the product more than a couple of daysI called my bankNo charge was showing on my accountI asked to block itWas told that since I had charged it to a debit card, I could only contest the charge once it went through and was actually deducted from my accountI called back, got another male customer service person, who again insisted he could do nothing to help meHe too was very rude, and just kept insisting I would have to payHe made no effort to try to help meI got mad and threatened to report his companyI told him I had been in the hospital and never got anywhere near a day free trial, besides it takes time for the product to be delivered, and that I had called the company on time, but no one was thereThey close early, and I was calling from the East CoastHe finally agreed to refund all but $of the $they had charged my credit card if I mailed back the product immediately.Supposedly, since the product had been opened, the $would cover the fact that it could not be used again, but of course, I would have to pay for the postageI mailed back the product the next day, which cost me just at $to send it back "snail mail to Tempe, AZThis so-called free trial cost me just a few cents shy of $in total, and I only got to use it about daysDo they ask those they convince to buy to return their free samples? The company did refund $to my credit cardBoth persons I spoke with at this company were obviously programmed to give any customers who called in a difficult time, and to insist that they had called too lateWhen I spoke to the first man, my credit card was not showing the charge for $89.95, but an hour or two later, when I spoke to the second man (I think Josh or Jake), they had put the charge through for the $89.95, but insisted it had been put through the night beforeIt was showing as a pending transaction when I called the second timeMy bank said I would not be able to contest the charge until the transaction had actually been charged to my account and had been paidIt is no wonder that this company has an "F" rating with the Revdex.com If I thought I would even come close to getting my $back from this company, I would request a resolution to my issue, but it would probably cause me so much additional stress that I would end up in the hospital again DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with NEW AGE Skin Care of Tempe, AZ Apparently, even if you do call immediately upon receiving the product, they do their best to talk you into some long term commitment at a mere $a month for the productObviously, it was never worth $to begin with, and obviously, no one ever gets a true week trial I do intend to notify the Massachusetts Attorney General's office regarding this obvious scam What makes it even more frustrating is that I will be in both Phoenix and Tucson in AprilYou can be sure that all those I encounter at my meetings there will hear about this company and how badly they scam folks! This is the kind of company that destroys one's faith and trust in humanity and in the legitimacy of our American business system

Love the product! Worked after two applicationsCustomer service was a dreamI was confused about something and they took the time, over a few emails to explain

I ordered the free trials, used the products did not like please do not send me anymore. I am returning unopened product that I received 11-10-2018. Please credit my account did not see Cancelling number when I got trial sent to me.

I recently used new age face cream and face serum.I loved the serum it's a great product
Anti wrinkle cream was great too.Thank u so much for letting me try your products.

Your skin care is no good my face has turn very bumpy. I was hoping that this one would be very good for me . It is not .I do not want any more.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! I ordered the trial pack. Within two days my cheeks were red and raw along with red around my eyes with constant tearing. A couple of days later without using anymore of the products, my skin was almost back to normal. In three more days I had a scheduled knee replacement surgery. As I was healing, two more kits arrived without my knowledge. I was angered when I healed and could tend to my business again. Through several emails with rude replies, I finally got New Age to cancel any other shipments and bills. They assured they would send me return info for the unwanted products. This was in March. This August and I'm STILL waiting for that info. STAY AWAY from NEW AGE!

I just order this and im trying to cancel the order but its saturday and they are closed does anyone have the e mail so I can e mail them I have been reading the the reviews and I hope I can cancel this order and they dont charge me 89 dollars

This stuff didn't even work for me and they are trying to charge me again for it and you right it is over $80 for both the cream and additional $80 for the eye syrum. I read this before I put my card on this and I didn't notice that this would result in an automatic send list thing. I will be returning it and I don't agree with these methods of just automatically sending and being able to charge a person's credit card.

Ms. [redacted] ordered our product on the internet on 6/7/15.  Nowhere on our website does it say FREE.  It says 14 Day Trial.  It also says it is a 14 day Trial on our packing slip that comes with the product (also attached).  The customer did not call within that 14 Day Trial...

