Please keep in mind Nike does not offer a guarantee or warranty on footwear rather, products can be sent for inspection if the date of manufacture is within the year timeframeYour specific concerns with your footwear is indeed very important and after reviewing your recent communication along with the inspector notes, I would like to offer you the option of returning your product directly to me at Nike WHQ for a one-time courtesy claim review. Once the review is completed, and if courtesy compensation is approved a Nike gift card will be emailed for the MSRP of the claimed product.
I've attached a free return label for your use if you wish to proceed with this process. Once you receive the returned product, you can tape securely tape the Next Day Air label to the box and drop off the package at a UPS service center. It will arrive to Nike WHQ within 1-business days and be delivered directly to my attention

Though I appreciate your offer, I am shocked you cannot do more I understand I am just one customer, but knowing my story, and how much these shoes meant to my son, I'm surprised
These are known to many as the "shoe of the year" and yet I am shocked you cannot do more to accommodate me (knowing that I had a reserved spot for the shoes, and finding out days before I was expecting them that the order was cancelled)I believe my request was reasonable
I would sincerely request for something more to be done than what has already been offered

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response not because my refund was not processed; on the contrary, it was processed at the same time I received this email from Revdex.comIf not for their intervention, I'm not sure if Nike will even take another look at my return, which is evident from my response to Nike (please see attached file)My rejection originates from the response itself, which is just a direct copy-paste feature of other Nike representatives about resolving my issueI've had issues like this with Nike before, and they were able to process the refund without much hassleI'm not sure what's been happening there recently, but they have NOT been adhering to their policy of processing returns and issuing the refund within business days of receipt in their warehouseIf it takes more than business days, and in my case it took weeks and perhaps even more if I did not press on this matter, what, if any, reassurance will the consumer get that it's going to be processed, if at all? There's no accountability whatsoever on their part, especially for a large company as Nike, leaving consumers frustrated when things like this happenI appreciate the ultimate resolution on this issue, however, I don't know if Nike's return processing will ever become as efficient as it used to be.Sincerely,*** ***
