Well, since this is the only option you are giving me I will go ahead and mail the shoes to you, however, it would have been nice to know why the store did not assist even though a staff member told me face to face I can return them within a year if they tear again....Do they just anything to make the sale and then don't stand behind their own words? I think corporate should be concerned that the store managers are not handling the return policy as promised/expected

condition. Keep in mind, some styles may differ slightly in the fit and may require a different size than usual
Please know Nikes stands behind all products for flaws in material and workmanship. Nike works with authorized retailer to accept products that are deemed to be flawedNike has a solid claims process in place and we are glad to accept and review product that fall within our corporate return guidelines at www.Nikeclaims.com.
Our experienced inspectors thoroughly inspect and evaluate claimed product. To receive credit, product must shoe evidence of a flaw in the material / workmanship and interfere with the overall performance of the shoe. While size and fit issues are not considered as acceptable for inspection per the return guidelines, if you feel your product is indeed flawed in material or workmanship you have the option of returning your product to Nike through our claims process. If approved a Product Voucher is issued in the full retail value of the product. Nike does not issue refunds or product replacements. Alternatively, working with the retailer is the fastest way to receive assistance of a refund/exchange for fit concerns and we empower our authorized retailers to assist consumer with issues such as this.

Hi ***, Thank you for contacting Nike through the Revdex.com. Due to your concern and issues involving the Nike Claim/Product Voucher and Nike.com order, a review of the history of contacts with Nike was conducted. In regards to the cancellation of
the Nike.com order and Product Voucher, it was explained to you by supervisors, and Nike’s Claim Manager, that the order placed was cancelled due to a Product Voucher violation in regards to the shipping address. Nike does not ship to businesses that are reshippers or that provide mailing services (see: https://help-en-us.nike.com/app/answer/article/shipping-delivery/a_id/19279/coun... the Product Voucher used for payment on the order was in violation of the Product Voucher Policy terms and conditions, which resulted in the voucher being voided. I appreciate you getting back to me via the Revdex.com I appreciate the offer but am unable to return the Nike Roshe shoes as Nike still has them I opted to have them recycled by Nike because they were not safe for my son to wear I was told Nike took pictures of the shoes for their inspection, which may still be in your computer systemCould you please review the shoes that way? I also sent the receipt of purchase If that was also scanned into your computer system, you will see that I bought pairs of Nike tennis shoes the same day that I bought the Roshes As referenced in previous emails, I am a loyal Nike snob, having run half and full marathons in Nike running shoes That is why I was shocked when the Nike Roshes fell apart after only months of wear And my son would switch between the Roshes and the other pair of Nikes I bought that day not to mention his Nike Mercurials and indoor Nikes that he wears for soccer Thank you for your time and attention to this matter
