Purchased a Micro Fiber plan at my Furniture storeAll they gave me was their warranty info & words, so that is what I read & agreed tooCalled this company lately, and they cover "***." Kids do damage (coloring, painting, food, ect) and they really don't cover any of that! You can't always watch them to be precise on what they split or are playing
I find it ridiculous that the company's warranty contradicts itselfHere's one instance, plan "Covers" jean dye transfer to fabric, but then in the "Not Covered" section it does not cover dye Loopholes for everything!
Speaking with a representative was difficult too! Hardly spoke English so we debated on a word for 5mins, handed the phone off and my spouse couldn't even understandThe man kept trying to speak over me (interrupting) but that would not help me understand the words that were coming out of his mouth

I was denied coverage to fix a nail polish stain on my kitchen table
The claim was denied because of multiple marks on the table from past occurrencesI was not asking to fix the other marks just the one Nail polish mark that I called in forEverything was done in accordance with their policy and contacted within of it happening

From day one Uniters handled Everything with knowledge and care and I'm very thankful to have my warranty with them keep up the great work!

ref: claim #CXXXXXXX
Worst company ever will do whatever it takes to not honor the warranty protection planSecondly the furniture store oversells the product
We purchased a $Leather sectional after less than years the dye is coming off in sections and the stitching has come apart in an area that basically is not a weight bearing part of the sofa
We purchased the sofa and the plan at Adams Furniture in Fort Lauderdale that claimed the "Pure Promise year Worry free Furniture Protection Plan" is the"best ever covers all accidental damage and defects that may crop up"We received a single leaflet inside a tri-fold literature piece nothing more
When we filed a claim that the dye is coming off in places and the stitching is coming apart we were declined the claim by quoting a warranty detail that said dye failures are not coveredwe never received that document neither from the dealer of the company....I can only assume on purposeWhat we did receive clearly stated that the coverage covers structural failure as follows and I quote " A structural failure or component failure due to a defect in materials and workmanship during residential wear...."
In reading through the complaints it seems their mode of operationI would never buy anything again from this company or Adams Furniture who I believe either oversold a product or deceived us by not giving us the complete information

Uniters is not covering rips and tears in my leather recliner sofa in clear violation of year protection plan that covers these damages
Bought leather recliner sofa from American Signature on 02/26/and purchased year protection planPer the brochure/contract provided at the time of purchase, this plan is to cover accidental rips, tears, burns, etcOn March 25, 2016, we contacted Uniters North America after calling the store to perform a claim on the sofa bought on February 26, Spoke with a representative in Spanish and explained the situation (in Spanish) we were having with our recliner leather sofa in regards ripping an tearing; he told us that based on what we told him the warranty that we purchased won't cover the damagesbecause they don't cover unstitchedwe explained one more time (this time in English) that unstitched is not the same as ripping and our sofa was clearly rippedhe, on an very flouted way started telling us that they were recording the c

Warranty not honored
The Worry no More Warranty says that they will cover any accidental stainsThe rule is that you have to make a claim within two weeks of the stain We made a claim on some stains that the technician refused to cleanI called uniters while the technician was in my house as I had never had that before and the representative from uniters said that the technician has to write up a report and uniters would decide if they would choose to send someone else to clean it or to replace the itemsThey didn't insinuate that there would be an option that the claim could be refusedThe technician said that there was more than one stain on some of the chairs so he had to write up a reportUniters claimed that we didn't claim it during the time period of two weeksFirstly, we recently had all eight chairs cleaned by a technician Uniters had sent us and we actually called them appxtwo weeks from when they were cleanedI don't understand how they could tell us that the st

I called Uniters Na on 6/26/to file a claim, my appointment was set up for 7/14/
I called United Na on 6/26/to file a claim; the process was confusing but easyI told the girl whom I spoke to what was wrongI told her the headboard was rising and the board of the beds had brokenShe said is it broken they have to replace but the headboard could be repairedSince the tech was coming out to repair the headboard he can look over the boardWell on 7/14/I took of work because no one called meI called there office from 9am - pm (business hours) no one answered all day! No one even showedI emailed no responseOn 7/17/I received a call from a Tech saying no one at the office gave him the work order and he apologized and says to call him back, I called him back immediately after receiving the voicemail and he did not answer so I left him a voicemailI called Finishline who workers thru United Na every day no answer or responseThis is after several mes

