Do not buy their trial. They will charge you $90 unless you call 14 days after you ordered it. NOT from the day you received it, but the day you ordered it! $90 for 1oz of face cream!! Nothing you can do if you're calling 4 days late of your 14 day trial..

My 20 Feb email to their Customer Service address:
I made a serious mistake in accepting what I thought were small samples of your New Age Serum and New Age Cream for a nominal cost. And upon receiving them, the two packing lists had:
Part # [redacted] New Age Serum 14 day trial Price $ 6.97 and
Part # skc1002 New Age Cream 14 day trial Price $ 5.95.
But I now have been billed by my credit card for
2/19/2016 [redacted] Distribution Other Services $89.95
2/20/2016 New Age Merchandise $86.95
Nowhere on these two packing slips was any notice that these two products' cost would be anything other than $6.97 and $5.95.
I am very unhappy with the way your firm does business. And I will do my utmost to use the internet and any other means to warn everyone about your firm's unethical, and possibly illegal, behavior.
I will phone your Customer Service number ###-###-#### on Monday to ask for your email or an otherwise hard copy of my cancellation of any further business with your company and ask please that you carry out this request ASAP.
Sincerely, [redacted]

I went to the New Age Skin Serum website to read about the product. www.buynewage.com The site offers information about how the product works, the results that you can expect and how you can get a trial 14 day trial offer. I decided to try the offer. Once you click on, "Send me my trial offer" you see where you are supposed to put in your credit card information in large bold print, you see that it is only $6.97 to order the serum. It does ask if you read the terms and conditions and if you agree. However, it is part of the order process.. not a separate question with the terms attached or even highlighted for you to read. Now that I am trying to send this product back and click on Terms and Conditions, and read down to the VERY bottom... I see that if I don't cancel my account within the 14 days, I will be charged $89.95 for each item ordered! AND don't you know that the serum doesn't work without the lotion that you didn't even know about until your credit card was entered, so of course for just a mere additional $6.97 you can also order the lotion, so now you're on the hook for $89.95 for EACH of them. Let's talk about the 14 day trial. The trial starts upon ordering the products... so isn't it a false statement that you get 14 days to trial the product... I mean, it takes time to get to you... right? All in all, I will be disputing the charges and sending back the product that I didn't even have the chance to try. This site is designed to make it difficult to truly understand just how badly they are going to rape your wallet. If that's the point... then well done!

Attached please find proof of the refund issued to the customer on 11/22/16.  She was refunded in full her $ 69.95, therefore this matter should be closed.

Thank you,
Lisa S[redacted]

I signed up for a free trial and missed the part that I had to cancel, Roshonca helped me out and got me a refund for a two month period,($18x.xx/month) thank you. Haven't had a chance to test the product. The product looks cheap from out side, definitely not in the $180 package box

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me when I receive a refund on all charges. I have recently been credited for the charges of $79.95 and $69.95. I am not sure about the original order or what that means exactly but I will send all product back to New Age Skin Care. I will consider this resolved when I receive a refund on the first two charges which are in the amount of $89.95 and $86.95.
I will let Revdex.com know if I have received my remaining two refunds.
Regards,

Ms. [redacted] ordered 2 of our 14 day Trial products on 10/22/16.  She paid $3.95 and $2.97 for shipping.  As you can see from my attachments, NOWHERE does it state this is a FREE TRIAL.. On our website when she ordered the products, on her confirmation email, on her packing slip when she received the products and on her reminder emails, all state THIS IS A 14 DAY TRIAL.
As I said, since we did not hear from Ms. [redacted] after she was charged for the original products on 11/7 and 11/8, $86.95 and $89.95, autoshipments were sent out to her on 12/2 and 12/4.  We did receive those shipment back and she was refunded for the charges of $ 69.95 and $ 79.95 for those. See Below.

As for the original charges, Ms. [redacted] received those products on 10/26/16 as per USPS tracking that I have attached.  If Ms. [redacted] returns the original products, I will refund her in full for the charges of $86.95 and $89.95.
Thank you,

I tried to look up Mrs. [redacted]s' account with the address, telephone number and email address she provided to you on her complaint. With that address, telephone number or email, we have no customers.  However we do have a Monna [redacted] with a different address, different telephone number and...

different email address that does match the account number she provided.  Why is the information different on her complaint and on her order? According to the account number provided, Mrs. [redacted] has never called our office about her product.  She ordered the product on 6/16, it was delivered on 6/20, and she was charged on 7/4.  She did receive a reminder email, to the email address provided on her order, about 5 days prior, which was not the holiday weekend, and we were open.  We were even open on Saturday, 7/2.  I would like to know who Mrs. [redacted] spoke to and what telephone number she called, because it was not our office.  There is absolutely NO RECORD of her calling in.
Please find out if Mrs. [redacted] used a different address, telephone number and email address to place her order, and why.  After we get that information, we can resolve this.

