I have spoke to a customer service agent and let me take a moment to say he was AMAZING!!! He was so helpful and very understanding. I was super impressed with his service. Another plus is I could understand him clearly! Great job customer service rep!

Ms. [redacted] purchased 2 14 Day Trial products from our website on 11/14/15.  She paid $6.97 and $ 5.95 for shipping, not for the products.  The products she received were not small trial size bottles, but were full 30 Day supplies.  The terms and conditions are stated on our...

website (attached) where she input her credit card information, and also on the packing slip (also attached) when she received the products.  Both terms state, This is a 14 Day Trial, if you do not call to cancel or request an RMA number to return the products, during the trial period, you will be charged for the products.  It states these terms in not 1, but 2 different places.  Ms. [redacted] called our office on 12/14/15, after she was charged on 12/2/15.  Our customer care rep issued RMA numbers to her so that she can return the products for full refunds, even though her 14 Day Trial expired.
If Ms. [redacted] returns both products, she will receive her refunds of $89.95 and $86.95.  She erroneously states the purchase price as $12.92, that was the cost of shipping through the USPS. As you can also see from the website, by purchasing the trials, Ms. [redacted] did authorize her credit card for the 2 charges.
To resolve this, Ms. [redacted] must return the products and she will be refunded in full.

Thank you,
Lisa S[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

I fell for the scam and trusting this company ordered two 14 DAY TRIAL products for $6.95 each. When I received the products 7 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, I called to see when the 14 day trial period began. It started THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER. But, she told me, since I didn't have them very long I could use them for 30 days and if I wasn't satisfied, call and cancel. I said I would just cancel NOW. She got my card information to credit my account, but said instead of sending the products back just finish using them and call before April 11th and it would be cancelled at that time. WHAT A RUN AROUND!! When I checked my card statement several days later, I had been charged $19.98 & $19.95 for each product! A phone call to a supervisor was a waste of time! He went on and on about listening to the recording of my conversation earlier AND GAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE PRODUCT AND HAVE MY CARD CHARGED FOR IT! But he would refund me for the higher priced item and I could keep the worthless products! THIS COMPANY OWES ME FOR THE SECOND PRODUCT AS WELL. The other kicker is...IT DOESN'T WORK!!! WHAT A SCAM!!

Customer called on 5/26. Customer was offered, and accepted a $ 50.00 refund, (see attached customer notes) which was issued on 5/26, to keep product.  Customer said he was happy with the outcome.  We spoke to the customer today and he said he is happy and wants to rescind his Revdex.com...

complaint.  He said he will call Revdex.com to find out how to do that.  As you can see, from the attached packing slip and website, both places state this is a 14  Day Trial and that you will be charged if you do not cancel within the trial period.Mr. [redacted] filed his complaint without even calling our customer service.Thank you.[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] called our office on 4/6 about her refunds because she returned the products to us on 3/31.  As per the law, we do have 30 days to refund the customer.  [redacted], the supervisor spoke to her and refunded both charges to her while he was talking to her.  Therefore this complaint...

is satisfied as Ms. [redacted] received her refunds for the products she returned.Thank you.[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] ordered our product on the internet on 6/7/15.  Nowhere on our website does it say FREE.  It says 14 Day Trial.  It also says it is a 14 day Trial on our packing slip that comes with the product (also attached).  The customer did not call within that 14 Day Trial...

period.  Therefore, Ms. [redacted] was charged for the product on 6/23/15.  Since Ms. [redacted] still did not call to cancel, an autoshipment was shipped on 7/18/15.  Ms. [redacted] did not call our office until 7/23/15, as proven on the customer notes attached.  Mrs. [redacted] returned the autoshipment on 7/30/15, and she was refunded on 8/3/15, also shown on the customer notes.  Most banks take 3-7 days to process credits, therefore Ms. [redacted] might not see it reflected on her credit card account yet.  We will not issue a refund for the first charge of $89.95 since Ms. [redacted] said she already disputed that charge with her bank.  We must deal with the bank on that charge.  Ms. [redacted] returned the product, was refunded for that product, and her account is now closed.  As I said, on the first charge we must deal with her bank and cannot refund that charge to her.  Ms. [redacted] now has to wait for the resolution with her bank.Thank you.[redacted]

