After reading a lot of these bad reviews & filed complaints, I was pretty confident that the phone call I had to make to cancel my month to month account was going to be horrendousIt was totally the oppositeI believe the woman's name was Chantal (I hope I spelled it right) was extremely professional & politeIt was my 14th day of my trial period & I told her I needed to cancel the month to month shipment as I found it to be too expensive for meShe did everything she could to keep me as a customer by lowering the monthly bill but I just couldn't commit to a month to month (I didn't realize it was this way when I purchased it) but I did want to keep the trial products & was prepared to pay the full price although it doesn't tell you the full price when ordering it online unless you read the "terms & conditions" but I didn't & I should of so I was prepared to pay full price but she gave it to me for $as she said it was the last day they could give it to customers for that priceLike I said, I was expecting the worse & didn't get anything close to thatI figured with all those bad reviews I should definitely put in my good reviewShe was professional, polite, a little persistent (which sales people are supposed to be) and very pleasantSo there you go

I am devastated this morning due to an $charge to my account for a RISK FREE trail from this companyI don't have the money for this yet, it's SHAME ON ME for falling for this scamThe fact that Celebrities condone this is shameful! New Age Skin Care charged my card $79.31 without my authorization. When I saw this I Google the name and was able to get a customer service number. I called and spoke to the manger. I told him my card got charged without my authorization. He claimed there was a 14 day trail which by the way was never said to me. I told him I didn't get anything that said a 14 day trail. I advised him I was trying to cancel the order before the free trail came to be unsuccessful in that. His response was it was on the paper that came with the free serum. I advised him there was no such thing. I need to et my money refunded. He them told me I can only refund you $ 30 dollars. I told him I need all of the $79.31 refunded to me. Then he get rude and said I cannot refund the whole amount. It's not his fault I didn't read the information. I told him there was nothing that stated I had 14 days to cancel. If that was the case I would have. Then he said I will refund you $40 dollars and that's all I can do. take that or take nothing at all. I told him to stop saying I didn't read my information because I did and there was nothing on there that stated I could cancel in 14 days. He then stated it was on the box. I said there was nothing on that box that stated that. I just want to get fully refunded. I then told the supervisor to send me the $40 dollars and when the other product comes I will send that back. He said to not send it back. This is bullS#&!. I should get all of my money refunded to me not partial. I wish I never signed up. I was trying to cancel but was unable to because they make it where you can't cancel then when you call them they throw that BS in your face then tell you can't read. This was a supervisor. WTF. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

This product is totally ripping people off because they do hot read the 8 pages of tiny print. It is advertized as a free sample and you only pay the postage; however, you are charged $89 in 14 days if you do not call them and cancel. It is very deceptive advertizing.

The customer called in on 5/3 and spoke to our customer service supervisor. The customer said to cancel all further orders. At no time did they ask for a refund or to return the product. Both on the website when the customer ordered the product, and on the packing slip when the... customer received the product, it states This is a 14 Day Trial. The customer must call within that 14 Day Trial period, or they will be charged for that product. As you can see from the attached information, nowhere is it in small print, it is in the same font as everything else.To satisfy the customer, wither they can send the products back for full refunds, or I can issue a $50.00 refund on each charge and he can keep the products. New Age Skin Care is a very fraudulent company! They first trick you into buying a “Trial” of their product for a reasonable cost but after days your credit card gets billed for $ Then, if you do not promptly call their customer support to cancel the “subscription”, you will continue to be billed $a month I called their Customer Service Department phone number listed on their website at http://newageskincareserum.com/contact/ on a Saturday morning at 11:30AM (PST) which was well within the listed support times of 8:00AM – 6:00PM PST, as indicated on the webpage but an automated message said that they were closed on Saturday and Sunday I work from 7:30AM to 9:30PM so it is near impossible to call during the listed Monday – Friday hours of 8:00AM – 9:00PM PST so I am going to try to cancel my “subscription” by contacting their email address New Age Skin Care is very fraudulent in their business practices and something should be done to alert more consumers like me who fall into their trap!

