In November I ordered a free sample of their skin product, only have to pay shipping and handlingI called within the days to cancel I received orders which I returned and they confirmed they got them returnedI looked on my credit card statement and they had charged me two times on November 10th and on December 6th and on December 5th! I called them and he argued with me that I never called to cancel, which I did, he then told me that even though the ad said free sample only pay postage and handling in the box was supposedly a piece of paper that said it was not a free sample and you would be charged! I never saw that and sure wouldn't have ordered it! The ad I saw was free sample pay postage and handling and cancel withindays so my total would've been less than ten dollars and they've charged me over $for a product I canceled and sent back! I want full refund on these four charges they have no right to keep my money! Their just charging my card an

I purchased the day trial and canceled the order within the daysI was debted $& an additional $I contacted New Age and was told to return the product which I did by certified mail and they would refund my money within working days as of days later they have yet to resolve the issue and now I am having to cancel my card and dispute the charges this company is a scam!

Customer Service representative Jake was very insensitive towards the claimHe had no resolutionEven a middle ground would be fineMore people skills are needed for a company to maintain a good reputation

Based on the below terms I was led to believe charges of would be on refills not the trial offer I ordered on 12/and called to cancel on 1/ I was told I was still being billed and for two trial order products I quoted the terms below and told them it says on refills They said when the package arrived it said if I had questions about the trial period to call, I didn't have a question based on the terms below I was also told there is another term area that goes into more detail about actually being charged additionally (full price) for the trial items unless you cancel within days I read the many other complaints online that state the terms also state the day period begin when you order not when received and you actually have to call on the 13th day
Based on the below terms (These terms show up on the page as terms when you click the "trial" button, not the more detailed ones the rep mentioned) I told the rep it was very misleading and I was

I saw an advertisement on Facebook about the real reason Joy Behar had left "The View" and went on to this line of facial productsIn the advertisement it said that you paid $for shipping and handling only and try this facial cream for days so I went ahead and ordered itI received the package a few days later with a cream in a plastic jar and a serum in a bottle that I never ordered and was charged $without my consent
I called this such place and they don't answer the phone, left two messages and someone called me, I told this person that I didn't order this product and his response was that the reason they sent it is because I should use this serum before the creamI said I'm not interested and I want to return everything because unbeknownst to me this trial period is for days which starts counting the day I ordered the trial cream then I would receive once a month the product for the price of $I said to the person, this looks and sounds to me like a scam

On 7/Sunday I tried to order a product from New Age Skin for wrinkles As you went through the process of entering the credit card number for the shipping charge I noticed another product for eyes come onto the screen I was carefully watching for anything that would start this as an ongoing order which I didn't want As I continued I you couldn't review the order before it went through and sure enough the other product appeared as well I hadn't ordered that I was so disgusted but noticed that there was an number conveniently placed by the order I called immediately and left a message that I wanted the whole order canceled immediately and that I wouldn't be paying for this I was so mad at myself for falling for this type of scam once again On Monday morning I got a call (since I had left my number) to say the product had already shipped I told the man I had cancelled that order immediately and I wouldn't be paying for it He told me their office wasn't open on Sunday and the product had already shipped Interesting that their shipping office was open on Sunday!! I told him that this was fraud to get something added to your order that wasn't ordered and that I would be reporting them He said they had a good rating with the Revdex.com When I pulled up this information I see they aren't rated by the Revdex.com Interesting and most information is very negative I receive a ithe call from the company and I told them that I had talked to someone already and I was going to report them I received another call that told me they had cancelled the charge to my credit card and to just refuse the package if it indeed came He had sent a note to shipping to cancel this order

New Age Skin Care really went to the next level of service with a great surpriseI am currently on vacation out of the country on a family trip for a few weeksSo before I left I called Customer Service to skip a month until I returnThe agent said that they were able to ship it to me while abroadI said I would be fine until I come back, but he said there would be no additional shipping charges and they would take care of itSo I gave them the hotel information and just today my package arrived! I was really pleasantly surprised when the package arrived because I never believed it would come to a different countryI am so happy it arrived, I can really use the moisturizer right now with the sunI just wanted to say the great service I have been receiving as a customer and really love their free gifts they provide every month

In DecI ordered a trial size risk free face cream just paying ship/hand Billed $and $ On 1/30/received another order, I called, did not realize the product would be shipped automatically because I did not cancel the account I cancelled on 1/and returned the 2nd shipment and was credited for that however my next statement charged me for the original purchase $and $ I was billed because I did not cancel within days I would like credit for those amounts I have been ripped off They have a very lengthy web-site and the cancellation info is not in the beginning I noticed they have other complaints filed against them All total I paid out over $for the "miracle" face cream I have been credited for the 2nd shipment $ Please help, I am years old and just wanted to get rid of some wrinkles

