Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You are still giving me the same response as your inspector, however your team and Nike don't have any customer service support experience and keeping the customer happy!the shoe in a good shape and clean however it has an issue at one part of where I believe its a manufacture fault due to bad quality rubber(plastic base).again its a shoes not an electronics device!!!!! of course we will wear it and use it other wise how do we use it? are you saying to keep in the box and don't use it at all? or should I hang it on the wall to keep looking at Nike Logo?? again I'm very disappointed and asking you kindly refund me my money or give me a better shoes Sincerely, [redacted]

We do require a receipt when filing a Tennis Outsole Durability Claim with us as we guarantee the rubber outsole will last 6 months on select... tennis styles. I am sorry if you were provided incorrect information on the phone, I can understand how frustrating that is. We have filed a new claim for you and provided a prepaid UPS label to send the claim in since you paid shipping the first time to us. We will process the claim within 5-7 business days and you will get an email once it is processed. Once a voucher is issued we can use those funds and refund the VISA card you used as payment on the Nike.com order as promised by our representative.