Customer called on 5/Customer was offered, and accepted a $ refund, (see attached customer notes) which was issued on 5/26, to keep product Customer said he was happy with the outcome We spoke to the customer today and he said he is happy and wants to rescind his Revdex.com complaint He said he will call Revdex.com to find out how to do that As you can see, from the attached packing slip and website, both places state this is a Day Trial and that you will be charged if you do not cancel within the trial period.Mr [redacted] filed his complaint without even calling our customer service.Thank you[redacted] ***

Do not buy their trialThey will charge you $unless you call days after you ordered itNOT from the day you received it, but the day you ordered it! $for 1oz of face cream!! Nothing you can do if you're calling days late of your day trial

I want to share a positive experience about a businessNew Age facial cream and eye serum Great products sent on time and accurately billed each time as well

This company is very sneaky in how they get you to buy the productThey offer a trial of the product for just the shipping costsNo where on the marketing and pricing does it say that you will be automatically charged It's in the tiny print in the terms and conditionsI received the product days after I paid and the trial was for daysSo when I called to cancel because I saw a $charge on my card, they said I didn't call within the days Total rip offIn addition the product sucksIt's suppose to get rid of fine lines on your face and it actually coats the skin with a powdery like filmIt makes your skin drier makes it look terrible Customer service is rude because they are trained to field all the complaintsThey finally offered me a 40% refund, which I have never received DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM

This company stole $out of my debit account without my permission

I received a product to try and write a review about the product Of course, it was one of those businesses that automatically send you another month's worth of the product unless you call and cancel I didn't even realized I had signed up for this I emailed the company and explained that I simply could not afford the product and please cancel my membership The company was very understanding but did request that I write a review They even offered to send me more products at no charge to try and write a review Who ever heard of that I would definitely recommend working with New Age Skin Care because they really want to know what you think of their products, even if you can't afford to continue using them

I received New Age skin care products two of them six or eight weeks ago and have been using them ever since and I absolutely see a difference in my skin it looks great

They deceptively offered a product for a shipping fee of and then proceeded to charge my credit card more times for and These are unauthorized charges and I will not pay themI have closed my credit card and filed a disputeThey clearly practice predatory sales methods and obviously have succeeded many times before according to on line complaints and reviews
I do not and will not deal with thieves such as this company

New Age Skin Care is only interested in making money and is not concerned about being forthright in their business dealings, red flag #The website I ordered did not display their terms and conditions so that they could be seen and readI too ordered what I thought was a trial size productI was unaware that at the end of weeks, I was charged $for full size product, which I did not authorize and had not receivedAdditional red flag #was to have the trial product arrive at the end of the weeks, when the trial period ended.Talking with customer service in an attempt to resolve the issue was a waste of time They were rude and very argumentativeI finally called my bank and obtain instructions from themAs soon as the product was delivered, I returned the package, unopened and paid shipping with tracking The item was delivered back to the company on 12/18/17, however, they did not credit my account until after I had to call on 1/3/ The service rep who claimed he was a supervisor told me the item was received and was just not put in the system He told me there would be a $shipping and handling fee for returns and that I was luckyIt usually costs $to return an itemHe then stated my $would be credited within 2-daysI stated I did not open the box and paid for return shippingThere was no reasoning with this person so I just ended the call They will not be in business for the long haul because they do not value their their customers If they properly displayed their terms and conditions for ordering and returning on their website, confirmation emails and packing slip, they would have little to no business The product is over priced and does not live up to the marketing claims

I just spoke to a Customer Service Rep for New Age Skin Care What a nice gentlemen! I saw an ad for their product and decided to give it a try, and I love it I'm years young and it makes my face and neck look great I like it so much I'm trying their new product and expect to like that as much

I ordered this product on a "free trial"...I paid the shipping and handling and was later charged on my debit card...I was told I didn't call to cancel the auto delivery...however I saw nothing indicating auto delivery or having to cancel it...they are now charging me restocking fees for something I didn't order...this is a scam...how do the have an A minus Revdex.com rating...I'm starting to wonder about the Revdex.com
