Mrs. [redacted] went online on 5/12/15 and ordered our product through OUR website, not another website.  We do not get the order unless it comes from our website.  Along with the product, Mrs. [redacted] received a packing slip (sample attached) stating terms and conditions, our telephone...

number and our customer service email.  How would Mrs. [redacted] know her customer ID number if she didn't receive this packing slip?  She also states she could not contact us.  But, Mrs. [redacted] did call our office on 6/17/15.  She spoke to [redacted] and he even sent her a return envelope to return the product in, which she never did.  She knew what the charge was for because she questioned it.  The [redacted] is our distribution company that she was charged through, but she did call, knew what the charge was for, but did not send the product back for a full refund.  Our terms and conditions are also stated on the 2nd page of our website (also attached) where the customer enters their credit card information.  So, we disclose that the customer will be charged, in not only one place, but two.If the product is sealed, and Mrs. [redacted] returns it, she can receive a full refund.  Our customer service went beyond their scope by sending a return envelope.Thank you.[redacted]

Mrs. [redacted] clearly stated her minor daughter ordered the products.  As you can see from the attached 2nd page of our website, it says, "By clicking the Rush my Order button, I agree that I am over 18 years of age and to the terms and conditions."  Apparently this is not the case and Mrs....

[redacted] is responsible for those charges.  As you can also see from that page, it states this is a 14 Day trial and the customer will be charged if they do not cancel or return the product within that 14 Days.  I have also attached a packing slip that comes with every product.  That also states this is a 14 Day Trial and the customer must call to cancel  or return the product or they will be charged for it.  So we are not misleading the customer as the terms and conditions are clearly stated.  I am sure that Mrs. DeJesus' minor daughter did not read the terms and conditions.  And why is a 14 year old girl ordering products for anti-wrinkle?  Is it truly the case that her daughter ordered it?  The reason she is billed under 2 names is because they are 2 completely separate products.  Yes they are affiliated, but they are 2 different products.  Mrs. [redacted] was already refunded $86.95 on 6/4 as you can see from the attached customer account notes.  If she returns the products, within 30 days, she will also be refunded the $89.95.  Our company is not to blame if, as she stated, her minor daughter ordered these products when clearly she is agreeing that she is over 18 to order them.  We cannot be held responsible if her daughter is fraudulently ordering products. As I said, if we receive the products back, Mrs. [redacted] will get her refund of $89.95. Mrs. [redacted] was not taken advantage of by us, our terms and conditions are clearly stated before the products are purchased, and when they are received.  If anyone took advantage of her, it was her daughter by ordering products clearly not meant for a minor.Thank you.[redacted]

Mrs[redacted]l ordered our products on 12/14/15.  She ordered the 14 Day Trial of both our Skin Care Serum and Skin Care Cream.  On the website, when she put her credit card information in, the terms are in a paragraph right there.  It says This is a 14 Day Trial, if you do not call...

to cancel or request an RMA to return the product you will be charged ( 89.95 or 86.95) for that product and will be placed on an autoshipment program.  When she received the products, the packing slip also states it is a 14 Day Trial and she must call before the expiration date or she will be charged.  We state the terms in not 1, but 2 places.  Since Mrs[redacted]l did not call to cancel, she was charged for both products.  on 12/31, she was charged $89.95 and on 1/1, $86.95.  Since she still did not call to cancel, even after being charged, an autoshipment was mailed on 1/25.  Apparently, after receiving the autoshipment, Mrs[redacted]l called to cancel.  She did send back the autoshippments and was refunded in full for those.  She did not talk about her original charges with our customer service rep.  I am willing to refund one of those charges to her as a courtesy, because she does have our original 2 products.  She can call and if she agrees, I will process that refund.  Her account is closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Additionally they gave me a quick and fair response and I would say provided excellent service in doing so

Regards,

Mr. [redacted] returned the packages on 12/3 and was credited the same day.  See below.

If he would have read the packing slip that is enclosed with the products, he would have realized this was not a "sample" but a 14 Day Trial.  I do not know why he put in a complaint, when he called, returned the items and was refunded in full.  How is this a ripoff?

Thank you,

First, Mrs. [redacted] ordered our products on 12/28/15 (see attached customer account).  These products were delivered to her on 12/31/15 at 9:32 AM, as per USPS tracking.  I have also attached a copy of the website and of the packing slip that comes with the products, clearly stating the...

terms, This is a 14 Day Trial, you must call to cancel or return the product within that 14 Day period, or you will be charged for the product.  It is very clearly stated on the website where they put their credit card information in.  It is not buried in the terms and conditions, even though it is also stated there. In case the customer misses it on the website, it is also stated on the packing slip that is enclosed in the box with the products.  It cannot be missed there.  The packing slip also states our telephone number and email address.  The products that are sent are NOT TRIAL sizes.  They are full 30 DAY supplies.  That is why the customer has to either call to cancel, return the product or pay for it.  I am willing to give partial credit on the products.  On the $89.95 charge, I can credit $70.00, and on the $86.95 charge, I can credit $67.00.  There is no credit for the shipping charges of $6.97 and $5.95 since the products were shipped to the customer.
If this is acceptable o Mrs. [redacted] please let me know.  She can email us or let us know through you.

