I ordered the free trial from this company and it said all I had to pay was the shipping and handlingOnce I received the product and did not care for it, I called to cancel my orderI spoke with a man named Phil who told me I had to return the product or pay for itHe said it was $but he could let me have it for $I said I gave the product to my sister to try since it didn't work for me and he said well then you will be chargedI said fine and please send me a confirmation of my cancellation to my email addressHe said he would do this - I never got it but he immediately charged my credit cardI told him I would let my friends know that this product is not a free sample and the charge is just the shipping and handling and he said if you want to lie to your friends go ahead but they will not stay your friends for longI found this very unprofessional

I used the product for several years and loved itI noticed I hadn't been using all of my product and was building up a reserveI e-mailed them to hold up shipments for a specified time on each product and to continue shipping at the end of that periodI received an e-mail answer the same day OKing my requestI am very happy with the customer service

Buried somewhere in the fine print of their "trial offer" it states that they will charge $for a day supply Apparently I'm not the only one who never saw it and read the agreement saying their was no other charges due unless I wanted to opt in to a day subscription, which I didn'tSo I call to cancel that day and received a confirmation of cancellation with no additional charges Next morning I check the bank and low and behold their is another charge for $from them I am put a stop payment from my bank and now have to watch my account for other funny charges in case they try to charge under another business name

I fell for the scam and trusting this company ordered two DAY TRIAL products for $eachWhen I received the products BUSINESS DAYS LATER, I called to see when the day trial period beganIt started THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDERBut, she told me, since I didn't have them very long I could use them for days and if I wasn't satisfied, call and cancelI said I would just cancel NOWShe got my card information to credit my account, but said instead of sending the products back just finish using them and call before April 11th and it would be cancelled at that timeWHAT A RUN AROUND!! When I checked my card statement several days later, I had been charged $& $for each product! A phone call to a supervisor was a waste of time! He went on and on about listening to the recording of my conversation earlier AND GAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE PRODUCT AND HAVE MY CARD CHARGED FOR IT! But he would refund me for the higher priced item and I could keep the worthless products! THIS COMPANY OWES ME FOR THE SECOND PRODUCT AS WELLThe other kicker is...IT DOESN'T WORK!!! WHAT A SCAM!!

I decided to go for the trial samples and submitted my order.The product arrived November 30, and on December 1, I decided to try the itemsI have never ever before felt such a burning sensation on my faceI had thought perhaps I had left soap residue and proceeded to wash off the New Age applications that I had usedOn December 2, making absolutely sure I had left no soap residue on my face I again used the products exactly as I was told to doThe serum first and let completely dry, then the face creamSame thing happened--I felt as if my fact were on fireI suffered through that for about minutes and then simply had to wash it offNext day my face was peeling as if I had a sunburn (which I have never had) and big flakes of skin was hanging on my cheeksI immediately called the company and told "Jake" what had happenedHe said he would reduce the price down to for the two products that I had received and cancel the remainingI said no,I am throwing this crap in the garbage unless you send me the post paid slip to return it to youHe then said to keep the product, the balance was cancelled, and wished me a great evening
This is the worst product I have come in contact withMy face looks as if it is blistered by too much sun which has never happened to me and the skin keeps peelingIt has now been a week since I last tried the product and my face feels miserably burnedIf it does not clear up in a day or so I will have to get medical attention I have not thrown the products away yet, because I just may venture into a legal issue with New Age

New Age Skin Care really went to the next level of service with a great surpriseI am currently on vacation out of the country on a family trip for a few weeksSo before I left I called Customer Service to skip a month until I returnThe agent said that they were able to ship it to me while abroadI said I would be fine until I come back, but he said there would be no additional shipping charges and they would take care of itSo I gave them the hotel information and just today my package arrived! I was really pleasantly surprised when the package arrived because I never believed it would come to a different countryI am so happy it arrived, I can really use the moisturizer right now with the sunI just wanted to say the great service I have been receiving as a customer and really love their free gifts they provide every month

My Feb email to their Customer Service address:
I made a serious mistake in accepting what I thought were small samples of your New Age Serum and New Age Cream for a nominal costAnd upon receiving them, the two packing lists had:
Part # *** New Age Serum day trial Price $ and
Part # skcNew Age Cream day trial Price $
But I now have been billed by my credit card for
2/19/*** Distribution Other Services $
2/20/New Age Merchandise $
Nowhere on these two packing slips was any notice that these two products' cost would be anything other than $and $
I am very unhappy with the way your firm does businessAnd I will do my utmost to use the internet and any other means to warn everyone about your firm's unethical, and possibly illegal, behavior
I will phone your Customer Service number ###-###-#### on Monday to ask for your email or an otherwise hard copy of my cancellation of any further business with your company and ask please that you carry out this request ASAP

