Contacted customer to offer a year service agreement at better pricing

Issue was addressed with the operations supervisorWe are holding driver accountable for missed pickupsThis should not be an issue going forward

This customer has been servicedThe driver informed the customer of the correct service days for their yard wasteMrs [redacted] is aware of the service days and her trash has been serviced

Our Operations Supervisor will contact MrK [redacted] regarding the missed service, and explain the steps taken to prevent future occurrencesThe Supervisor will monitor MrK***'s address/street to verify services completed each week until such time that consistency is restored

I spoke with Laura, she does not have a truck number to narrow this down to for follow up with my business unit My supervisor even spoke with her when this allegedly happened asking for the same information I cannot see paying this claim due to not having the information needed for follow up This could have been another company in the same line of business

I have spoken to Mr [redacted] and made him aware that he will not be receiving any charge for the removal of the container; and his account has been noted as well if for any issue should ariseMr [redacted] was satisfied with the prompt response and resolution with this issue

I spoke with Mr [redacted] on 06/16/I apologized that his concern was not addressed when he contacted us today.I stated that I can understand his being in a hurry while at work and then waiting to receive a statement from us before contacting usI advised him I would remove the charges and bring his balance to zeroWe spoke briefly about the tone of the letter he had receivedMr [redacted] was satisfied with the actions taken to resolve his concern

I have successfully resolved this issue I have spoken to the driver and have sent him back to collect the garbage at this location I have also spoken to the customer and let him know that I agree that we should give better service than the description he gave I also emailed the customer I have asked the driver to call me each time the customer doesn’t have the garbage out in the future, and I will immediately call the customer Better communication will prevent this from happening again Thanks Richard ***

As per my complaint, it seems that they never agree to anything, even though they are wrong Now I have stated to the business that I do not feel I should have to pay for services NOT RENDERED They claim to provide us with trash pick up twice a week, but yet I did not have them pick up my trash for the month of April, except for April 28th, Now he did try to pick up my trash on the April 18th, 2017, but spilled most of it on the ground in front of my home I had to go out with my shovel to pick up that mess and put it back into the trash container I decided since I did not get that service promised me that I feel I do not owe for those services Not Rendered If Republic waste wishes to take me to small claims court for the additional payment, then by all means let them I will make certain that I bring my videos to prove my case

I was asking for acknowledgement that I am fully paid up until 12/31/as was told to me by the Customer Service Supervisor, Jarren W***, in his email to me on 2/16/ I do not want to have to go through this every quarter for the next two years [redacted]

To whom it may concern: I send all the documents that present how I had have problems with Republic service since last yearI am not satisfied their unfairness billingFinally I send the letter to inform the company that I will not renew the upcoming contractEven though I send that letter by regular mail, The account manager Mr Purpura did call me that he did received that letterso he adjusted the November invoiceTo be honest in business , how the deliver the message should not be countable, as long as the message was reachedTo take advantage to customer by trigger them with small issues it is unacceptable..Please be fair and have courtesy to the small business

I call this customer and left her a messageI will get a recycle truck out today to pick up her recycle and her trash will be serviced on ThursdayI also put in a credit for one monthI will follow up with the drivers on this stop
