Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mistakes happen and yes I made one But your shipping procedures are horrible I as the customer was never contacted by UPS or Nike to say there was an issue with my address Second this is the first I ever heard of a company NOT able to locate an item Also your next day air code is not a make good or sorry it is a way to try to extort more money out of me Your a horrible company that does NOT care about the consumer You don't understand that consumers do make mistakes I was lied to by no more then reps that if they were doing there jobs properly would of probably located my item You held and made money off of my money for over weeks with the intend not to make good and you offer a shipping code I could of had that money in my coinbase account and doubled my money in bitcoin but you held my money like the thieves you are!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You are sending the complaint to the source of the issue which will not resolve itThe incident was involving a Store Manager so who is going to rectify issues when the head of the store location is the culpritThat's like being assaulted by someone and having the complaint addressed by the person that committed the assaultThis should be handled from a corporate level which is why I filed this complaint through this methodThis incident was also transcribed during a telephone call I placed with Nike customer service and I was told the complaint would be escalated to Head QuartersSincerely, [redacted] ***

After the thing Nike said and did they are not trustworthy They need to address the lies they told on the phone and the discrimination Why they would call and ask what's wrong with my family member ?
