Worry No More warranty cancelled without explanation of claims process In April of I filed a claim with Worry No More for a desk that I purchased from Macy's in After the inspector came to look at the desk, I never received a call, email, or correspondence that my claim was approvedI had to call the warranty department to find out the status of the claim, which a CSR told me was approvedThe CSR said "whenever you get the time, go to Macys and proceed with the exchange, they can look your claim up in the system"It was never explained to me that I had a total of months to do the exchange or my warranty would be CANCELLEDSo being that I'm military, I moved to California in February and proceeded to Macys to do the exchange only to find out that my sales check for the product was no longer validI spoke with a supervisor at Worry No More and all she could regurgitate was that she's sorry for what happened to meAlso they kept trying to place the blame with Mac
