Have called this customer multiple times and left voicemailsWe have offered to credit the charge for the vacation hold if the customer still would like to process with itWe always try our best to ensure all our customers have a great customer experience with us regardless of their issues or complaint

Ms [redacted] and her husband were currently in a contract with us for trash service at their business Originally when they called, they tried to cancel service in the middle of their contract My sales rep simply explained the terms of the contract and the cancellation policy which includes a liquidated damages payment option I'm sorry that Ms [redacted] found this to be pushy or threatening but the truth is that she didn't like the answer and wanted us to cancel her contract with no penalty However, her husband contacted our office again on Nov 9th (before I received this Revdex.com complaint) and resolved the issue Come to find out a family member was taking over the business and wanted to take over the trash contract and service My rep was happy to help with this In the end, Mr [redacted] said he is ok that the container is staying on the property as long as all obligation had been put under the new owners name which it was Please see email below showing this:

The claimant must not have been able to prove her case as she states in the response I run a division out in Lake Havasu City, AZ and have never heard not am I aware of this claim or compliant prior to this e-mail

I have had problems with this driver beforeHe has gone as far as calling me a liar which cost me as a customerTheir local customer service is always rude and say that the issues will be handled but they never areI was told that this particular driver has been driving this route for a very long time and is very experienced, therefore they choose him and his word over mine

I spoke to the customer on 11/27/and explained to her that her gallon cart will be dumped and switched out on 11/28/This was to her satisfaction and I left my contact information with her in case there is a problem

The balance will be cleared by end of week

The issue is that they keep saying that we will be getting the refund check This has been going on since January.Resolution will be when I know that the check has been processed and is on its way

We cannot locate any form of communication from the Republic Service Repfrom Craig Sparks Our phone systems are recorded lines via Shortel IVR and we are not able to locate any contact made by Craig in the last months In addition, Please provide documented dates and times so we can validate the attempted contact In addition, we are requesting a copy of the binding contract hence the on-going complaint Please submit the contract and options for buy-out as the initial requests were made with no response

The prior customer was contacted today on 10-13-16, and all his concerns were addressedWe came to an amicable resolution

The response from Republic Services was acceptable EXCEPT that it did not specify the amount of the credit that is being offered I will need that information before I can decide whether I accept the response

I spoke to Mr [redacted] and explained his bill dating back years and the fluctuations in pricing wasn't as often however the bill did go up through our price increase model that occursHe was very understanding and explained that at this time he would not be willing to continue business with us however he would keep us in mind for the future

A refund for the $is being mailed today from Phoenix It should arrive mid week next week My apologies for the inconvenience and we will use this as a training topic to improve our processes in the future Thank you for your previous business

republic was charging me for years $ for waste pick up per month this was for a five unit bulding!! That is $ a unit!! that is insane! I had requested last year reduction in fees and the 'rep' who they randomly told me I had said she would get back with me I called her two more timesno response from her the [redacted] could not help again they said Talk to your rep ! so after a while I decided to cancel my service for four REASONS they are completely out of touch with their pricing they are lying to the pubic and charging this ridiculous 'gas fee' of almost $a month Customer service is awful I have no rep! Never had one (they claim I do, but I don't) they claim I have two years left on this non existent contract which I never signed the fact that they can charGE FOUR TIMEs what their competitor charges is egregious and should be reviewed closer by all customers of Republicnow WASTE MGMT is doing the exact same service for $ a month! with a one year contract

I have spoken with the customer and resolved the situation She does not need to pay for recycling service that she is not using I have changed the customer's account to a lower rate setup, a rate that is lower yet than it would be by just removing the recycling charge That rate will be effective for two years for her In exchange for a refund of recycling charges previously paid, the customer accepted not paying the most recent invoice - which is a larger benefit to her I asked her if she was satisfied with her experience speaking with me, and she stated that she was happy with me and is happy to stay a customer of Republic Services
