We regret the issues
you’re experiencing with your shoes and regret the inconvenience. In reviewing the details of your concern, it appears there may be a misunderstanding regarding the year date of manufacture of Nike’s Terms and Conditions.
To clarify, Nike does not offer a guarantee or warranty on footwear rather, products can be sent for inspection if the date of manufacture is within the year timeframe. Additionally, due to the manufacturing and distribution of product from our factories to retail stores, Nike is unable to monitor independently owned retail store sale practices
As a one-time courtesy, we can offer a claim exception review without a receipt on the pair with the manufacture date 6/25/and was received as a recent gift. A claim review by inspectors will be processed and the footwear inspected in alignment with Nike’s Return Guidelines (see www.Nikeclaims.com)Keep in mind that due to the receipt not being provided as proof of a recent purchase (within last months) if claim is approved a Product Voucher will be issued in the last sale price. If a receipt can be provided, the full MSRP will be provided. Product Vouchers can only be used at Nike.com