Thank you.

On 7/17 Sunday I tried to order a product from New Age Skin for wrinkles. As you went through the process of entering the credit card number for the shipping charge I noticed another product for eyes come onto the screen. I was carefully watching for anything that would start this as an ongoing order which I didn't want. As I continued I you couldn't review the order before it went through and sure enough the other product appeared as well. I hadn't ordered that. I was so disgusted but noticed that there was an 800 number conveniently placed by the order. I called immediately and left a message that I wanted the whole order canceled immediately and that I wouldn't be paying for this. I was so mad at myself for falling for this type of scam once again. On Monday morning I got a call (since I had left my number) to say the product had already shipped. I told the man I had cancelled that order immediately and I wouldn't be paying for it. He told me their office wasn't open on Sunday and the product had already shipped. Interesting that their shipping office was open on Sunday!! I told him that this was fraud to get something added to your order that wasn't ordered and that I would be reporting them. He said they had a good rating with the Revdex.com. When I pulled up this information I see they aren't rated by the Revdex.com. Interesting and most information is very negative. I receive a ithe call from the company and I told them that I had talked to someone already and I was going to report them. I received another call that told me they had cancelled the charge to my credit card and to just refuse the package if it indeed came. He had sent a note to shipping to cancel this order.

Mrs. [redacted] ordered the 14 day Trial on 8/31/16.  As you can see from the website, the packing slip, and the additional emails, all places state the terms that this is a 14 Day Trial.  As Mr. [redacted] states, he already disputed the charges with his bank, so we cannot refund those...

charges to him, but he must return the products to us so that we do not refute the disputes.
Since the charges are disputed, Mr. [redacted] has a temporary credit from his bank for the charges.  As long as the products are returned to us, those temporary credits will become permanent.

Thank you,
Lisa
Customer Care

New Age Skin Care has miss represented themselves on there attractive home page. They offer a Serum and a anti-aging cream for a 14 day free trail, all you have to do is pay for shipping. What they don't tell you up front is that after the 14 day free trail, they will charge your credit card $180.00 and that you will be automatically subscribed into paying these fees every month. OH SURE, ITS IN THE FINE PRINT, 20 pages later i.e. like a house closing. All this should be on your home page. BE HONEST.

New Age Skin Care is a very fraudulent company!

They first trick you into buying a “Trial” of their product for a reasonable cost but after 14 days your credit card gets billed for $89.95. Then, if you do not promptly call their customer support to cancel the “subscription”, you will continue to be billed $89.95 a month.

I called their Customer Service Department phone number listed on their website at http://newageskincareserum.com/contact/ on a Saturday morning at 11:30AM (PST) which was well within the listed support times of 8:00AM – 6:00PM PST, as indicated on the webpage but an automated message said that they were closed on Saturday and Sunday.

I work from 7:30AM to 9:30PM so it is near impossible to call during the listed Monday – Friday hours of 8:00AM – 9:00PM PST so I am going to try to cancel my “subscription” by contacting their email address.

New Age Skin Care is very fraudulent in their business practices and something should be done to alert more consumers like me who fall into their trap!

I don't want to keep going back and forth. I am just going to refund this without them sending the product back.  See below for refund confirmation.08/26/2015 12:23pm By [redacted] - Refunded - $89.95 Trans-ID: [redacted]Their bank can take 2 - 4 days to post that credit to their account.  Also, we have tens of thousands of satisfied customers.  The ones who complain don't read the terms and conditions or the packing slip that comes with every product.  Because of 1 unhappy customer, we are not going out of business.  We have been in business for many years. As for us, this matter is now closed and resolved.Thank you.[redacted]

