We purchased a five year warranty from Macy's for an outdoor furniture set and the finish was not correctWe filed a claim to Uniters on 6/

Biggest scam of a company everAfter wasting MONTHS of my time, they actually created language that does not exist in the warranty, in order to deny my claim*** ** at the company is so well versed in the company's scams that she had her bit memorizedFor MONTHS they dragged this on, sending a technician out to my house twice for a cat urine stain on my sectional, only then to CREATE the stipulation that the disgusting, wreaking, can't-have-anyone-in-my-home, let alone use the couch, stain must be "visible" to be coveredThe warranty does not state this, nor does the warranty exclude non-visible stains; in fact, a primary purpose of the warranty (particularly as sold by the furniture company) is to cover pet and human bodily fluidsThis entire company exists and employs/pays people TO deny claimsThey purposefully drag their feet in sending out technicians and in following up, to wear down the customerWe will never purchase from Value City Furniture again, nor will any of our friends, family, or neighborsDisgraceful people all around

I purchased a sofa from Macy's and purchased a stain protection plan through Worry No More They did not honor the plan
I purchased a sofa from macy's and also purchased the Warranty for stains administered by Worry No More I contacted them per the plan (within days of the stains and during the warranty period) A rep was sent out to the house to clean them He did not clean but took photos and left I got a notice that it was an accumulation of stains and was not covered I told them I did not appreciate them calling me a liar and I reported per the policy I filed a formal dispute and they denied it This is a sham I demand they either clean or provide me a refund I am planning to go to the local media for help

Warranty not being honored
I purchased rugs from Macys in November (6th and 21st) and also the Rug Protection Warranty I was told that this would cover any damage I asked if it would cover damages caused by pets suchas tea bodily fluids, and was told that anything and everything was covered I was re-assured that this was an honest and compsany that has been servicing Macy's and its customers for years However, the moment I had an issue, the story changed They are denying the claim
I was on vacation for a week and when I had returned, my pets had urinated on the rugs we purchased I noticed that they had urinated in several spots during the week we were not home and had a friend walk and feed them during those days

In addition, I am going to file a complaint with Macys

Very bad customer serviceEven though they are subtracted through VCF they give VCF a very bad name I called a few months ago to report damage on my sofa and the very unprofessional rep basically told me because it was after days I would not be coveredI mean I get it because most insurance/protection companies try to get out of not paying but this isn't a cheap product where talking about hereI called again because the furniture completely fell apartI spoke with a woman/male named *** who was very unintelligent and was cutting me off as I was trying to talk so that further lets me know that no one works in customer service department that has more than a high school educationThen he/she informed me that the CEO does not talk to any customers calling the customer service line which I think is very odd since this is a business and 'us' little people are the reason they are in business today

Please do not use the furniture warranty from this companyI purchased furniture from Macy's and the furniture protection plan I called to put in a claim and of course it was deniedI called to explain that the issues I complained about were covered under my warranty I was told I would get a call back Of course I didn'tI called back a couple weeks later and was told my file was still being reviewed Finally, I called back a third time and I was told the chair would be approved for replacement but that a new technician would need to come out because the first technician put in a limited reportI was told the technician would try to clean the stains first before they would approve repair or replacementI knew then that I would get the run around The second technician came out and took pictures I had stains on my leather sofa so he said he would first try cleaning it to see if that would help The first two stains came off no problem When he put the cleaner on the third stain, the leather became discolored He stated he would note that on his report A few days later I received an email saying my claim was denied for misuse/abuse/lack of care I called and asked how they could deny my claim when it's evident that I did nothing wrong because the technician cleaned the sofa with their products and discolored the leather which shows poor construction of the furniture and I was told the technician did not put in his report that he cleaned the furniture I was told the only thing I could do at this point was put in an appeal in writingThey would not even talk to me about the damage their technician causedLuckily, I called Macy's Executive Office and they refunded me my money
I advise everyone to save your money and not purchase the Worry No More furniture plan It is a waste of money Hopefully with the lack of business they will no longer be in business

They were quick to repair my recliner - very professional

sofa is making a squeaking noise and there is severe wear

my sofa has been making a squeaking sound in a certain area when you sit down on it and the same sound when you get up SO I thought that may be mechanical issue Or maybe the joint shave separated or something I purchased the set a little over a year ago04/16/at Value City Furniture in Florence, KY The item# NUXXXX-XXL-G-KS-G, price $ We paid a lot of money for this warranty What's the use if they don't cover anything It says on my coverage details mechanisms, and joint separation are covered The supervisor Chenor said it may just need some WD-on it She stated if they send someone out, that the problem still may not be covered under the warranty I don't have little kids, so its not like people have have been jumping on it This is no type of customer service