period.  Therefore, Ms. [redacted] was charged for the product on 6/23/15.  Since Ms. [redacted] still did not call to cancel, an autoshipment was shipped on 7/18/15.  Ms. [redacted] did not call our office until 7/23/15, as proven on the customer notes attached.  Mrs. [redacted] returned the autoshipment on 7/30/15, and she was refunded on 8/3/15, also shown on the customer notes.  Most banks take 3-7 days to process credits, therefore Ms. [redacted] might not see it reflected on her credit card account yet.  We will not issue a refund for the first charge of $89.95 since Ms. [redacted] said she already disputed that charge with her bank.  We must deal with the bank on that charge.  Ms. [redacted] returned the product, was refunded for that product, and her account is now closed.  As I said, on the first charge we must deal with her bank and cannot refund that charge to her.  Ms. [redacted] now has to wait for the resolution with her bank.Thank you.[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10973082, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,

After filing a complaint with you I received the monthly statement from my credit card company. It indicated an earlier charge from the company for $89 for face cream, $89 for another face cream. I never ordered this and did not receive these products. I called the credit card company and explained the situation to them. They told me they will contact the company and relate that they are not paying  for these products since I did not authorized the products or payment to them. I was waiting to hear back from them that they did contact the company. I guess from the companys rant they were contacted. So it is settled and I am fine with the outcome.Thank you so much for the assistance I truly appreciated it.

Ms. [redacted] purchased 2 14 Day Trial products from our website on 11/14/15.  She paid $6.97 and $ 5.95 for shipping, not for the products.  The products she received were not small trial size bottles, but were full 30 Day supplies.  The terms and conditions are stated on our...

website (attached) where she input her credit card information, and also on the packing slip (also attached) when she received the products.  Both terms state, This is a 14 Day Trial, if you do not call to cancel or request an RMA number to return the products, during the trial period, you will be charged for the products.  It states these terms in not 1, but 2 different places.  Ms. [redacted] called our office on 12/14/15, after she was charged on 12/2/15.  Our customer care rep issued RMA numbers to her so that she can return the products for full refunds, even though her 14 Day Trial expired.
If Ms. [redacted] returns both products, she will receive her refunds of $89.95 and $86.95.  She erroneously states the purchase price as $12.92, that was the cost of shipping through the USPS. As you can also see from the website, by purchasing the trials, Ms. [redacted] did authorize her credit card for the 2 charges.
To resolve this, Ms. [redacted] must return the products and she will be refunded in full.

Thank you,
Lisa S[redacted]

WARNING! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! I tried their skin serum and moisturizer on a free trial. I saw no results from the products, so I called on 10/13/15 to cancel. It was past the 14 days so I did pay for the trial products, but wanted to cancel any future shipments. After a lengthy attempt to get me to continue using the products by lowering the price from $90 to $19.99, I insisted that I was cancelling and I was given my cancellation confirmation number. 3-4 weeks later, I get billed again for $49.97, and 2 days later, a second charge was issued. I called and was told that they did not show my cancellation and would need a cancellation number. I told the guy that I had the confirmation number at home but didn't have it with me but that I wanted my money credited back to my account. I was talked to very disrespectfully and repeatedly belittled and accused of making up lies about cancelling. If I tried to explain anything, I was cut off and responded to with extreme disrespect. I told the gentleman that I would take care of the matter with the Revdex.com and ended the call. I received a call back shortly after by a different guy that agreed to refund my money if I would agree to return the products to sender and agree not to report them to any agencies. When I asked what he meant by that, he just continued to process my refund. I asked for transaction ID numbers which he provided. After going home and getting my cancellation number, I called back to give them the number in hopes that the gentleman who treated me so disrespectfully and accused me of lying would think twice before he did this to someone else. The guy took my cancellation number and then proceeded to tell me that the number that I had was not a cancellation number, but an order number instead. What? Despite assuring him that it was the cancellation number that I was given, he too got rude and acted as if I was lying. I have never been so disappointed with a company. They conveniently have no records of anything that doesn't benefit them. I wonder how many cancelled orders never get cancelled. I sincerely hope that this review will help protect potential future victims of this company.

Thank you for your response. As stated in the agreement from Lisa a a full refund for 86.95 and 89.95 is required. As of today I received 29.95 on 10-20 and 26.95 and 60.00 on 10-24. An additional 60.00 is needed for a full refund as stated in New Age response. Thank you again for your time a quick response in resolving this issue.

I ordered a "sample" from this company for $5.95 + $6.97 shipping. Little did I know it was a 3 month supply and I was then charge $89.95 and $86.85. Oh yes...the small print probably said this, but I didn't even think to look at that because I thought I ordered a sample per their advertising. Then...I was charged $89.00 and 49.95 because I was in an auto program - didn't know that either. The customer service is horrible...the company does not stand behind its product or it would give a full refund...and I'm not sure how these people sleep at night. Oh...they product doesn't work very well either. I feel ripped off.
