This company will take your credit card information for a day "trial" After days, they will charge your credit card every month This is not clear when you are signing up The customer service people are rude and the product is nothing special Do not get mixed up with this company

I decided to go for the trial samples and submitted my order.The product arrived November 30, and on December 1, I decided to try the itemsI have never ever before felt such a burning sensation on my faceI had thought perhaps I had left soap residue and proceeded to wash off the New Age applications that I had usedOn December 2, making absolutely sure I had left no soap residue on my face I again used the products exactly as I was told to doThe serum first and let completely dry, then the face creamSame thing happened--I felt as if my fact were on fireI suffered through that for about minutes and then simply had to wash it offNext day my face was peeling as if I had a sunburn (which I have never had) and big flakes of skin was hanging on my cheeksI immediately called the company and told "Jake" what had happenedHe said he would reduce the price down to for the two products that I had received and cancel the remainingI said no,I am throwing this crap in the garbage unless you send me the post paid slip to return it to youHe then said to keep the product, the balance was cancelled, and wished me a great evening
This is the worst product I have come in contact withMy face looks as if it is blistered by too much sun which has never happened to me and the skin keeps peelingIt has now been a week since I last tried the product and my face feels miserably burnedIf it does not clear up in a day or so I will have to get medical attention I have not thrown the products away yet, because I just may venture into a legal issue with New Age

I requested a trial sampleWhen it arrived a note stated that I would have to pay for it if I did not return it after x# 0f DaysOk, so I decided to keep it No where on the note was there anything stating that this was an auto repeat orderI am now being charged for another shipment that I do not want

I am very pleasantly surprised about the serum and the creme.My skin loves it, it's cooling and soothing,the skin gets smooth immediately and at the same time there's a tightening

Wether it will diminish wrinkles still needs to be seen !

This product is totally ripping people off because they do hot read the pages of tiny print It is advertized as a free sample and you only pay the postage; however, you are charged $in days if you do not call them and cancel It is very deceptive advertizing

I had no idea that I would be receiving monthly items of skin care product I thought I had requested a trial of their product I have been trying to send emails to cancel any future orders but my emails are bounced back saying either they no longer use that address or I have the wrong addressI got the address off my package that they sent my product inMy card was charged twice for A day product in the same month I want this stoppedHow can a person cancel when you can't contact them Their ad was misleading and I want know business with a company that has to trick their way into your bank accounts

My experience with New Age Skin Care was positive I ordered their skin care product and used it during the day trial periodI called the company to cancel the follow up shipments and payments expecting a hard sell pitchOn the contrary, their representative was courteous and helpful, indicating a email would follow to reaffirm my cancellation Not getting the email timely, I emailed their customer service just to make sure I would not be charged I promptly received an email thanking me for my order, and indicating that their were no hidden charges and that they would be happy to reinstate my special price offer whenever I decided to order again This company was above board with their terms and as long as the customer followed the guidelines as I did I am sure others would have a good experience The product was above average although a day trial doesn't seem long enough to evaluate a productAgain, I would recommend this company and its representatives as reputatable

I would like to share a very positive experience I had with your New Age Skin CareMy daughter asked me to try this on my face and gave what was left to meI was convinced it made a change in two dark spots and will continue to use it!

Ordered New Age skin care products, wrinkle cream and serum, on 2/1/for supposedly their free trial...only needed to pay shipping fees of $and $Was never told when I ordered that after two weeks they would charge my credit card $for the productIt took several days for the product to arriveI ended up in the hospital, so didn't even open the product until approximately 2/and didn't try the product right awayThe packing slip and receipt said that my credit card would be charged for the product after days from date of orderTried calling the business and it was closedLeft a message, Got a call backTold the person a man named Chris that I didn't want the product and didn't want my credit card chargedHe insisted there was nothing he could do, my credit card had already been charged and I was a day late in callingVery poor customer service skills and he was basically abusiveThis was certainly not a two week free trial periodI hadn't even been able to use the product more than a couple of daysI called my bankNo charge was showing on my accountI asked to block itWas told that since I had charged it to a debit card, I could only contest the charge once it went through and was actually deducted from my accountI called back, got another male customer service person, who again insisted he could do nothing to help meHe too was very rude, and just kept insisting I would have to payHe made no effort to try to help meI got mad and threatened to report his companyI told him I had been in the hospital and never got anywhere near a day free trial, besides it takes time for the product to be delivered,and that I had called the company on time, but no one was thereThey close early, and I was calling from the East CoastHe finally agreed to refund all but $of the $they had charged my credit card if I mailed back the product immediately.Supposedly, since the product had been opened, the $would cover the fact that it could not be used again, but of course, I would have to pay for the postageI mailed back the product the next day, which cost me just at $to send it back "snail mail to Tempe, AZThis so-called free trial cost me just a few cents shy of $in total, and I only got to use it about daysDo they ask those they convince to buy to return their free samples? The company did refund $to my credit cardBoth persons I spoke with at this company were obviously programmed to give any customers who called in a difficult time, and to insist that they had called too lateWhen I spoke to the first man, my credit card was not showing the charge for $89.95, but an hour or two later, when I spoke to the second man (I think Josh or Jake), they had put the charge through for the $89.95, but insisted it had been put through the night beforeIt was showing as a pending transaction when I called the second timeMy bank said I would not be able to contest the charge until the transaction had actually been charged to my account and had been paidIt is no wonder that this company has an "F" rating with the Revdex.com If I thought I would even come close to getting my $back from this company, I would request a resolution to my issue, but it would probably cause me so much additional stress that I would end up in the hospital again DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with NEW AGE Skin Care of Tempe, AZ Apparently, even if you do call immediately upon receiving the product, they do their best to talk you into some long term commitment at a mere $a month for the productObviously, it was never worth $to begin with, and obviously, no one ever gets a true week trial I do intend to notify the Massachusetts Attorney General's office regarding this obvious scam What makes it even more frustrating is that I will be in both Phoenix and Tucson in AprilYou can be sure that all those I encounter at my meetings there will hear about this company and how badly they scam folks! This is the kind of company that destroys one's faith and trust in humanity and in the legitimacy of our American business system

