I purchased Day Trial of New Age on 6/26/and paid $plus $shipping & handling Upon receiving the package II opened it and read the packing slips and detailsI knew it had to be cancelled before days so I then proceeded to call the number and cancel the free trialThe automated system picked up whom I was and then prompted me to select a optionI selected the option to cancel and was given a Return Number to attach to the product and the the product had to be returned by July to prevent any further chargesOn Monday July 10th I woke up and checked my account to find it was charged ($by New Age Tempe, AZ) and because of this charge it also incurred a over draft fee so not only was I out $I also incurred a overdraft fee of $My bank contacted me promptly to inquire if this was fraud and I explained the situation to themI then proceeded to mail the product back via USPS with trackingI contacted them to speak with a representative to inquire

I’m really loving this skin care line, I’m using the serum and anti wrinkle cream and definitely noticing a difference in how my skin looks and it feels great !

Upon receiving the product I applied it to my face and received a burn on my face After realizing that this was not something that I wanted I called in to return the product after days I was told that I should finish the product within days and then send it back in for a full refund I demanded my refund now but they said that was not possible after giving me a runaround I would like the funds currently being charge, in pending status, $90.00, refunded immediately
This place is a scam The cream is nothing more then bait for a scam I was told by management that they win almost 90% of these disputes, and then laughed
There are a few things here:
#1: I was not offered a refund when calling in prior the the day period
#2: If this was a day trial it just so happens that the trial ends on a holiday weekend when there is nobody at the company to talk with

This company operates in a fraudulent manner I purchased a "trial" sample product When it arrived I was worried about getting future purchases charged without authorization Wording on packing slip "New Age Skin Care Day Trial In order to find out how the trial works or to cancel the trial please call Customer Service within the day trial period This is not a sample." All of this was no revealed when purchasing, therefore, fraudulent I called to cancel and they said I needed to return the item to cancel....Again, nothing revealed prior I informed the agent I was going to report this business practice and now they say I can keep the product I wanted to ensure no future charges

I have found that regardless of my reason for contacting customer support I was always treated very well and my concerns were solved

Great products sent on time and accurately billed each time as well

I'm very happy with the service Jake gave me My husband just went through open heart surgery and Jake extended my trial so I could get a chance to use and even said he would PRAY for me and what Im going through!! Mrs*** actually ordered our Day Trial of New Age Skin Care Serum and New Age Skin Care Cream on 12/23, NOT 12/ On our website, on her confirmation email, on her packing slip when she received the products and on her reminder email (all attached), all state This is a Day
Trial Mrs*** called in to cancel on 1/at 8:59AM, after she was charged for the products At 1:31PM, Mrs***'s husband called in about the charges He was offered a $refund on each charge and a Free Scrub Brush which is a $value He did agree to that as a resolution After we received this complaint, our supervisor listened to the call again, and her husband absolutely accepted the refunds and the FREE gift01/13/10:31am - Jesse - after listening to call from customers husband on 1/11/17, agent offered $refund per trial charge as well as free scrub brush as an added gift, customers husband accepted those terms as a resolution to the call

I ordered a "Free Trial" face creamI failed to read the Terms and Conditions In there I would have found I had days to assess the face cream I was charged $for a jar of white substance, which has produced zero effect on my skin Not happy with the product, I had no intention of ordering a 2nd jar But, because I was negligent in not reading the Terms and Conditions this company sent another jar and charged another $ My bank suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com as this is a questionable product and a seamy business processI have lard in my refrigerator that is more effective than New Age

I was sceptical at first but once I stared using the face serum it really shows resultsI have Lupus and since diagnosed with Lupus and all the medication I take plus sensitivity to the Sun I developed alot of dark spots on my faceNew Age skin care has given me back my confidence and faceThank you so much