Ordered New Age skin care products, wrinkle cream and serum, on 2/1/2016 for supposedly their free trial...only needed to pay shipping fees of $5.95 and $6.97. Was never told when I ordered that after two weeks they would charge my credit card $89.95 for the product. It took several days for the product to arrive. I ended up in the hospital, so didn't even open the product until approximately 2/10 and didn't try the product right away. The packing slip and receipt said that my credit card would be charged for the product after 15 days from date of order. Tried calling the business and it was closed. Left a message, Got a call back. Told the person a man named Chris that I didn't want the product and didn't want my credit card charged. He insisted there was nothing he could do, my credit card had already been charged and I was a day late in calling. Very poor customer service skills and he was basically abusive. This was certainly not a two week free trial period. I hadn't even been able to use the product more than a couple of days. I called my bank. No charge was showing on my account. I asked to block it. Was told that since I had charged it to a debit card, I could only contest the charge once it went through and was actually deducted from my account. I called back, got another male customer service person, who again insisted he could do nothing to help me. He too was very rude, and just kept insisting I would have to pay. He made no effort to try to help me. I got mad and threatened to report his company. I told him I had been in the hospital and never got anywhere near a 15 day free trial, besides it takes time for the product to be delivered, and that I had called the company on time, but no one was there. They close early, and I was calling from the East Coast. He finally agreed to refund all but $10 of the $89.95 they had charged my credit card if I mailed back the product immediately.Supposedly, since the product had been opened, the $10 would cover the fact that it could not be used again, but of course, I would have to pay for the postage. I mailed back the product the next day, which cost me just at $8 to send it back "snail mail to Tempe, AZ. This so-called free trial cost me just a few cents shy of $31.00 in total, and I only got to use it about 2 days. Do they ask those they convince to buy to return their free samples? The company did refund $79.95 to my credit card. Both persons I spoke with at this company were obviously programmed to give any customers who called in a difficult time, and to insist that they had called too late. When I spoke to the first man, my credit card was not showing the charge for $89.95, but an hour or two later, when I spoke to the second man (I think Josh or Jake), they had put the charge through for the $89.95, but insisted it had been put through the night before. It was showing as a pending transaction when I called the second time. My bank said I would not be able to contest the charge until the transaction had actually been charged to my account and had been paid. It is no wonder that this company has an "F" rating with the Revdex.com. If I thought I would even come close to getting my $31 back from this company, I would request a resolution to my issue, but it would probably cause me so much additional stress that I would end up in the hospital again. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with NEW AGE Skin Care of Tempe, AZ. Apparently, even if you do call immediately upon receiving the product, they do their best to talk you into some long term commitment at a mere $19.95 a month for the product. Obviously, it was never worth $89.95 to begin with, and obviously, no one ever gets a true 2 week trial. I do intend to notify the Massachusetts Attorney General's office regarding this obvious scam. What makes it even more frustrating is that I will be in both Phoenix and Tucson in April. You can be sure that all those I encounter at my meetings there will hear about this company and how badly they scam folks! This is the kind of company that destroys one's faith and trust in humanity and in the legitimacy of our American business system.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I'm not satisfied this Company is going to continue doing scam like this if someone does stop them. The reason I complain because looking thru the website [redacted] realize that I wasn't the only person ripoff by this Business there's 100's hundredsof other victims. Also Mr. [redacted] never send me anything by mail or e-mail. My discussion here's the Skincream was a FREE SAMPLE and latergot unauthorized charge of $89.95.

Regards,

Wow, I cant believe the complaints I just read. Sounds just like what happened to me. Ordered a product for $6.95 and added on a product for $5.95. Broke out from the product, called to ask for refund. Instead I was charged two more times for 89.00 and 85.00(approx). Filed a dispute with my bank. Was instructed to contact the company which I did by e-mail today. Ripped me off of about $170.00. I feel sick to my stomach. That was my kids Christmas present money. Clearly a scam company. If they dont give my money back I'm taking it higher. There are enough "like"complaints that I am checking into the post office for filing a complaint as postal fraud.

Mrs. [redacted] ordered the 14 day Trial on 8/31/16.  As you can see from the website, the packing slip, and the additional emails, all places state the terms that this is a 14 Day Trial.  As Mr. [redacted] states, he already disputed the charges with his bank, so we cannot refund those...

charges to him, but he must return the products to us so that we do not refute the disputes.
Since the charges are disputed, Mr. [redacted] has a temporary credit from his bank for the charges.  As long as the products are returned to us, those temporary credits will become permanent.

Thank you,
Lisa

Regards,

After reading a lot of these bad reviews & filed complaints, I was pretty confident that the phone call I had to make to cancel my month to month account was going to be horrendous. It was totally the opposite. I believe the woman's name was Chantal (I hope I spelled it right) was extremely professional & polite. It was my 14th day of my trial period & I told her I needed to cancel the month to month shipment as I found it to be too expensive for me. She did everything she could to keep me as a customer by lowering the monthly bill but I just couldn't commit to a month to month (I didn't realize it was this way when I purchased it) but I did want to keep the trial products & was prepared to pay the full price although it doesn't tell you the full price when ordering it online unless you read the "terms & conditions" but I didn't & I should of so I was prepared to pay full price but she gave it to me for $19.95 as she said it was the last day they could give it to customers for that price. Like I said, I was expecting the worse & didn't get anything close to that. I figured with all those bad reviews I should definitely put in my good review. She was professional, polite, a little persistent (which sales people are supposed to be) and very pleasant. So there you go.

I don't understand how Mrs. [redacted] is making a complaint.  She disputed the charges with her bank and was refunded in full.  Does she expect to get the money back from us and the bank.  She also disputed the charges for the original products, so she received the money back for...

those products too, but kept them and used them.  So Mrs. [redacted] actually defrauded our company by keeping our products, using them, disputing the charges and getting her money back.
I really don't feel Mrs. [redacted] has anything to complain about.

I have no problems what so ever with this company. Quick delivery, like the product, they sent a courtesy e mail to remind me of the end of the free trial period and the charges. Called customer service, the young man was super friendly, got the product for a very reduced price. Next delivery I got a bunch of little free gifts. If you don't read the terms and conditions before ordering, yes you may be mad, but that is not their fault. I like them much. Thank you.
