MrP [redacted] had already contacted Republic Services and chose to close his account on Per MrP [redacted] 's request we have credited a $container fee, scheduled container removal and refunded the amount due after back dating his service to June 1, This meets all of MrP [redacted] 's requestsRepublic Services strives to meet all of our customer's needs and will be available to provide future services if MrP [redacted] so chooses

I will have these removed on Tuesday they were not put in to get removed on Tuesday

we have reviewed this location and only show one instance of no service as a complaintwe are more than willing to have more discussion around the service issuesHowever, we have deployed assets (containers and route scheduling) to provide the service needed for your accountThe contracts are clear and we need to follow the committed service datesOur sales team has reached out to discuss the possible service issues and no new items have been revealed

Hello,Even after speaking with you to ensure I had a zero balance, I still received a Disconnect notice againI again had to call the office and ask that it be removed offI will say that the man on the phone did take the charges off for me, but I should have had to call for a third time, especially after filing this complaint three timesI received a bill yesterday for late fees, of maybe or dollars or soI'll just accept it and leave it the way it is because this has become too much of a hassleIf our city gave other options for trash pick up though, rest assure that I would move my service due to this company's customer service

the other account you speak of is actual a separate business than us it has a separate tax id, name, business license, etcetc.our account the one this complaint about has a 700$ balance stop trying to bring up irrelevant topicstruth is Ed took payment on the wrong acctbecause he was trying to be slickhe said he made a mistake and corrected the mistake the same day august 11th ed promised that we would be picked up august 11th prior to making the payment of he also indicated that it was only 2005.78but he took more also without our knowing approval then he said he already switch the payment to the correct account the one ending *** this was all back on august 10thhe said he fixed the way the payment was applied because it was his faulthe then emailed over a receipt explaining that he transferthe money to correct account and that I would have pick up on 8/ he promised this verbally over the phone as wellwhat proceeded to happen next is astounding after we paid and it clearsi notice around 3pm 8/trash has not arrived its near eodso I call this results in them transfer me to six different employeesthe first person said we are no longer under contract and our trash is being picked up by someone elsewhen I asked who,they put me on hold and changed their storyi have been given the run around for over a week now I have sent many emails /ignored my emails only until I sent the final email saying Revdex.com COMPLAINT FILED AS the subject header that got their attentionthe issue is not the OTHER acct in ARREARSthe issue is ED and republic promising something they coudl not deliver in a deceptive attempt to take our money and not provide the promised service afteralso are we under contract with republic? what a complete total nightmare to pay 2500$ to have a service doneand be ignored for a week they still have not given an intelligent response as to why this happened