Some shady practices with this company, and their fallback is "did you read the fine print?" So, you know that car insurance commercial with the lady talking about page six of your policy? Well, that's exactly how I feel today Yes, I should have read the packing slip, and no I did not read the cancellation email But..funny thing...there was no "thank you for your order" email that outlined the requirement to return the items within to days Hmmm
And then we have the manner in which the original offer was made This is a good one It came with a survey from Sam's Club (Sam's Club has no knowledge of this survey) that offered me a "thank you gift" (worth up to $100) for my continued membership and patronage of Sam's if I would complete a short questionnaire Well, sure...what's not to love about a reward or "thank you" gift for answering a few questions So, out of the three offered items, I choose New Age Skin Care...it will cost me the shipping...$ Should have seen it coming when I had to give them a credit card Big Red Flag!! But I went on...silly senior brain Product arrives, I open the pouch...maybe there was paperwork (can't find it now) or maybe there wasn't But seriously folks, do you read every invoice you get from Amazon? Guess I will now
My big error was not reading the emails I will confess to this My bad But my biggest complaint is that this company used my Sam's Club membership to bypass my Spam filter Pretty underhanded, New Age Skin Care And there were two other companies who offered products for the same survey....are those run by Globaltrek Distribution, too?
After much yelling OVER each other (the customer service representative and myself), I spoke with a supervisor who proceeded to offer me the products at the "wholesale" price of $and $for the two items I received on the trial offer....as compared to the price showing on my bank statement of $and $ Hmmm...this took some thinking If I returned the products,they agreed to refund $for one item and $for the other, claiming the difference was a "restocking fee." And that refund could take up to days OR I could keep the products, and they would credit my account $IMMEDIATELY, and I would only pay the $monthly...no shipping and handling in the future PLUS free gifts in each package...to keep the subscription going What to do, What to do
I am keeping the products, will take the $credit (instant refund) and take the loss of $as a reminder to not be so gullible Yes, I get $in product, and I would have lost the $in "restocking fees" anyway Funny how that adds up to almost $
Will I keep the subscription? I can only say that this whole experience has added wrinkles to my face instead of erasing them The products...I'll try them, after all they cost me $80! But don't count me as a lifetime customer New Age Skin Care...not yet
And a note about "Jesse," the supervisor: One fantastic salesman And some REPUTABLE company should give that man a job He sold face cream to a screaming, angry woman...and gave ONE positive spin on a miserable experience

I fell for the scam and trusting this company ordered two DAY TRIAL products for $eachWhen I received the products BUSINESS DAYS LATER, I called to see when the day trial period beganIt started THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDERBut, she told me, since I didn't have them very long I could use them for days and if I wasn't satisfied, call and cancelI said I would just cancel NOWShe got my card information to credit my account, but said instead of sending the products back just finish using them and call before April 11th and it would be cancelled at that timeWHAT A RUN AROUND!! When I checked my card statement several days later, I had been charged $& $for each product! A phone call to a supervisor was a waste of time! He went on and on about listening to the recording of my conversation earlier AND GAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE PRODUCT AND HAVE MY CARD CHARGED FOR IT! But he would refund me for the higher priced item and I could keep the worthless products! THIS COMPANY OWES ME FOR THE SECOND PRODUCT AS WELLThe other kicker is...IT DOESN'T WORK!!! WHAT A SCAM!!

This company is deceptive about what the true charges will be when you order their New Age Serum This company invites you to have a day trial offer for a low amount then attempts to charge you $for the product I tried the ineffective product and called to return it At which time you find out you are on an autoship program This was not mentioned when you order the "day sample" I ended up paying for products that did not give any results, were cheap and totally useless I would avoid this company and their products at all costs and save yourself the time and energy to reach a resolution

I ordered a "free" trial of New Age Skin Care Serum & Cream paying only shipping and handling on these products Unknowingly, I was enrolled in a subscription because I did not call them to cancel the reorder within days In contacting New Age Skin Care, the representative asked me to read the bottom paragraph on the packing list He insisted there was a paragraph stating the above There was NOT one He told me to send him a copy of it, which I did He said I would generously be given a credit for restocking fees which is $ My credit card was charged a total of $for items, and to date, I have only received The representative abruptly ended our conversation and hung up This matter is being disputed with my credit card company

I would like to say that I love this product and the phone interactions with them has been absolutely refreshing I wish all companies could be so consumer helpful and friendly*** ***

I have been using new age serum and moisturizer for about months now and love the way my skin looks and feelsI like the auto ship feature but don't seem to use the product fast enoughI called customer service and they were very happy to helpThey put a delay on next shipment so I have time to use up the product I haveThey were so nice and very easy tspeak withA+ on both product & customer service!
