Complaint: [redacted] I am slightly disappointed in this response mainly because in the previous statement from Nike, the representative Kelly stated: "Older versions of the Air Monarch had the potential to become squeaky, however, Nike’s Product Developers worked to correct the “squeaky noise” and we’re glad to say that it is fixed." I am not a law scholar, however to me the preceding statement constitutes an admission of guilt and culpability to the fact that their product was defectiveIn other words, Nike is stating we knowingly sold you a defective pair of shoes and we're not responsible for this and that the 2-year inspection window has passed, our company policy is written in stone and we will not take corporate responsibility for this.Furthermore, Nike issued me a $digital gift card which was half the cost of the shoesIf it had been a $digital gift card it would have covered the full replacement amount further settling this caseSincerely, [redacted] ***
