manufacture printed on the tag inside the shoePlease know, we do not have a warranty on footwear, rather Nike will inspect footwear if received for inspection within two years from the date of manufacture. According to your recent contact to Nike the shoes were manufactured in which is beyond the two-year timeframe to receive an inspection. Additionally, Nike cannot control inventory of authorized retailers who carry products in their store beyond the two-year timeframe.However, we’re offering a one-time courtesy claim exception for your product. Typically, this is offered if purchased within months of the potential flaw and have a dated receipt. Once the product is received our inspectors will review the product for flaws in material and workmanship, if a flaw is determined a replacement product of comparable size, performance and price will be sent. Please note, we cannot guarantee style or color. If a comparable product cannot be located, a Nike Gift card will be issued in the MSRP value of the product and is only good at Nike Factory stores in Canada.
