I guess my complaint is not done - Republic left a voice message on or around the 8th saying my account was now zero then yesterday on the 13th they call and leave a voice message on my phone about my outstanding balance and today on the 14th I get a FINAL NOTICE ABOUT MY $SAYING THEY MUST NOW TURN MY ACCOUNT OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY unless I paid in full within ten business days from the date of the notice 11/07/ I would just assume that this notice was sent before they zeroed my account by with the voice message yesterday it doesn't appear so Thank you for any help you can give [redacted] ***

Please accept our apology for the miscommunication from our customer service representatives and the delay in getting this resolved Your servicing division has agreed to waive the prior write off amount and your account has been set up today Your account number is [redacted] Your service days are Monday and Thursday so you can expect your trash to be serviced as starting Monday May 16th

I do apologize that you have chose to leave Republic Services for another trash collection company We do charge a container removal fee, however, I am instructing our Billing department to issue you a credit for the $you are requestingMike H***General Manager

They did pick up after we complained to the Revdex.com, but only after we complained to the Revdex.comThey had missed numerous pickups previously, and despite many calls regarding the missed pickups, they still did not come to the office to make up for the missed pickupsThis resulted in trash overflowing the dumpster requiring messy cleanups by office employees on several occasions.A locking container does not address their failure to pickup as scheduled or to make up for missed pickupsGiven their lack of response to numerous previous phone calls, I no longer want to use their services I want them to waive/refund our fees for September and October, to schedule a date with our office to pick up their dumpster in the next two weeks, and to pick up every Wednesday until they remove their dumpster without billing us anything further

Customer was removed from any collection activities and account balance is zero There was some confusion as to where the customer had sent in his email as there was an incorrect email address was used I have communicated to the customer that all balances have been reduced and provided him with my correct email address and personal phone #s should he need further assistance Thank you [redacted] General Manager

Driver has called this customer as not out on the following dates1/2/2018, 1/22/2018,1/29/2018,2/19/and 3/26/We have currently implemented a re-route and will ensure service with new driver

Hi, I am the General Manager over this site, I have never been aware of any issue in the past and is the first time I am hearing of thisWhen the customer states she has talked to customer service, I am assuming this is going through on e of the call centers as this is where all the calls get directedAs stated before, I am giving the customer or former customer a direct line to me so I can address her concerns, there is nothing specific in her complaint with the exception of the driver leaving a mess, which I have already had a discussion with the drivers supervisor and the driverIf there is more I would appreciate a phone call so I can better understand everything they are upset about [redacted] Thanks Doug R [redacted] General Manager Northwest Indiana

this is a customer that we are servicing due to the new [redacted] franchisethe amounts billed are set via the rates established in the contractthis customer has been contacted by our zero waste rep and wants services but refuses to sign new contract they are disputing the franchise rates that all haulers are required to givethis customer established their original trash service with a commercial binthey must change their service to residential carts and then they would be serviced by the [redacted] not republic serviceswe have advised the customer of this option several times thx Sophia [redacted] s [redacted] operations manager

I have spoken with the manager of Republic Services at the McDonough location to inform her, the trash container at my residence has been removed. Customer are usually informed of any delivery or removal fees when they sign up for services I do apologize this customer was not informedThe fees have been waived and the account has been closed as of 01/31/Both carts have been removed from the property address with the removal fee credited

Hello, I called on July 26th in regards to this complaint as I did not received said check that the business was saying was going to be issued to me I was told that someone was going to follow up and get back to me It's been weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone or have seen a check Can you please look into this for me? The customer's complaint has been resolvedThe customer had the wrong account number attached to her bill pay through her bankWe reached out to her and explained this and she has updated her bill pay account information for Republic ServicesThe late fees that were accrued due to this issue have been reversed and an updated invoice was emailed to the customer explaining current chargesShe understands new balance and is satisfied with the service provided.thank you

Her account has been cleared there is no balance owed The bill in January must have crossed in the mail Lisa doesn’t owe anything and the account has been resolvedWe apologize for any inconvenience that this has causedThank you

I have contacted [redacted] to discuss billing issues [redacted] shared account numbers for customers, including her own, along with examples of rising bills over the last monthsI will be reviewing these accounts and review history, billing, service etcI will then research appropriate price for weekly serviceOnce completed I will contact [redacted] to discuss appropriate costs for service and review options/next course of actionI have committed to contact her by end of this week

I called [redacted] collections and they have a balance for my account that they intend to pursueMy account was already turned over to collections and I only have days to dispute so I cannot wait a full billing cycle