Thank you,
Lisa

I went to the New Age Skin Serum website to read about the product. www.buynewage.com The site offers information about how the product works, the results that you can expect and how you can get a trial 14 day trial offer. I decided to try the offer. Once you click on, "Send me my trial offer" you see where you are supposed to put in your credit card information in large bold print, you see that it is only $6.97 to order the serum. It does ask if you read the terms and conditions and if you agree. However, it is part of the order process.. not a separate question with the terms attached or even highlighted for you to read. Now that I am trying to send this product back and click on Terms and Conditions, and read down to the VERY bottom... I see that if I don't cancel my account within the 14 days, I will be charged $89.95 for each item ordered! AND don't you know that the serum doesn't work without the lotion that you didn't even know about until your credit card was entered, so of course for just a mere additional $6.97 you can also order the lotion, so now you're on the hook for $89.95 for EACH of them. Let's talk about the 14 day trial. The trial starts upon ordering the products... so isn't it a false statement that you get 14 days to trial the product... I mean, it takes time to get to you... right? All in all, I will be disputing the charges and sending back the product that I didn't even have the chance to try. This site is designed to make it difficult to truly understand just how badly they are going to rape your wallet. If that's the point... then well done!

I'm very happy with the service Jake gave me. My husband just went through open heart surgery and Jake extended my trial so I could get a chance to use and even said he would PRAY for me and what Im going through!! I hope you realize how much your company is blessed to have him as a representative!! [redacted]

New Age Skin Care really went to the next level of service with a great surprise. I am currently on vacation out of the country on a family trip for a few weeks. So before I left I called Customer Service to skip a month until I return. The agent said that they were able to ship it to me while abroad. I said I would be fine until I come back, but he said there would be no additional shipping charges and they would take care of it. So I gave them the hotel information and just today my package arrived! I was really pleasantly surprised when the package arrived because I never believed it would come to a different country. I am so happy it arrived, I can really use the moisturizer right now with the sun. I just wanted to say the great service I have been receiving as a customer and really love their free gifts they provide every month.

Customer Rep Jesse was very professional and caring while chatting with me about the products. His personality shined brightly through the phone. I have sensitive skin and he answered my questions completely. The products have a nice silky texture.Thank you, Jesse for your helpfulness.

After filing a complaint with you I received the monthly statement from my credit card company. It indicated an earlier charge from the company for $89 for face cream, $89 for another face cream. I never ordered this and did not receive these products. I called the credit card company and explained the situation to them. They told me they will contact the company and relate that they are not paying  for these products since I did not authorized the products or payment to them. I was waiting to hear back from them that they did contact the company. I guess from the companys rant they were contacted. So it is settled and I am fine with the outcome.Thank you so much for the assistance I truly appreciated it.

Careful ordering your "FREE" trial - that will auto bill you next month for $89.95! Says it is in the terms and conditions.

I was looking forward to receiving and trying this product. It's the fourth or fifth package I have received from online ordering this week but the first time that I bothered to take the receipt out to look at it first, so so glad I did! As the person who responds to these complaints will tell you all the hoops you need to jump through to not be ripped off. Not one time does he mention that it says in "order to find out how the trial works or to cancel you must call this one 800-number Monday through Friday" what company operates this way?And I'm going to assume it does say on the terms and conditions this information as well. Who reads terms and conditions? Guess I better read the iTunes book of terms and conditions before I buy that next song. Why all the hoops if it's a good product, hmm, could it be the product can't stand on its own and they were just want your money? Looking forward to your response of song and dance. PS I reply to reviews on social media for my company, I don't know how you sleep at night! And I will be contacting you on Tuesday to find out exactly what hoop I need to jump through to get this what I'm guessing is a terrible product back to you! Sleep tight! Unbelievable business practice!

I spoke with Jake today and was pleasantly surprised by his customer service. Not only did he listen, he offered suggestions to resolve my issue. I am pleased with the resolution. Sincere thanks to JAKE. Outstanding customer service

I am devastated this morning due to an $89 charge to my account for a RISK FREE trail from this company. I don't have the money for this yet, it's SHAME ON ME for falling for this scam. The fact that Celebrities condone this is shameful! YES, shame on me and my family who will suffer this week because of this charge.

People please read everything, this is NOT as it appears! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

I called and told them that the cream made my skin breakout. All of us can't be wrong. I believed it was a sample and not a trial that I had to return. I don't want to pay for someone's tricky advertising scheme or for a product that has caused my skin to break out. I am 72 years old and want a refund.

Ms. [redacted] bought the 14 day trial of our New Age Skin Care on 9/9/16.  From what I attached, you can see that we emphasize that this is a 14 day trial, on our website, on our packing slip and on our emails.  In fact, she was not charged for the products until 9/29/16, which is much...

longer than 14 days.  Our customer service rep never said it takes much longer than 14 days to see results.  Mrs. [redacted] probably misunderstood because I am sure she said it is a 30 day supply.  If Ms. [redacted] wants to return both products, we can refund her in full for the $ 89.95 charge.  If she would like to keep the products, I can offer a partial refund of $60.00.Please let me know how she would like to proceed.

Thank you,
Lisa

Regards,

I ordered a "Free Trial" face cream. I failed to read the Terms and Conditions. In there I would have found I had 14 days to assess the face cream. I was charged $89.95 for a jar of white substance, which has produced zero effect on my skin. Not happy with the product, I had no intention of ordering a 2nd jar. But, because I was negligent in not reading the Terms and Conditions this company sent another jar and charged another $89.95. My bank suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com as this is a questionable product and a seamy business process. I have lard in my refrigerator that is more effective than New Age.