Mrs*** ordered the products on our website on 1/24/As you can see from the attached, both our website and our packing slip states this is a Day Trial, nowhere does it say Free Sample. I also listened to the conversation and our customer service rep never said she will not
be able to cancel, and both parties were rude to each other. Our rep was reprimanded for the call. Even though Mrs*** at first agreed to return the products, then accepted partial refunds on both, I am going to refund the remainder of her money in order to resolve this matter. Avoid this product and companyNot only is the product ineffective and overpriced but the credit scam they are running is a nightmare
I called to cancel the day trial on 01/30/ I did not even have the product full weeks to evaluate
I subsequently received more product shipments and credit card charges in the amount of $and $
When I called to complain I was told that they were auto-shipped and that I could return the product if I paid for the shipping and a $restocking fee for each product
I returned the product and was told I would be credited within business days
They had the product additional weeks before another call threatening to turn over to credit union resulted in a promise of creditI will see if it happens
There are products you can buy at the drug store that are better and less expensive

About months ago, I tried New Age's Trial Offer Since then I have canceled my order as their advertisement says you can I have still been received the product and have been charged for same I now have packages from New Age that have not been opened I will gladly and happily return all of their product for a reimbursement of same I have notified them by fax that I no longer want their product Apparently they just regard their cancellation policy I want a reimbursement for the product immediately or I will contact my Credit Card company and get them going on the this issue under fraud

This New Age product was advertised on Facebook and there was a free trial for facial creamTwo different kinds of productsI received them both and was just charged the mailing feeAfter daysthey emailed me if I liked the productI didn't read in their email that I was going to get sent more product every month at a massive price and then be charged for itThey have also used different merchant numbers so they can charge every month for their different sister companiesBecause of this, I have to watch my credit card every month or they may charge for the same product under a different order or merchant number! They have currently charged me for two months worth of product and that is charges on my credit cardI have sent one month back (two bottles worth of product equals two charges) and I can't find out what product I am being charged for other two I have currently found out that I had to cancel after days on the free product or I would be charged for this produc

I went to sign up for a free trial (where I pay for shipping) through a game for rewards I enetered a prepaid card number for a credit card to ensure safety The business said they don't take prepaid but charged the card anyways and sent the product They sent no confirmation email...I just received the product, and my card was charged I didn't not receive my promised in game rewards and I filed a ticket with the service that handles them The service said the company-New Age required a confirmation email to payout the in game rewards...which is a scam because they never sent one I have a receipt and the product but they refuse to pay the in game rewards

I ordered the free trial and then saw all the negative things said by people, mostly that it is a scam and they'll take your money A few days of use impressed me but I knew I should call customer service and ask about the free trial and about them taking money from my account after the trial The lady I talked with was so friendly and helpful and I told her I couldn't pay the full price so I would send the remaining product back (a lot was left) But, like another lady said, she said I could pay $and keep it I did because I'm and already my laugh lines were plumping up and almost blended into my cheeks The bags under my eyes are markedly younger looking - at my age there are still going to be wrinkles, but my face is younger and brighter I am very pleased

I have been very impressed with the customer service that I've experienced with New AgeThey were thorough in addressing my questions and handling issuesThey are respectful and friendly, and have given me good suggestions in the handling of my accountIf the customer service hadn't been this stellar, I would not continue to buy their products even if I liked it