Have a warranty through Uniters PlusNo correspondence what so ever, from the company about why my claim was denied
I bought a couch thorough Value city Furniture 10/03/At this time I also purchased a fabric Warranty with Uniters PureIn September my couch was rippedAs per the Fabric Furniture Warranty a "tear" is covered under this policyI filed a claim, emailed pictures and described the damage and how it happened in detail through their website Apparently this is the only means of filing a claim through this companyI was under the impression that I would receive an email stating that my claim was received and would be reviewedInstead I received nothingA week later I wrote a "note" on my claim status via their website, as this was the only way to contact the companyI still received no correspondence from any one in any formAs of today 10/and after my second "note" asking to be contacted about the status of my complaint I have heard nothingThere is

Awesome customer service I was very happy with how they processed my claim and replaced my entire purchase I am a happy customer

Bought a set of sofa from Value City Furniture and they sold this insurance which is a joke and rip off to unsuspecting customers After several claims (CXXXXXXX), their response is "The stains and / or damages you reported are not covered..." These businesses should be shut down Value City Furniture should stop selling expensive furniture that are useless after yearsBuyers Beware!

We purchased Uniters NA warranty together with an area rug at Macy's in The warranty is valid for yearsWe filed a claim when we had a stained area on the rug from a wine spillWe asked them to clean itA technician from a contracted company came to inspect the rug and he took pictures of the spotted area and the full rug and sent a report to Uniters to decide what to doThe technician told us that he could clean the spotted area, but that it would leave a colored mark around the cleaned areaHe therefore suggested to ask the company for a decisionUniters refused the claim saying that the rug had general soiling which could only be removed with the entire carpet being cleaned, and that wasn't coveredWe asked them to reconsider the claim, as we had never asked to clean the whole rugThey refused the claim a second time and said it was finalWe called them and we were told the same, that the whole rug would have to be cleaned and this wasn't coveredThey didn't listen to our reasoning, that we had never asked them to clean the whole rugThe warranty cost more than $It is worthlessThey will only consider their own point of view in order to justify not executing the jobDon't buy this warranty!

Uniters warranty company is failing to honor their warranty coverage on a Tempurpedic mattress purchased at Macy's
Uniters warranty company is failing to honor their warranty coverage on a Tempurpedic Eastern King mattress purchased at Macy'sThe mattress and warranty policy were purchased in July of at Macy's in Elmhurst, NY
My tempurpedic mattress was damaged as a result of an open window and a mattress protector failureThe mattress protector was on as necessary and failed to prevent water from leaking through and hitting the mattressSeeing as a tempurpedic is a memory foam mattress, Uniters and their decision to make me wait weeks for a tech to come out caused the mattress to grow moldThe mattress acted like a sponge absorbing water and retaining it creating a health hazard in my bedroomUniters sent a tech out who is an "expert and can fix my mattress'This expert carries no tools or cleaning supplies, but instead carries a tablet to take photos and upload pho

decliment of service based on labeling
The service requires the consumer to file a claim within days and we kept calling them to follow up on our claim about the furniture that we have to get the process done fasterHowever, apparently if you do that they decline your claim and label it as misuse/accommodation of damage, which did not happen they just wanted to label it that so that they don't give us an exchange because I had the same service when I burnt that same furniture and got a replacement but this time its different? Either way it was just their customer service and just trying to label what we sent them -being completely right and follows the service terms for the warranty- as misuse to not get the exchange we want

Uniters has erroneously concluded that my furniture damage is classified as an "accumulation," and therefore, will not honor my warranty claim
Uniters erroneously concluded that my furniture damage is classified as an "accumulation," and therefore, will not honor my warranty claim
I called on July 13, to dispute Uniters North America's finding that my furniture stain was classified an "accumulation." I was rudely hung up on by the representative when I called her rude because she continued to interrupt me when I talked
The stains on my chairs were due to a party and residential use, and therefore, covered under the terms of the warranty plan for my furniture to be addressedUniters responsed to my claim of damage was that it was due to an accumulation of stains and that It was not coveredThey state I have multiple stains as indicated by photos and the certified technician who visited my home to initially assess the damages
I paid $for this warranty o

