We value your business and are sorry to learn you’ve experienced an issue with your Nike footwear. Nike stands behind all product for flaws... in material and workmanship for up two years from the date of manufacturing. It sounds like the shoes may be within the timeframe to receive an inspection and as a one-time courtesy, I'm glad to provide a free shipping label for the delivery to our claims warehouse. In general, shipping is the responsibility of the consumer as we are a backup to the retailer and offer our claims process as an option to consumers for assistance. A Nike claim number is required to generate the label. You can view the return guidelines and if wish to proceed submit a claim here at Nikeclaims.com. Once submitted, you can reply to the BBB complaint with the claim number and I will provide the prepaid shipping label. If approved for credit a Product Voucher in the full retail amount will be issued. Product Voucher are redeemable on Nike.com only. Per the return guidelines, Nike does not provide product replacements or cash refunds. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nike is not providing a solution for all the features and functionalities that runners were using in the previous version of the application and were completely missed in this one For example: What is the timeline to bring existing training plans to the new application? The data exists because I receive a reminder every day about my next run Another example: What is the timeline to bring the map, an actual map back to the existing application rather than a dark backgroundWhy in the year when even [redacted] shows a physical map, Nike would decide to remove the route map and add a dark background? I'm sorry Nike but it is just not right the response, nor what you are doing with customers

According to the Order Team Management the order request for cancellation could not be captured due to the processing status. Nike.com is unable to cancel orders beyond a specific timeframe and while you indeed contacted us shortly after, regrettably the request to cancel could not be attained. Per our process we contact the carrier service to return the product to Nike. The Order Team Management group alerted the chargeback analyst and PayPal was immediately contacted regarding the dispute. We encourage consumers to first try and return the item to the original place of purchase to avoid any inconveniences and... expense. It sounds like you may have tried this option and resolved to send the product for inspection. We have reviewed the case history, photos and inspector notes for the claim and as you are aware the date of manufacture (10/29/12) is beyond the two-year timeframe to receive an inspection.
