I have spoke to a customer service agent and let me take a moment to say he was AMAZING!!! He was so helpful and very understanding. I was super impressed with his service. Another plus is I could understand him clearly! Great job customer service rep!

If he would have read the packing slip that is enclosed with the products, he would have realized this was not a "sample" but a 14 Day Trial.  I do not know why he put in a complaint, when he called, returned the items and was refunded in full.  How is this a ripoff?

The customer called in on 5/3 and spoke to our customer service supervisor.  The customer said to cancel all further orders.  At no time did they ask for a refund or to return the product.  Both on the website when the customer ordered the product, and on the packing slip when the...

customer received the product, it states This is a 14 Day Trial.  The customer must call within that 14 Day Trial period, or they will be charged for that product.  As you can see from the attached information, nowhere is it in small print, it is in the same font as everything else.To satisfy the customer, wither they can send the products back for full refunds, or I can issue a $50.00 refund on each charge and he can keep the products.  The customer can either call us or email us how they would like to proceed.

Mrs. [redacted] called in on 2/18 at 9:04AM.  She told the customer service rep she did not receive the product and we told her to file a missing package claim with the USPS and we could refund her in full.  She then called back at 3:03 PM, and said she found the package.  The customer...

service rep told her to send it back for a refund minus a restocking fee since she was past the 14 Day Trial Period.  As you can see from the USPS tracking attached, Mrs. [redacted] received her package on 2/1/16 at 11:41 AM.  Even though the time starts at date of order, Mrs. [redacted] still had 17 days from when she received the package to when she was charged, well past the 14 Day Trial period, as we do give time for shipping.  Mrs. [redacted] can not receive a refund of the original $6.97 she paid, as that was for the shipping, and the product was shipped to her.  As you can see from the attached packing slip and website, both state the terms, This is a 14 day Trial, you must call us within that period to cancel, or request an RMA number to return the product, or you will be charged for it.  the packing slip also has our telephone number and email address on it. We do state, in no uncertain terms, that this is a 14 day Trial, in 2 different places. 
If Mrs. [redacted] will return the product to us, as she stated to our customer service rep, I will refund $89.95 to her, and waive the restocking fee.  I cannot refund the $6.97 shipping to her.

Again, the terms she copied are not ours.  We are Not New Vitality Sea Star.  That is not our company or our product.  Mrs. [redacted] is refunded in full.  If she wants to keep our scrub brush, go right ahead.  Since she already is refunded in full, this matter should be resolved.  There is nothing more we can do for this customer.

Mrs. [redacted] ordered 2 of our products on our website on 10/5.  She received a confirmation email, attached, stating this is a 14 Day Trial.  When she received the products, she received a packing slip, attached, stating this is a 14 Day Trial.  5 days before her trial ended, and...

When she called on 11/22, she only said she wanted to return the latest 2 products for refunds.  She did not say anything about the original products.  When she called, she was also given a cancellation number so she knew her account was cancelled. She will not be charged or receive any more products from the date she cancelled on 11/22.  As for the original products, Mrs. [redacted] can accept a courtesy refund of $ 50.00 each ($100.00 in total) or return the products for full refunds.  It is up to her how she would like to proceed.  If she would like to call us or email us, that would be fine.
I look forward to hearing from her so that we can resolve this matter.

I'm very happy with the service Jake gave me. My husband just went through open heart surgery and Jake extended my trial so I could get a chance to use and even said he would PRAY for me and what Im going through!! I hope you realize how much your company is blessed to have him as a representative!! [redacted]

Mrs. G[redacted] ordered our products on the internet on 9/10.  When she received the products, she received a packing slip stating that this is a 14 Day Trial, which I have attached.  It also states the same thing on the website when she ordered the products.  Mrs. G[redacted] also received...

an email when she ordered the products, an email about 5 days before the trial was expiring, another email about 2 days before the trial expired.  All of which I have attached.  In order to receive both products, Mrs. G[redacted] had to order them on our website.  Our cream also does not come in a plastic jar.  It is a glass jar.  Mrs. G[redacted] also states she called and we do not answer our phone.  Be aware, we are on the west coast, while she is on the east coast.  Our hours are listed both on our packing slip and on our website.  I also listened to the call, and our representative never said we sent the serum without her ordering it.  This is not a scam.  We have been in business for over 6 years, and have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers.  Apparently, Mrs. G[redacted] did not understand what she was ordering, but our rep gave her instructions to return the products, which we did not receive back yet.  I am sure Mrs. G[redacted] is returning them.  In order to resolve this matter, I will refund her shipping charges.  Usually, the bank will take 3-5 days to post those credits back to her card.  In our terms and conditions, it is stated we do not refund shipping because that is money we paid to the USPS, payroll, boxes, etc.  I am doing this as a courtesy so that we can close this matter.  I am also taken aback at the allegation, that we would charge her card without her knowledge.  I am issuing those refunds today, so Mrs. G[redacted] should see them in her bank by the middle of next week.  i also expect we will see the products back in our office within the next 10 days.

Careful ordering your "FREE" trial - that will auto bill you next month for $89.95! Says it is in the terms and conditions.

I did call and cancel no matter what they say! The ad I saw on facebook stated "Free Sample" only pay postage and handling charges! Do they seriously think I'd pay 89.95 for cream!! Yes I did hang up because he called me a liar that I never called in and I did! And I wanna know why they charged me two times on November 10th for 89.95!?!?! That right there is wrong! Then they continued to charge me for product I returned! If I hadn't called them after looking at my credit card statement they would never have acknowledged that they screwed up. Their a scam company with false advertising! I paid the postage of 3.95 and 1.95, that is all I was suppose to be charged! I do not appreciate them calling me a liar that I never called to cancel, that really irritates me, I am a postal worker, I received 2 shipments which I handed to my postmaster, carrie, which she sent back refused same day I received them I will not be happy with anything short of full refund of the two 89.95 the 79.95 and the 69.95!

When Ms. [redacted] called in on 10/10, she spoke to our customer service rep and accepted a partial refund which was issued the next day.  However, since then, on 10/14, Ms [redacted] has returned the open products and was issued the remainder of the refunds.  She should see those 2 refunds for...

$60.00 each within 3-5 business days.  At this point, Ms [redacted] is refunded in full her $89.95 and $86.95.  This was the resolution she desired, therefore this matter should be closed.

These products are wonderful. I have been getting them for 4 months now and they have really helped my skin and wrinkles. I called in and spoke to one of the friendly reps and they actually gave me a great discount on my products. I will definetly keep ordering these products and will continue to use them until I get the results I hoped for! Thank you New Age for selling a great product and helping me with your generous discount! I am a very happy customer!!

Customer called on 5/26. Customer was offered, and accepted a $ 50.00 refund, (see attached customer notes) which was issued on 5/26, to keep product.  Customer said he was happy with the outcome.  We spoke to the customer today and he said he is happy and wants to rescind his Revdex.com...

complaint.  He said he will call Revdex.com to find out how to do that.  As you can see, from the attached packing slip and website, both places state this is a 14  Day Trial and that you will be charged if you do not cancel within the trial period.Mr. [redacted] filed his complaint without even calling our customer service.Thank you.[redacted]

This company is deceiving people with their so called "FREE TRIAL"!!! Besides the fact that 14 days is hardly time to see if you are satisfied with the product, WHO reads a packing list??? Which is where supposedly this 14 day nonsense was printed!!!
So bottom line is I was tricked into paying for a FREE TRIAL ITEM!!!