Bought warranty on a couch and they refused to provide coverage for a claim
We purchased couch from Macy's in and were pushed to purchase an extended warranty from Worry No more due to the complicated recliner mechanism Today I needed to report a claimWe were at the house the week of Jan (this is a second home for us in Park City, UT)They ask their questions in such a way like they are looking for a way to deny your claim They denied the claim because it wasn't reported within days of us noticing the issue It was days I explained that I had to come home (to MD) and find the sales information before I could report the claimI explained that I had called before but there were too many people on line and I couldn't wait Then I tried to submit on line but the online process wanted photos to continue and I had none so then I was forced to call back again She said they could refer me to a repair person but it would be at our expense I asked to talk to a man

Tried to file a claim to have my couch fixedThe next day my claim disappearedSo I did the claim againThe second one disappeared tooI called and they said that the warranty was cancelledThe person on the phone said they would get the manager and try to manually put the claim into the computerAfter minutes of waiting they said that they couldn't doI called up wayfair and they are sending me a new couchWhat's the point in furniture warranty if this company is just going to cancel your warranties

They are not holding to their warranty
I have filed a claim with a claim noCXXXXXXX, in June End, about my leather sofa and love seatI had a birthday party and kids were playing with their crafts and accidentally tears some of the sofa and loveseatI immediately filed a claim with Uniters and they sent a person to inspectThat professional (at least that is what they called him), came to my apartment, inspect the furniture and told us that he thought that it would be covered and I should be hearing from uniters about possible replacement of both piecesToday, I received an email from them stating that they will not cover my claim, as it was due to wear and tear from sitting areaWhere as, in picture any body can recognize that they are not from that
I would like to think that I was scammed in to getting this warranty for which I paid dollars approximately for nothing
I would like them to settle my claim the way it should have been done

The peeling of leather from the couch are covered by the warranty I have purchased, however, Uniters North America will not fix/replace it
I have purchased a three piece LAF Sofa (Product Number 9380PP-LSBL-CB-3G) on 11/23/from Value City Furniture with a seven year warranty for With an additional for the insuranceThe product was sold by representative Renata Lobodzinski
On June 20th, I have noticed that in multiple spots the leather from the sofa started to peelOn June 24th I have decided to contact Uniters North America about this issueI filed a claim and a technician came over on July 1st to inspect the couchHe took pictures and told us to wait for about day for an answerHowever, I received no informationToday (07/25/16), I decided to call Uniters North America to ask about the status of the claimThe person told me that the claim was denied because of "cumulative damage." I do not agree with this decision as the damage was reported under ten

Not adhering to warranty
I paid $for a warranty from Uniters after a great deal of encouragement from Macy's when we purchased our furniture We had two children under the age of at the timeSo, it seemed like a great insurance policyOur latest claim was for marker stains on the right and left facing seat casing and on the left facing frame I filed the complaint on November 29; the stains occurred on November when our nanny failed to notice the kids had markers and ran toward the couch with them A couch technician did not come out until December 21, took some pictures and then leftAfter going back and forth with Uniters, and disputing the initial refusal to have the marker stains cleaned, I received a letter stating that the reason for the denial was that it was "highly unlikely that the stains would have occurred as the result of a single incident that is required to be reported within the required reporting timeframe." But it did! My year old and my year old

I bought a warranty for a couch and loveseat and the warranty is not being honored
I filed two claim numbers (CXXXXXXX and CXXXXXXX) due to damage on both my couch and loveseat The furniture is still under warranty but the claims were denied as the warranty company classified the damage as "peeling" I have argued that the leather is not peeled or if it is it is peeled so much that the leather is now torn in several areas The warranty company is using semantics in an attempt to reject my claim, and no one can give me a valid explanation describing the difference between "peeling" and "tearing" If the warranty does not specifically state what peeling is then the warranty was written too vaguely and would not stand up under legal review
