The company will not honor its warranty as stated on the warranty voucher
I purchased a worrynomore warranty with furniture I purchased at Macys in The warranty voucher states that if I do not submit a claim within the year warranty period, I can call the company for a Macys gift card in the amount of the original warranty fee paidI have called the worrynomore number several times, and they tell me that I should have called within days of the end of the year time periodBut the warranty voucher I received does not state that anywhere on itThere is no time period stated anywhereWorrynomore is also telling me to get my refund from Macys, but that is not what the warranty voucher states either and Macys will not honor the warranty

I've contacted cn several occasions about fulfilling warranty expectationsProduct was sold under pretenses & co made has failed to assist
I purchased new furniture and warranty from *** I was sold a promise that the warranty company would fix damages and if the damage was unfixable they would pay for replacement or new itemI was advised that replacement items had about year window for decision making The company then changed policy during my ownership and decided they would refund clients vspaying in advanced, which was sold to the companyRepresentative stated they would refund monies at later date(approxdays)I also discussed not seeing any items that appealed to me, therefore I needed more timeI told him an approximate time would be in August, During that time, I still had not found items that appealed to me either price wise or style So, I decided to just continue lookingCalled April, the new representative stated he had never heard

I purchased my couch with WorryNoMore warranty at Macy's on 9/14/and never used the service one The brochure showed customers could receive store credit valued at the original protection plan price, if not using the service in 7-year protection period
I read through all details on invoice and brochure and didn't find any information such as phone number, website, or email to contactEventually found information online and filed the claim on 3/7/

Had an issue with an expensive sectional that it upgraded fabric was peeling on the cording around the seat cushion
Uniters sent out a tech who agreed it was in excellent condition other than the peeling He felt that with the pics and his statement that the fairest solution would be to send new seat cover envelopes(covers) for seat cushionTold me to give Uniters about a week and Iwould hear back from themInstead in four days I received an e-mail stating SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCKLooks to us like wear and tear Claim is rejected I have corresponded with Penney's to let them know what a fly by night company this is and that they should be ashamed of themselves for pushing care plans that are expensive and totally worthless Please save yourself hundreds of $'s and do not purchase from said company They look for any reason not to pay out!

I purchased the dress from *** and bought the protection plan from Uniters at the time of my purchase
The dresser had an accidentally fall in late Oct and then I called Uniters for repairThe accidental fall of dresser led to two issues: a dent on the side of dresser and the bottom drawer can't be closed
The damages to the dresser were not caused by any mis-use but an accidentMy son also got hurt during the accident

I contacted Uniters at the end of September to file a claim and set up an appointment for a technician to repair my furnitureAn appointment was made for October 18, The technician arrived and I explained that my electric recliner sofa and love seat are separatingThere are huge gaps in between the cushions where the recliners connect and which is also making both pieces of furniture extremely wobbly due to the separationThe technician tipped my sofa and love seat over and he then tightened some screws in the bottom of both the sofa and love seat yet this did nothing for the separation and the sofa and love seat were in fact still wobblyThe technician then informed me he would be ordering parts to correct the problemThe parts would be mailed to my home address and Uniters would be contacting me to set up a new repair appointmentHearing nothing for a few weeks I decided to contact Uniters to check the st

If I could give negative stars I would When I purchased a sofa from Macys, they pushed me into buying the protection plan and I asked question after question of, "If xyz happens will it be covered?" and the answer to every question was "yes." I have filed claims and both were denied I did not even receive an email or call on my 2nd claim, it is just listed on the website as denied with no reason- a tear that is clearly stated as coverage in the brochure This company is a huge scam and if you google it, you'll see only negative reviews

Cleaning of my couch
I purchased a couch from Macy's on March 24, along with the warranty I asked if the warranty covers my dog having an accident on the couch and I was told yes it does I believe that I have had my couch cleaned times since I purchased it The last time that I called for my couch to be cleaned was in December of and they new cleaning company that they are now using did not come until late January They looked at the couch took a couple of pictures and told me that they cannot clean it, that there are stains My couch is a micro fiber/suede so it looks different colors when you move your hand across it or sit on it The two men that came in barely even looked at it, like they did not know how to clean furniture The company that Macy's had in the past was very good and very professional My dog urinated on my couch and I did what the warranty company told me to do I wipe it off with a clean wet cloth I am not asking them to do anything out

I bought a sectional sofa at *** at *** *** *** Rd, Dayton, OH XXXXX in 2015, when I got it they convince me to buy an extra warranty for the sofa, and told me that if I don't use it within years, they were going to refund me the total cost of that warrantyI have called times asking about my refund but they keep telling me that they don't have my record in their systemPlease don't buy their warranties, its a total scam when they tell you that you will get refunded if you don't use itHow else can you explain that a store like *** can lose your recordTotal Scam!!!

years and months ago I purchased a reclining couch from Macys.....fortunately I also purchased a year warranty at the same time The motor on the recliner burnt out so I contacted Macy's who put me in touch with the warranty company The warranty company was FANTASTIC!! No questions asked; they first sent out a technician who stated the motor was gone and then, when the motor was not able to be replaced, they sent me a voucher for a new couch (same purchase price as the first one.) The warranty company picked up the broken couch and delivered the new one at the same time- they were very respectful of my walls, floors, etcand very polite I cannot recommend this company any more highly Good job!

The following problems on furniture, sofa (recliner) and loveseat (recliner on both seats.)
On the sofa there are rips on the seams
On the one end of sofa recliner the foam footrest came completely out
On the end of the other sofa recliner the board of the footrest is coming loose and dangling
And on the sofa there are rips in between the seats, the back of the sofa will not lock in place
They are saying that the rips on seam and the foam out from the footrest falls into the category of wear and tear, but as stated on the warranty, the definition of wear and tear is "wear and tear to fabrics and leathers

I'm very satisfied with this service and give it two thumbs up

My husband, Shimon ***, bought a table set 9/1/from Macy's (Sales ticket #XXXXXXXX) w/"Worry No More" plan for $ He received a copy of the "year...Protection, No risk with WorryNoMore" pamphlet (original available) which outlined all plans, including the one we chosen, which is circled The only legal wording on this brochures states "please call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX within days from discovery of a stain or damage" No other warranty information was provided at the store, upon delivery of furniture or via mail/email In no materials received was a statement indicating that we MUST call within days or that the discovery could be made by anyone other than the purchaser/homeowner
