The *** and the gift vouchers was for two manufactured error shoesThose cards were used on shoes I never exchangedI was told because of all Shibusa issue the gift vouchers could be used at anytime and are not related to any other tranactionThe lady was polite and to the point that these cards were gift for the shibusa malfunctionI than used them on my first pair of Soldiers and no Voucher it any card was used on the shoes that were received since Aug1stSo the picture attached shoes where the confusion is and you can see where the gift cards issued were used on the purple zipper color way and not the shoes I sent back for an exchange
I bought lots of products from Nike and now am cut off from all sources and even the store hereThere was never an issueNike directed me to drop off the paperwork and it escalated to my hospitality and concussion tonightSo I'm done and Nike would send that it would resolved all issues and I can order Nike products elsewhere If they don't want to interact with me because of my disability and only because it does cause communication errorsSo this is so hard to communicate with brain disabilityI can have my surgery and I understand Nike If they felt like there were communication errors so I apologize and the NikeTown manager was very professional despite the outcome but I made a large purchase and a lot of the rest is incurable medical condition and it confuses peopleAnd I'm very sorry for any issuesAll cards were empty except what consumer gave meAnd it's my medical issue that prevented me from showing this clearlyMaybe the gift cards as wellpair of shoes with very similar names.
This would really resolve all issues and if it comes I'd like to (if I can) erase any calls or complaints to the Revdex.com against NikeAnd I hope one day to be a customer when I get my surgery healedSo thank you and If you need me to call Revdex.com to remove the complaint I can as Its a confusion and misunderstandingThe pictures were just to show where things went and I appreciate this and will make sure this whole claim disappears as I know Nike appreciates their customersand this would say a lot about all the errors and calls and things poor NikeTown can't deal with so thank you and I hope it comes and IG you need to email or call please do but will make sure they know to erase claim and that all is resolvedNot just the shoes but everythingI love the company and sorry I am sick and thank you for the responseThank you very much! Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I had it in my cart and check out I know I didn't come out my bank account I understand that What I'm saying is that I never should have gotten a thank for purchasing at nike after I check out If I had never gotten I would have kept trying to get the sneaker I'm pretty sure a lot people are complaining especially that shoe was the last sneaker that was released online because of the bots! This shoe sole has is not sustainable for athletic use for a NIKE quality The material used for the sole is extremely vulnerable to dissipation The material of the 'pinkish' section of the sole wears down therefore causing the air bubble not to function properly
If just went on Ebay and found the replicated problem with the shoe that I submitted within seconds The screenshot has been attached to this reply

I am rejecting this response because: I dispise when a company refuses to take responsibility or to address the real issueYes, I ordered a replacement AFTER my order was cancelled because of the real issue which is the disconnect between your website and your warehouse because this is the second or third time this has happenedThat's what should be addressed, not the fact that there was a second order placed because had my first order been fulfilled, there wouldn't have been a need for a second orderAnd I'm sorry if the record keeping is faulty like the warehouse inventory that you don't see that a call was placed about the orderBecause I initially was calling to say I didn't want the second item, that item was only purchased because I was getting the jacket and I said I might as well get a shirt too.
