Warranty scam
I purchased a couch set from *** They convinced me to buy a yr 'all-inclusive' warrantyThey claimed it covers everything from accidental spills, rips, breaks, etc
I opened a claim with a few stains and a motor that works slowThey replied that with multiple 'accumulated' stains this isn't covered and the motor is not covered at all
I was able to wash out all stains but oneI asked them to cover the one stain - not multipleThey said that since I had multiple stains I needed to pay a furniture company to come certify that I have only have one stain - really?? Nobody has had a kid brush their teeth and drop toothpaste; and then wash it out??
Then I reached into the couch to retrieve something that fell insomething from inside the couch was pultruding out and cut my whole armI sent them pics of myself bleedingI want that couch repaired - per warrantyStill they said that since I had multiple stains I had originally asked them to clean; my warranty

Worrynomore is not honoring the warranty I purchased at Macy's to fix my furniture
