I am rejecting this response because: Nike did not respond to the last sentence of my complaint I'm not sure if they didn't read it, or they didn't want to do it, but it's unacceptable to simply not respond 20% off does not compensate for the fact that i've lost money on the purchase (since it will be refunded to gift card instead of cash) and will need to spend money packaging and driving to the post office to ship he item back 20% off codes are given rather freely by nike.com so to offer it as an apology for such a blatant mistake is an insult and nowhere close to 'making it right'

In a follow up to my phone message, a review of the order referenced in the Revdex.com complaint #*** for the Air Huarache Women’s shoe size has been completed
We are glad to refund this order; however, we
need to confirm if you wish the payment to be issued to the credit card used on the order, Mastercard ending #***. When contacting Nike.com on 3/23/16, there was a request to refund to a Visa not a gift card. We were unable to process the refund at that time due to the item not being returnedOur records now confirm this item has been received back to our warehouse and a refund can be issued
Please know, for security purposes, we no longer have the Visa number on file and you would need to contact us directly for us to obtain the number. You can contact me at *** ext *** (7am-4pm PST M-F) or call Nike.com at *** (4am-11pm days a week) to get the card information added to the order. First of all, the shoe should be designed to handle "inside friction" like are you joking? What your basically saying is that Nike is negligent when it comes to the design of a product and its sustainability In comparison, if Boeing Airplanes said " Don't worry about the strength of the wings in our planes design, if they fail its because of the wind..Let the customer deal with it."
Secondly, lets talk about the "excessive outsole wear" issueI have attached photos of my shoes for your review as well as the general publicsThey look pretty damn new to meIf your referring to the bottom of the shoe, than herein lies another issueWhat kind of pathetic rubber are you using that wear happens to this extent after only a few months?
Thirdly, what doorknob that unknowingly bought a product from a company with no quality standards would ever use a 15%! promo code to re-purchase more garbage from the same company?