This company is a scam Rude and unhelpful employees Do not show what you are getting into The products are not what they say it is They do not e-mail to let you track the product is being shipped I have my bank looking into it to get my money back They say fourteen day trial, but they do not tell you it starts the day you order it It took days to receive it and they said it was my problem Wish I could give it no stars

I paid high dollar shipping on trial sized products that were shipped in the same package and did not agree to any monthly payments or renewals at the time of payment or afterwards

I called and told them that the cream made my skin breakout All of us can't be wrong I believed it was a sample and not a trial that I had to return I don't want to pay for someone's tricky advertising scheme or for a product that has caused my skin to break out I am years old and want a refund

New Age is a rip off and they do not expose that they will charge you $after your trial is over even after you try calling which also they seem to not answer and a recording comes in “ we are closed” and refuse to give make full refunds again even after calling within designated days trial periodTHEY MUST STOP and SHUT DOWN NOW!!!

New age skin care used a survey about Costco to get me to accept a trial offerI was not aware of their scheme to keep sending me products at ridiculously inflated pricesI cancelled it and returned their product but they did not refund any of my moneyMajor rip off!

New Age Skin Care charged my card $without my authorizationWhen I saw this I Google the name and was able to get a customer service numberI called and spoke to the mangerI told him my card got charged without my authorizationHe claimed there was a day trail which by the way was never said to meI told him I didn't get anything that said a day trailI advised him I was trying to cancel the order before the free trail came to be unsuccessful in thatHis response was it was on the paper that came with the free serumI advised him there was no such thingI need to et my money refundedHe them told me I can only refund you $ dollarsI told him I need all of the $refunded to meThen he get rude and said I cannot refund the whole amountIt's not his fault I didn't read the informationI told him there was nothing that stated I had days to cancelIf that was the case I would haveThen he said I will refund you $dollars and that's all I can dotake that or take nothing at allI told him to stop saying I didn't read my information because I did and there was nothing on there that stated I could cancel in daysHe then stated it was on the boxI said there was nothing on that box that stated thatI just want to get fully refundedI then told the supervisor to send me the $dollars and when the other product comes I will send that backHe said to not send it backThis is b!I should get all of my money refunded to me not partialI wish I never signed upI was trying to cancel but was unable to because they make it where you can't cancel then when you call them they throw that BS in your face then tell you can't readThis was a supervisorWTFUNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Just wanted to say that you have a wonderful product and customer service is the best! I will be back to order just had some horrible things happen in our family that I have to wait a couple of monthsThe rep that I spoke with was so kind and understanding and helpful I am in the customer service field myself and was impressed by your customer service I can only hope for my reps to be as wonderful Jo Anne Griffin the gentlemen deserves a raise lol

Allergic to product and had no problem canceling

They advertise on Facebook as a free full size sample of their products Then they keep sending them to you for a very high price without your permission When they advertise they don't tell you what the cost is of the product that they automatically keep sending to you I will return the products They are aimed at senior citizens because young people would not buy an anti-wrinkle crème Do not fall for this ad,

Great product and they always send you "little surprise gifts" with your order at no extra chargeTheir customer service is superb and more companies could learn from New Age regarding customer service!!

I have been on the phone for minswith Capital One to cancel this order and demand a refund.I have read the complaints and I am suffering from the same circumstances of being charged and on my credit cardI ordered the trial of the new age cream only not the eye serum (which I still have unused) .It was a trial offer for like I still have my emails they sent when I ordered and no where does it state I would be charged anything other than the shipping .You can not get through to talk to anyone to cancel or demand a refundMy credit card company has tried and so have II have cancelled my credit cardDO NOT purchase this trial offer , it is a rip offConsider this complaint as my cancellation notice and demand for a refund

New Age offered a free sample of their face serum, they advertised the customer only needed to pay shipping to simply try their productSo I paid the $shipping cost and received the product a few days laterI tried it and was not satisfied as the product did not work for meHowever, a few days later New Age charged my credit card for $for a subsequent face product that I neither wanted nor asked forThen when I called their customer service I was told that when I paid for the free trial that meant I was actually signing up to receive monthly shipments of their products for which I would be charged - then I asked for a refund and cancellation but was told I’m sorry it has already shipped out
After speaking with the supervisor he said I should have called New Age within the brief day trial period to stop the shipment Which I was unaware of - to not be sentBut my complaint is they refuse to give customers refunds promptly when asked, they advertise this subsequent month

I did experience some results I noticed a radiant fresh glow to my skin every morning
I also noticed the lines around my eyes (crow's feet) are starting to fade a littleIt definitely softens the skin nicely
I applied the serum first, waited seconds, than applied the cream With only a small amount of the serum & cream (dime to quarter size application), it will definitely last for a while Another plus for the product!
