I have been waiting since May to receive a replacement part that was covered by the warranty of the chair we bought
In April our recliner chair motor broke (it was only year old), which is fully covered by the warranty that we bought when purchasing our chair In May they ordered the part from the manufacturer, which would take month to get to us August 22, was the date it was to arrive at our home...it never came After calling to find out where our part was, they told me to call back in another hours to check with them, at that point if it didnt arrive, they would move forward with the claim and give my store credit to purchase a new chair (which by the way wasnt even in the same amount as the original chair I purchased, it was about $less) They verified that the part was delivered to my home through the mailing service,
which it was not The mailing service didnt even have an address as to where the part was delivered, it just showed as delivered So

This company is not upholding my purchased warranty I informed the rep that was unsure of the damage date and I used the first day of
This company is not honoring my warranty for a faulty product They are stating that I did not call within days of noticing the damage, but I informed the rep that it has occurred over time and is within my year warranty

Uniters continually declines my claims for repairs to my sectional
I purchased a coffee table and sectional from MAcys with Uniters coverageThe coffee table cost $I had chipping and peeling and scratches on itI tried to file claims and was declined every timeThen the sectional I purchased started to get rip at the seams, Uniters claimed that seams is not coveredWhen my daughter took scissors and accidentally cut the sectional, they claimed there was excessive damage and my claim was denied again
Uniters and Macys both claim that this coverage will cover all rips, stains, cuts, urine, etc but it appears as though they are scamming people by finding ways to get out of either repairing or exchanging the damaged piecesI have copied and attached the last claim information I made

I purchased an electric recliner sofa and love seat from Macy's on 2/17/(Sales ck# MEXXXXXXXXXX) Delivery date was 2/28/ I purchased the year Worry No More Protection plan for $only because of the electric reclining mechanisms that I was not 100% sure about I was given a brochure that spelled out what the warranty covers I did not receive any other warranty information The sofa has lost it's support and one of the reclining mechanisms is making a funny little jolt when used Been keeping an eye on it and decided that since the sofa has now become uncomfortable, I should contact them Manufacturer's warranty is no longer valid (contacted Macy's first) so they referred me to Uniters (although nobody actually told me that name) I called and spoke with William who was very professional He asked me all the required questions, including the obvious "gotcha" question of when I first became aware of the problem

After (5) months of back and forth with the customer service between the furniture store and the warranty company, we weren't sure if our sectional sofa would ever get repaired, despite the extended warranty that we purchased
Things took a turn for the better after we explained our situation to the leadership of Uniters NAThey listened and cared enough to reach out and kept their promise to resolve the issue
Thanks to the Greg who drove hours each way on multiple trips to repair the sofa, and thank you Claude for breaking down barriers to solve the case
