sofa is making a squeaking noise and there is severe wear they say its not covered my sofa has been making a squeaking sound in a certain area when you sit down on it and the same sound when you get up SO I thought that may be mechanical issue Or maybe the joint shave separated or something I purchased the set a little over a year ago04/16/at Value City Furniture in Florence, KY The item# NUXXXX-XXL-G-KS-G, price $ We paid a lot of money for this warranty What's the use if they don't cover anything It says on my coverage details mechanisms, and joint separation are covered The supervisor Chenor said it may just need some WD-on it She stated if they send someone out, that the problem still may not be covered under the warranty I don't have little kids, so its not like people have have been jumping on it This is no type of customer service

I was denied coverage to fix a nail polish stain on my kitchen table The claim was denied because of multiple marks on the table from past occurrencesI was not asking to fix the other marks just the one Nail polish mark that I called in forEverything was done in accordance with their policy and contacted within of it happening

I contacted Uniters and they sent Mike Cfrom Mikes Furniture Services to resolve my problemHe not only discovered numerous loose bolts causing the "wobble" but also discovered a broken board in the frame on one of the backsHe tightened ALL loose bolts to spec and custom cut a replacement board to replace the broken back and put the entire four piece sofa BACK TO FACTORY SPECSI GIVE FIVE STARS TO UNITERS for their prompt, courteous handling of my claim and for their selection of Mike to represent their "Service-after-the-Sale" professionalism [redacted] , Indiana

I bought furniture from value city furniture and bought this warranty.I placed a claim days ago and have not heard a word from them yet My furniture is months old the stitching in a seat area pulled up.They pushed this warranty which is suppose to cover everything .I filled a complaint on line because their is no phone number to contact them .I haven't heard anything from them but I see many people have had problems with them .Something should be done to them.Ijust want it fixed or replacedNow !