Excellent product, exquisite packaging
Compares with other, very expensive and known brands
Highly recommend it

I ordered the "trial" New Age Gold and the Advanced Anti-wrinkle cream I am very pleased with both, in factjust re-ordered
I don't do much shopping online, so was being cautious and called New Age to make certain I understood the obligation I spoke to a wonderful customer rep, (Sir)who was very patient and understanding about my skepticism
With Customer Service reps like him (and Phil when I called to re-order) I feel very comfortable with New Age and do like the products
I will be pleased to recommend New Age to friends
I am and, hopefully, my frown lines will become laugh lines with your product Of course, I don't expect miracles - but, then again, why not!!!!

I ordered a "Free Trial" face creamI failed to read the Terms and Conditions In there I would have found I had days to assess the face cream I was charged $for a jar of white substance, which has produced zero effect on my skin Not happy with the product, I had no intention of ordering a 2nd jar But, because I was negligent in not reading the Terms and Conditions this company sent another jar and charged another $ My bank suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com as this is a questionable product and a seamy business processI have lard in my refrigerator that is more effective than New Age

they keep charging my card ending in *** I told them to cancel my account and I didn't want to be billed anymore this business is a bit sketchy and provides poor customer service they try to force customers into using their products that don't want toothat's poor business tactics I wouldn't advise anyone to order from new age skin caretheir customer service tries to bait and switch you

My spouse purchased skin care samples in May from New Age Skin Care on line through the ***skincare.com website The samples were advertised as “trials”, and she purchased “New Age Serum” at $for shipping and handling, and “N

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I am very disappointed in this company and product The company does not live up to its word and is only interested in money I am happy that these women supposedly got the results they were looking for, but I have to wonder how many are relatives of the company bad reviews on Revdex.com Ripoff report is full of negative reviews and consumer health advises NOT to purchase I ordered the trial (despite) and due to a severe allergic reaction could not start trial When I called to extend trial, per terms and conditions they will extend trials, I was told that my trial had expired the day before and they could no longer extend trial Today would be day and the gentleman on the phone said that my card was already charged of last night, which would normally show in pending which was not Now,min later, it is in pending ON THE 14th day BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY

After reading the on-line complaints against this company/product, I was convinced I was heading down a very expensive road BUT, this couldn’t be further from the truth If you read the directions and follow the rules, you will find this is a very reputable company and they even have an A- standing with the Revdex.com I did find the product to do a great job moisturizing, but it made my skin blotchy in areas so I cancelled my ‘trial’ and had a pleasurable experienced working with their customer service division Highly recommended and definitely worth a try

+1

I don't understand how Mrs*** is making a complaint. She disputed the charges with her bank and was refunded in full. Does she expect to get the money back from us and the bank. She also disputed the charges for the original products, so she received the money back for
those products too, but kept them and used them. So Mrs*** actually defrauded our company by keeping our products, using them, disputing the charges and getting her money back.
I really don't feel Mrs*** has anything to complain about

I paid for a sample to be sent and all of a sudden I received a charge on my bank card for $79.00.I called them at 4M to cancel and had to leave a voice mail

I called and told them that the cream made my skin breakout All of us can't be wrong I believed it was a sample and not a trial that I had to return I don't want to pay for someone's tricky advertising scheme or for a product that has caused my skin to break out I am years old and want a refund

First, Mrs*** ordered our products on 12/28/(see attached customer account). These products were delivered to her on 12/31/at 9:AM, as per USPS tracking. I have also attached a copy of the website and of the packing slip that comes with the products, clearly stating the
terms, This is a Day Trial, you must call to cancel or return the product within that Day period, or you will be charged for the product. It is very clearly stated on the website where they put their credit card information in. It is not buried in the terms and conditions, even though it is also stated there. In case the customer misses it on the website, it is also stated on the packing slip that is enclosed in the box with the products. It cannot be missed there. The packing slip also states our telephone number and email address. The products that are sent are NOT TRIAL sizes. They are full DAY supplies. That is why the customer has to either call to cancel, return the product or pay for it. I am willing to give partial credit on the products. On the $charge, I can credit $70.00, and on the $charge, I can credit $67.00. There is no credit for the shipping charges of $and $since the products were shipped to the customer.
If this is acceptable o Mrs*** please let me know. She can email us or let us know through you
Thank you,
Lisa
