Sold me a warranty that covers NOTHING!!! what a joke and unprofessional company,total scam NEVER PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THESE JOKERS!! Just needed a couple stains removed and because I did not notice and report within 15days they would not cover or even come out and look at it

I am livid the fact that they will even sell you a warranty that contradicts itself is absolutely BOGUS! these people need to be SHUT DOWN! Uniters failing to repair furniture covered by warranty that was purchased
I purchased a piece leather sectional and matching ottoman from American Signature in Nashville, TN in late and it was delivered in early The salesperson highly recommended purchasing a protection plan, which would cover accidental damage to the furniture for years from the delivery dateThe furniture was a large purchase for me, and something I wanted to protect, so I also purchased the warrantyThe warranty plainly states that rips and tears are covered I paid $for the sectional, $for the ottoman, and $for the warranty On April 26, 2016, while working on a crafts project for my newborn baby, the sectional and ottoman sustained some ripsDue to the nature of the crafts project, it was not until I lifted it off the furniture that I realized any rips had been madeThe same day, I reported this to Uniters, who provided the warranty service They indicated the furniture wou

Had two bonded leather couches under warranty that were rarely sat on I went through the long claim process and waited weeks for a technician to come out and take photos Tech says obviously this will be covered Never receive contact from the company after over a month We call the company to check on claim Company says it is denied as the "leather is bubbling and peeling, not tearing" I advise Ronnie from Uniters that they tears are in and around peeling (not sure how you determine the difference between a peel and a tear Additionally, the attached back cushion on one sofa was torn underneath at the back The rep asked if the was "at the seam" I stated it was and then immediately said "I guess I don't know, I can't see under there" From there, they denied this claim since a seam tear is not covered I reminded both ladies that I had immediately reversed my statement before They both said

My husband and I purchased a couch from a Macy's Furniture Store At the time, we purchased a year warranty One of the recliner chairs stopped working (wouldn't recline and would not retract) We called the warranty department who initially told us that we did not even purchase the warranty We had never seen a copy of the warranty and only had a receipt for the purchase of the couch A week or so later, they called back and told us they had made an error and, indeed, we had the year warranty Then, they had a technician come out and repair the chair on 09/04/ It was never fixed - worked a few times and then stopped altogether the next day Due to having a newborn (only a week old at the time) and extensive family in town, we did not get around to calling the warranty department again
When we did call on Monday, 01/08/2018, the warranty department told us that, because it was the same chair that was broken, we had to notify them within days, per the warranty The problem is we never received a copy of the warranty at checkout Neither did the technician who "fixed" the couch tell us we needed to report that his repair did not work within days We asked Macy's to send us a copy of the warranty via e-mail As it turns out, the e-mail address the warranty department had on file was not right for my husband I am guessing this is why we never received the warranty information in the first placeThey said they would correct the e-mail address and send us a copy of the warranty
Despite saying they would e-mail us the warranty at the correct e-mail address, we still never got it So, we called back again on 01/11/and talked to a different person in the warranty department - *** She gave us the same run around and referred us to the local Macy's in Mission Valley, saying it was the local store's problem for not providing us with the warranty She also corrected the e-mail address, which remained uncorrected from the last call, and sent us a copy of the warranty
When we called the local Macy's, they said this is "not right" and told us we should hear something from her within hours She was going to call the warranty department, escalate the matter to management, and get back to us Macy's called us back on 01/16/and told us that, per the warranty, there was a day window in which we needed to contact them in case the technician did not repair the product Notice, the warranty department is now claiming it is days and not days, as they told us on 01/08/ To make matters worse, I have a copy of the warranty now and it says nothing about days or days In fact, the warranty says nothing which the warranty department is claiming This is outrageous This is clearly unethical and unlawful
To say I am upset about this is an understatement We paid money for the warranty, you never gave us a copy of the warranty, and now that I have read the warranty, it says nothing that you are claiming I am an attorney here in California and am now concerned about how many other customers you have done this to Clearly is a lot with Revdex.com negative reviews and complaints Obviously I am not the only one this warranty department is trying to pull a fast one I will be sending a demand letter to your company and will not stop escalating this matter until you fix this

On October 15, I filed a claim with Uniters online After some time a representative came to my home on (or around) November 8, to assess the problem, and it was at that time that the Uniters Service Technician informed me that he submitted an order for the supplies required to repair our furniture He informed me that the items would come to my home and he would be notified when they arrived, and then he would call me to schedule a time and complete the work
I waited patiently for the items to arrive through the Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays, but nothing came and no one called or emailed There was no follat all
On Tuesday, January 9th I called and talked to a representative at Uniters NA, who reported that she saw the repair technician's report and could see there was no follow up She also expressed concern that the items to repair my furniture had not been ordered She kindly stated that she was referring my claim to a supervisor who would contact me within hours to resolve the problem, and yet I still received no call The representative explained that the service technician did not order the equipment to repair my furniture, but the supervisor would take care of it, and in fact make the repair a priority Still no one called within hours
I called today, January 12th, and (again) reported that my furniture has not been repaired, despite going through every process correctly and being told that items were ordered and my furniture would be repaired I was told by your customer service representative that a supervisor would contact me within hours by email or by phone
Tonight, after close of business (on a Friday), I received an email to report that my claim was deniedwait...WHAT (utter confusion on my part)!!!?!! Again, since it is a Friday and now the weekend I cannot speak to a person regarding the problem with this claim being reported as NOT COVERED I did everything that I was supposed to do to report my furniture problem and then have it repaired, yet my claim was denied It was not listed as denied on the website, but it was listed as "completed" I must reiterate that it was not listed as denied it was listed as "completed" so WHY all of a sudden did the company change it to denied?
Also, the email reporated to review the attachment as to why my claim was denied, but ther was no attachment to explain (nothing)
I really need someone who can help me get my furniture repaired I paid for the warranty service and I followed all of the steps to request a repair, and I was told that my furniture would be repairedIt was not my error that your service technician failed to enter the correct paperwork and it is not my error that your technicians and customer service representatives failed to follow up with me as promised when they visited my home and when I called them and talked on the phone