I ordered 2 products of New Age skin care on the internet. I received those products in a nice box with a receipt telling me about the trial. I had questions and called customer service. The representative was very helpful and explained everything. I am very happy with these products and this company. I recommended this company and their products to my sister and she's really happy too. I know people always talk about the negative, that's why I want to tell about my good experience.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ms. [redacted] from New Age or is it [redacted] unsure as it really really is not clear ..... our daughter sadly clicked on an ad from The [redacted] and believed to be ordering cream to see if it will help with her severe lines due to severe sagging of the left eye which sadly she cannot see out of ... vain huh????? you are despicable to assume anything and your staff when my banking institution had a 3 way call 2xs appeared to have this "contractual law" and its in and outs down pact... sounds like you have a plethora of the same issues no? My husband has shipped out package today after taking a time stamped photo. I hope you receive your product and hope no one on this good earth has the misfortune to do business with a company like this again unless of course they have an attorney.

Ms. [redacted] bought the 14 day trial of our New Age Skin Care on 9/9/16.  From what I attached, you can see that we emphasize that this is a 14 day trial, on our website, on our packing slip and on our emails.  In fact, she was not charged for the products until 9/29/16, which is much...

longer than 14 days.  Our customer service rep never said it takes much longer than 14 days to see results.  Mrs. [redacted] probably misunderstood because I am sure she said it is a 30 day supply.  If Ms. [redacted] wants to return both products, we can refund her in full for the $ 89.95 charge.  If she would like to keep the products, I can offer a partial refund of $60.00.Please let me know how she would like to proceed.

Thank you,
Lisa

Ms. [redacted] called our office on 4/6 about her refunds because she returned the products to us on 3/31.  As per the law, we do have 30 days to refund the customer.  [redacted], the supervisor spoke to her and refunded both charges to her while he was talking to her.  Therefore this complaint...

is satisfied as Ms. [redacted] received her refunds for the products she returned.Thank you.[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] is saying that he did not see anywhere that he was going to be charged for this product.  Attached you will see a copy of both the packing slip and the 2nd page of the website where the terms and conditions are clearly stated.  It says this is a 14 Day trial, the customer must...

call to cancel or they will be charged for that product.  Mr. [redacted] has never called our office to talk about the charge or ask to return the product.  If Mr. [redacted] returns the product, he will be issued a full refund.  If he would like to call to discuss this, he can call customer service at [redacted]  Thank you.Lisa

Mrs[redacted]l ordered our products on 12/14/15.  She ordered the 14 Day Trial of both our Skin Care Serum and Skin Care Cream.  On the website, when she put her credit card information in, the terms are in a paragraph right there.  It says This is a 14 Day Trial, if you do not call...

to cancel or request an RMA to return the product you will be charged ( 89.95 or 86.95) for that product and will be placed on an autoshipment program.  When she received the products, the packing slip also states it is a 14 Day Trial and she must call before the expiration date or she will be charged.  We state the terms in not 1, but 2 places.  Since Mrs[redacted]l did not call to cancel, she was charged for both products.  on 12/31, she was charged $89.95 and on 1/1, $86.95.  Since she still did not call to cancel, even after being charged, an autoshipment was mailed on 1/25.  Apparently, after receiving the autoshipment, Mrs[redacted]l called to cancel.  She did send back the autoshippments and was refunded in full for those.  She did not talk about her original charges with our customer service rep.  I am willing to refund one of those charges to her as a courtesy, because she does have our original 2 products.  She can call and if she agrees, I will process that refund.  Her account is closed.

Mrs. [redacted] went online on 5/12/15 and ordered our product through OUR website, not another website.  We do not get the order unless it comes from our website.  Along with the product, Mrs. [redacted] received a packing slip (sample attached) stating terms and conditions, our telephone...

number and our customer service email.  How would Mrs. [redacted] know her customer ID number if she didn't receive this packing slip?  She also states she could not contact us.  But, Mrs. [redacted] did call our office on 6/17/15.  She spoke to [redacted] and he even sent her a return envelope to return the product in, which she never did.  She knew what the charge was for because she questioned it.  The [redacted] is our distribution company that she was charged through, but she did call, knew what the charge was for, but did not send the product back for a full refund.  Our terms and conditions are also stated on the 2nd page of our website (also attached) where the customer enters their credit card information.  So, we disclose that the customer will be charged, in not only one place, but two.If the product is sealed, and Mrs. [redacted] returns it, she can receive a full refund.  Our customer service went beyond their scope by sending a return envelope.Thank you.[redacted]
