Order introductory skin care and serumI was told by service thatI received email (did not) and print at bottom of ad, there was none that must contact within days to avoid chargesI had no idea and was hit twice in checking acct unexpectedly causing acct to be negativeI saw no warnings, received one of the emails, calls,and had no idea this would be on goingThey agree to cancel but I feel very deceivedIf you have to hide in small print the contract that is unreadable then the process is deceptive and should be reviewed

I ordered New Age Serum on their website for the trial for $ When I received the product, I read the packing slip and called customer service to see how the trial worked I am very happy with the product

This company is misleading in its advertisingI wanted to try their skincare products on the trial basesBoth the New Age Serum and the New Age CreamI paid $shipping and handling for the cream and $for the serumNeither of which is goodI used it once and my skin broke outIt just makes my face oilyI called their customer service lineThere is no one to talk to and now I find out I have to return both of these products separately and at my own expense in order to cancel or ill be charged roughly $Nowhere in their trial offer does it say thisAnd I cant even talk to a live person to resolve this issue

Company continues to send SPAM emails to my email address despite repeatedly be told to leave me alone I have never had any contact with this firm or any of its employees I would never purchase any product from this disreputable firm

I paid for a sample of this product, which I was not satisfied withI received a charge of $and $on January 5th for products I did not purchase and never receivedI left two voicemails requesting cancellation and a reverse of these chargesI am hopeful that they will respond ASAP as this is a poor and unethical practice

I do love this product! I will recommend your products to all my lady friends

Some shady practices with this company, and their fallback is "did you read the fine print?" So, you know that car insurance commercial with the lady talking about page six of your policy? Well, that's exactly how I feel today Yes, I should have read the packing slip, and no I did not read the cancellation email But..funny thing...there was no "thank you for your order" email that outlined the requirement to return the items within to days Hmmm
And then we have the manner in which the original offer was made This is a good one It came with a survey from Sam's Club (Sam's Club has no knowledge of this survey) that offered me a "thank you gift" (worth up to $100) for my continued membership and patronage of Sam's if I would complete a short questionnaire Well, sure...what's not to love about a reward or "thank you" gift for answering a few questions So, out of the three offered items, I choose New Age Skin Care...it will cost me the shipping...$ Should have seen it coming when I had to give them a credit card Big Red Flag!! But I went on...silly senior brain Product arrives, I open the pouch...maybe there was paperwork (can't find it now) or maybe there wasn't But seriously folks, do you read every invoice you get from Amazon? Guess I will now
My big error was not reading the emails I will confess to this My bad But my biggest complaint is that this company used my Sam's Club membership to bypass my Spam filter Pretty underhanded, New Age Skin Care And there were two other companies who offered products for the same survey....are those run by Globaltrek Distribution, too?
After much yelling OVER each other (the customer service representative and myself), I spoke with a supervisor who proceeded to offer me the products at the "wholesale" price of $and $for the two items I received on the trial offer....as compared to the price showing on my bank statement of $and $ Hmmm...this took some thinking If I returned the products,they agreed to refund $for one item and $for the other, claiming the difference was a "restocking fee." And that refund could take up to days OR I could keep the products, and they would credit my account $IMMEDIATELY, and I would only pay the $monthly...no shipping and handling in the future PLUS free gifts in each package...to keep the subscription going What to do, What to do
I am keeping the products, will take the $credit (instant refund) and take the loss of $as a reminder to not be so gullible Yes, I get $in product, and I would have lost the $in "restocking fees" anyway Funny how that adds up to almost $
Will I keep the subscription? I can only say that this whole experience has added wrinkles to my face instead of erasing them The products...I'll try them, after all they cost me $80! But don't count me as a lifetime customer New Age Skin Care...not yet
And a note about "Jesse," the supervisor: One fantastic salesman And some REPUTABLE company should give that man a job He sold face cream to a screaming, angry woman...and gave ONE positive spin on a miserable experience

This company is very sneaky in how they get you to buy the productThey offer a trial of the product for just the shipping costsNo where on the marketing and pricing does it say that you will be automatically charged
It's in the tiny print in the terms and conditionsI received the product days after I paid and the trial was for daysSo when I called to cancel because I saw a $charge on my card, they said I didn't call within the days
Total rip offIn addition the product sucksIt's suppose to get rid of fine lines on your face and it actually coats the skin with a powdery like filmIt makes your skin drier makes it look terrible
Customer service is rude because they are trained to field all the complaintsThey finally offered me a 40% refund, which I have never received

I was misled when ordering what I thought was a "risk free" day trial of New Age Serum skin care productThe company's packing list states that they shipped the product to me on 1/29/2016, as far as when the actual product was delivered to my home was somewhere between 2/8/to 2/10/I'm not certain of the actual date due to being in the hospital thenOnce home from hospital I went through my mail and opened an envelope that contained a small oz bottle of New Age Neo Hydrate Gold face serum with a packing slip billing $S&H to my debit cardTo my knowledge my day "risk free" trial would begin once I received the actual product that I was to be tryingToday February 18th, I noticed a charge of $to my debit card from New AgeI immediately called New Ages customer service # 800-640-to question the charges and was treated and talked down to as if I were some incompetent child and was told that if I had read over everything that I would have know

Ms*** has to be aware that her bank can take up to days to post those refunds back to her card, so I advise her to wait a few days and she will see those refunds If she was refunded in full, as proven by the above, how can this matter be unresolved?

This is a review of New Age Skin company and it's customer Service department
I have been thrilled with their products, the Serum and Advanced Anti-Wrinkle creamBoth are excellent and the company's statements where far exceeded by their productsI had a few concerns regarding future shipment and CS was professional, quick to respond and very helpfulthey do what they sayA company with integrity

I contacted New Age Skin Care customer service within a week of receiving my trial of new age serum and cream, to cancel the trialThe automated massage said that I will have to pay $and keep the productSo I contacted the customer service about that because I did not want to pay that price as I haven't even opened the package yetI wasn't able to get a hold of them, so I left a voicemailI never received a call back so I called them again a few days later, at which point I was able to talk to a representativeHowever, he told me there is nothing they could do and I have to pay the $I asked why I didn't get a call back from them and he told me there is no record of me leaving a voicemailWhich was not trueAnd he said that it can't be refunded now because it was not the same day as the cancellation dateWhich is not my fault because I did call the same day but couldn't reach anyoneSo now I have to pay for something that wasn't my fault and was just horrible custo

So sweet and easy to work with! Had a family emergency and they let me cancel all of my trials at one time no questions asked God Bless this company they should go really far especially if they continue to treat their customers with such a great attitude and such a kind heartWhat a great blessing your company is to Many!!

I have contacted customer service on two occasions and both times they have been incredibly helpful One contact was via phone and one was via e-mail They let me know they just wanted me to be happy and satisfied Plus the response both times was fast and no long wait times on hold Very impressed with their commitment to their customers

Excellent product, exquisite packaging
Compares with other, very expensive and known brands
Highly recommend it
