I have left this customer a total of three messages now and just sent my second email To resolve this I discussed with my sales manager and he agreed that it will be best to credit the balance I explained in my most recent voicemail and email to [redacted] that we will be taking care of it I have left her all my information several times I will be stopping by there so I am going to the farm here shortly to see if someone is there Thank you Zack [redacted] Territory Representative

HelloOur Foreman called the customer and talked to him about the incident, he explained the reason why the Driver throw out the trash can, per the service rules everything that is on the curve we have to assume that is part of the trash except for Trash cans or need to have a “do not trash sign”, customer understood the situation and the Foreman provided him with a gallon trash can so next time he doesn’t have to take his kitchen trash can out, he visited him and delivered the trash can today regards Rosa H*** e [redacted] o [redacted] c [redacted] w www.RepublicServices.com

Containers were dropped off on 8/to meet initial request made prior on July 20th Several attempts to reach [redacted] via phone were unsuccessful to date to discuss all concerns raised

Republic Services did not need to explain to me that picking up trash is not a "noise-less" businessI was already aware of thatI take issue with this commentMy complaint has nothing to do with the regular noise associated with trash pickupI can't believe I have to say this againMy complaint is entirely directed at the excessive, unnecessary banging of the large metal trash bins against the back of the garbage truckNowhere in Republic's response do they mention this fact! Tim O***, the Market Vice President of Republic was polite and professionalHe has assured me that he has taken steps to notify the drivers to cease and desist the excessive bangingI will not be satisfied with Republic's response until this fact is notedAs it stands now, Republic's response includes nothing about this matter and makes me sound like my complaint is with the usual noise associated with trash removalOnce this fact is added to the company's response and documented that excessive noise was taking place at this specific location, I will click the, "I am satisfied" optionThank you

Dear Ms [redacted] , I apologize for any confusion you may have had, the driver had noted extra material on his route sheet when he serviced on 7/21/and the charges stemmed from that Our dispatcher failed to call you to notify of the charges(so that you would have been made aware of, at which time we could have determined if there was a mistake) and the billing department should have done an on-demand invoice at that time if the charges were accurate I will have the charges cleared from your account and you should receive no further notices We appreciated you being a customer since and once again I apologize for this not being handled timely.Sincerely, Jim P***General ManagerRepublic Services of Southwest Michigan

Dear Sirs, This does not address the complaint at all! Because of the way that I was treated when I expressed my dissatisfaction on the phone to the customer service department, I have contracted with another service to pick up my trashThe failure of the new driver was compounded by the failure of the company to pick up my trash on special pick ups scheduled by them and the way customer service treated meTheir response fails to address the cancellation of service at all ***

I’ve spoken Ms Ann D***today and explained when the account was closed the removal was scheduled for 02/and unfortunately we weren’t aware she needed it removed sooner until we got their [redacted] complaint She said the cart is still at the road Let her know we have someone on the way to remove it today and she wouldn’t be charged for the removal She was very appreciative Terri M***, Republic Services [redacted] Tell us why here

Trash picked 1-30-Supervisor will address issue with Drivers

All VM communications were as indicated via our Insurance Handler, who also spoke with the clmt [redacted] on Feb 7th "The clmt call did not go well with the clmt cursing and yelling at me." We do maintain the denial and a denial ltr was mailed

We have corrected the customer’s rate and their account balance is currently at $ We left two messages with the customer letting her know of the resolution as well as giving her an opportunity to discuss further if there were any other problems Tell us why here

The operations manager Terrance has left a voicemail for the customer to contact him on his cellWe have not heard back as of yet

We apologize for the inconvenience that the customer experienced with Republic ServicesWe devote ourselves to excellent customer service and had no idea this has been going onWe are going to remove the customers containers at no charge and issue a credit for that they should receive in days
