Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because Nike did not refund the overnight shipping cost that I paid with the original order. Nike only refunded $where original price including shipping was $130.80.
I had to pay shipping to return the cancelled product in addition to the $130.80, but would be satisfied if the entire $is refunded.Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for your responseI understand that you provided me with a 15% discountFirst of all let me start by point out why I am rejecting the response along with the discount code - Even with the discount code, there is no soccer ball of the same category that I can buy and get before the day I leaveThe whole purpose of going through rigorous dilemma of choosing a ball and ordering it just goes to waste plus finding another gift is even more time consuming(You can see how much time the IP Address of my laptop has spent trying to look at different options!) Second, there was no real apology for the whole situation
I see you know that your website has a lot of people buying stuff and things go out of inventory! Kindly fix it to a level where we cannot place orders if it is not available!
I am done with the matter, thank you for your time

Thank you for your time to respond to my complaint However, I do not find it as a satisfactory resolution From my past experience with UPS, if a receiver is not home to accept the package, UPS usually keep it in one of their the nearest warehouse so that customer can pick it up within days I don't know what instruction did Nike provides to UPS that when delivery attempts were made and unsuccessful, they should be returned to sender immediately This sort of act gave me the impression that Nike has no intention to make a successful sale since once the package gets returned, a full refund will be processed regardless if a customer has reached out to customer service for a re-delivery Most importantly, when the package got returned to the sender it was still intact It's not like a customer has opened the package and seeking for a return because he doesn't want it anymore or for any other reasons At that time, the item was still being sold to me Yet, Nike has begun processing a refund
We are not talking about a sneaker where I can go into your website and buy it again It's a sneaker where I have to stick in front of my computer for nearly hours and hoping I may get a chance to buy a pair I was really lucky to make a purchase but not lucky enough to receive it I want to say thank you for providing me with the promo codes but I don't see that I will be shopping again at Nike in the future with this kind of customer services and business practices
